The price reflects their full price but they will take Passport America for your first night only or Good Sam.

It's very close to the highway. If you're a light sleeper be aware. The newer part and the very very back of the campground will be quieter and better. We only stayed for 2 nights so it was OK, but I will not stay here again.

When we made the reservation I specifically said I will not be next to the highway they said OK but when we arrived they moved us to the front. I was upset especially since the office was already closed. I moved to the back of the park since I saw one of the workers and shared how disappointed I am.

A LOT of mosquitoes, got bitten a lot, they come out as the sun goes down.

Their swimming pool is like a big tub but that's it, don't count on it. I was also disappointed by their "exercise room", old/ very very cheap equipment I would not recommend. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The best spots are the very back of the park, these ones have grass and are quiet. The new section is also in the back, fits big rigs but all gravel no grass.

Find a different campground.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Colorado. The hosts were not on site as we arrived late and left early, but they left us a fantastic welcome packet and checked us in/out over the phone. The bathrooms were spotless, the site was level and nicely kept, and the entire place was clean. We had a pull through near the front, so there was some highway noise but we didn't hear it with our AC on. Would definitely recommend Mesa Verde. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate shown is regular rate, but Passport America members can receive a discount for one night - does not apply to weekend nights. Space in this park is tight, but the layout for short-term travelers makes for easy access in and out. There was space to park the car behind the motor home but it was close. There is a small buffer area between the pull-through sites. There are many extended-stay units in the park, but the ones we saw were well kept. All utilities and wi-fi worked well. Considering the park was nearly full, it was fairly quiet at night. Did not check shower/restroom area. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this park again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

Neat park. Friendly owners. Passport America so the 1 night was $16.50. Good power and water. Hookups were at middle of site and staggered so your neighbors hookups were not outside your door. External light at hookups and good lighting throughout park. Long pull through so were were able to get into site with 34' 5th wheel. If I had one change to make it would be to make the streets a little wider so getting into and out of sites were easier. Customers are urged to park in from of office if they have more than 1 vehicle but that is not followed. Many construction workers but their rigs are neat and areas around are kept tidy. We were able to get level without unhooking. Adequate room between sites for slides and awnings. We would stay here again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park, we were in the newer section. Streets were paved & was ideal for walking. The woman helping in the office was very nice, & when asked, provided us the name of a place to get our hair cut. Laundry room had 4 washers/Dryers & were in good shape, also reasonably priced. Wifi was excellent. Heads up -They don't accept American Express. We stayed 2 weeks & if through this area would stay again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very convenient coming from the West. Close enough to Lubbock, but away for all the construction in progress in town. Long pull thrus, but are a bit on the narrow side. Park is well maintained and management is very friendly and helpful. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit Spanky's for the burgers and fried cheese. Unique to Lubbock and amid the Texas Tech campus.

We stayed here for a shakedown of our RV which had been in storage and maintenance at a local RV dealer. Right after checking in, we found that we had a water leak. We had to leave and return our RV to the dealer for correction. The staff was very cooperative and gave us credit to return for another night. We did four days later and found the park to be extremely clean and well maintained, with a good dog run. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for one night while passing thru Lubbock. The park is a little out of Lubbock but close enough to go into town and eat, sightsee, etc. Very comfortable park, especially at price. Level gravel sites with good utilities. Cable is included. The water spigot is located underneath a ground cover so you may need a flexible connector or curved adapter to make sure you can connect the water hose, especially if you use a water pressure regulator. We had a pull thru site and had plenty of room to manuever. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park to stay when visiting Lubbock. Close to tourist sites with friendly caretakers. Cable TV is in transition from satellite to local cable company which park is having problems with and also the lack of trees lowered rating. Definitely would say here again. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate is Good Sams nightly rate. PA rate is $16.50 for one night only. Nice quiet clean park located on the west side of Lubbock with one of the best most secure dog runs we've seen. Roads/sites firm gravel. Wi-Fi worked fairly well except during heavy use periods. One of the best parks in the area to visit Lubbock. All major shopping, Texas Tech, very close. Some traffic noise from nearby highway 82, but we didn't feel it was an issue for us. Good Verizon and AT&T. Many long term residents present, but nothing laying around, well enforced park policies. Everyone friendly. Park management lives on site. Would certainly stay here again when in the Lubbock area. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

This clean little park is always convenient for our trips to Lubbock. The owners are always friendly and accommodating in every way. Park has several pull thru sites that will accommodate 40' Dp's as well as big 5th wheels. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

Having tried most of the parks in the Lubbock area this has become one of our favorite stops by far. The park was built about seven years ago and has held up well under use. In general the park is well maintained and cared for. Few signs of age. Some small trees, which is all one can expect in this part of Texas. Paved interior roads are in good shape. Adequate length, gravel sites have curbs and are level. All of Lubbock is as level as a pool table for that matter! All are in good shape. Water, sewer, cable TV, electricity, and Wi-Fi all in good shape and all worked well. Staff are superb. None better. The only possible negatives are that there is some road noise as the adjacent highway becomes increasingly more heavily traveled. Some long term campers…but no junk. Great dog runs with actual grass! We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were here for a baseball playoff game at Frenship High School, and it worked well. We arrived late at night and left fairly early the next morning. But this park was very clean and the communication was very good. The only thing that I would have changed, is more shade trees. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Motorhome.

Site was not level, the cable or the electric did not work. We hooked up to the site next to us. The Park was a little run down but the laundry room had a/c and seemed new. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice commercial park; good tall fence blocked wind and noise; wonderful, friendly, on-site hosts; excellent hookups; adequate room between each site. Nice to be a bit away from the big city. We camped at Mesa Verde RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
