This campground and inn has grown tremendously in the past 10 yrs. The campground is huge. Sites are nice gravel although some are significantly sloped. The big rig sites in the back are open with a small patch of grass. We were given a pull through site up front under the trees at first. However it was too small for our 35' class A MH and tree branches rubbed on the top. So we had to move to the open big rig sites in the back. The registration people are not familiar with parking large RVs and recommended 2 other sites that were too small with low hanging trees. It's best if you check out the site first before trying to drive the RV there first if you have a large one. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Hello and thank you for the review. I need to have my guest service agents go out and look at the sites (again). They should be more familiar with the sites in order to match rigs better. I apologize that you had to move. Thanks for staying with us and I hope to see you again!

This seems to be the best campground option with hookups for Bryce Canyon. Very convenient to the park (1/4 mile from the park entrance.) Ruby's is a big complex with large hotel, 2 restaurants, the campground and several other facilities. Campsites are gravel/dirt, and each has a firepit, but some are in odd locations. Many are VERY close together, and at least half have little to no shade. That said, the hookups work, the location is great, and restroom facilities were surprisingly clean. Crew were always driving around working on things in the campground, so it's well-tended. We would stay here again when visiting Bryce. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Showers seemed to be only in the main building at the campground entrance (?) That's quite a walk from the lower part of the campground; we were glad to have our own in the camper! For a nice dinner (though a bit pricey), try the Bryce Canyon Lodge inside the park. Food was very good, though service was a bit slow. Great atmosphere, in a 1920s national park lodge surrounded by pines.

We actually stayed here on our way up to Glacier and our way back. These folks are so accommodating and ensure you are taking care of. They called me the day before as there was a mix up on the reservation and got the issue resolved. I was very satisfied with their customer service! The sites are well kept and facilities are clean. Wifi seemed pretty good and will continue to return to this campground! We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an excellent campground located within 2 miles of the Bryce Canyon National Park Entrance. Our site was one of the largest we have encountered with a grass patio, picnic table, and firepit. Wifi was good. Water pressure was 60 psi and 50 amp power was stable. This is truly a big rig friendly park. Great value! We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Bryce Canyon is a must see. Route 12 from the CG to Boulder, Utah is a stunning drive and should not be missed. The cafe in Boulder provides an excellent lunch with great pies. The General Store at the CG is a souvenir hunter's dream. The Sinclair Gas Station offers an RV wash.

We were only able to get a reservation for one night or we would have stayed longer. The campground is beautiful, long paved sites with trees. Nice stores and restaurants, a bike trail and right outside the gate to Bryce. I would stay there again. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We love the new bike trail too. A couple of weeks ago we took our son on the Canyon to Canyon bike ride from Bryce Canyon to Red Canyon (17 miles) and it was a blast! There is so much to see and do up here that you could spend some quality time and not experience it all. Thanks for posting.

There's a National Park shuttle bus stop on site. We are staying in the newer RV section, which has very spacious sites. The sites are dirt with some rock, as are the roads. Roads are plenty wide and each site has a very large combination grass/gravel area with fire pit. Unfortunately, it has rained quite a bit, which makes just stepping outside messy due to large puddles and wet dirt everywhere. Would be nice if the parking area of the sites were asphalt, concrete or clean gravel. Wifi is awful, even with a wifi tower directly across the road, as well as one two sites down from us. Cell reception is also awful (even with a cell booster), which is unusual as we typically can use that when wifi won't work. Not here. It has been a struggle to even make a phone call. All in all, it is a nice place to stay that has pretty much everything (except connectivity) and we would stay here again (and pray it doesn't rain). Can't beat the price! We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Thanks for posting a review of our campground and RV park! I appreciate your feedback and hope we can make a better experience for you the next time you visit. The Wi-Fi speed varies according to how many users are on it and if it's peak demand time. We did an entire upgrade on the Wi-Fi last year and it is much improved. I don't know what to say about the cell phone service - we don't have anything to do with that. Thanks again and I hope to see you again.

This is a very large park, We were in Site #252, the next to last one. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys were great. My surge protector/monitor indicated a reversed neutral on the two legs of our 50 A. service. They were there within minutes, took the pedestal apart, and fixed our problem. I hope they both get a raise. They deserve it. Our site was on a corner, so our grassy area was a bit smaller than the others, but the dogs still enjoyed it. The site itself wasn't all that long but more than plenty wide, so we had so problem fitting in our big rig and Jeep towed. The interior roads were exceptionally wide, so navigation within the park was a breeze. WI-FI was Tengonet...but worked quite well. Cable TV had plenty of channels, and worked well. The price was a bit on the high side, but for a park within a mile of Bryce Canyon NP, it was OK. The only negative would be the behavior of some of the ATV campers. Some of them ripped through the park like they were out in the woods. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Thank you for your nice review. I'm glad that things worked out for you and we were able to help with your pedestal power issue. The maintenance guys are really good at problem solving. We try to clamp down on the ATV's as much as possible - our rules are pretty strict. I apologize that some of them were riding around fast and causing problems. We certainly take our bathroom cleanliness seriously. I will make sure that we take more care and attention to the cleaning of the shower areas. We have a brand new shower building that is really nice and we need to keep it that way. I'm not sure what was going on with the bull but it doesn't sound right and I hope the Rodeo manager took care of it. Thanks for staying with us and posting a review.

This one is hard to rate because it's an an "independent" park that feels like the typical commercially run, chain park you'd find in a high tourist dense area with lots of traffic. The office staff seemed more like order takers versus what you usually encounter at campgrounds. I called ahead and had the impression the reservations agent was at a call center as he seemed to have no connection with the park. I was surprised to meet him at check-in. The location is great and we were happy to be able to walk to the nearby Ruby's Inn for dinner (we weren't up for cooking). There is a variety of types of sites in different sections...some with trees & dirt and others that are like a gravel parking lot. There are tent sites, cabins, camp store, atm, pool and a fee dump station for those not staying at the park. In the back (200's), there is a newer area w/ level concrete pads and a nice square of grass. We were told those book up month's in advance. We were driving a 25' mh with toad (42' overall), so asked for a pull thru w/fhu. The site they assigned was towards the rear of the property in the "gravel parking lot" area. We were given an end spot (#110 I think). While the other pull thrus were plenty long for big rigs, our site was short, so we stuck out in the road. Also, the sewer was way in the front...too far for our sewer hose w/o an extension (I think that was atypical for this park). We had our dogs and the nearest green space wasn't conducive for walking, so we asked to be moved. The same employee begrudgingly moved us to a spot nearer the front in the section with trees (#69?). These spaces were shorter, quite un-level and more cramped, but since it worked better where the other fell short, we were happier. We unhooked the toad to make it work. Ruby's has all the bell's & whistles of a resort, but to use an analogy, it was like eating fast food when we were hankering for a home cooked meal. No big complaints really, just not our bag. It will be fine for many. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Bryce Canyon N.P. is beautiful. Lots of deer at dusk, so be mindful when driving or riding a motorcycle. Ruby's Inn store has all kinds of things...supplies, food, souvenirs, books, jewelry...interesting place. The same family (heirs of the ones who discovered Bryce Canyon) pretty much own the entire town. Very popular area and park, for good reason, it's beautiful and different than most anything you'll see anywhere else in the world.

Thank you for providing a review of our Campground. We have a variety of site types and amenities to suit the needs of a variety of campers. We have a great location next to the Bryce Canyon and with the shuttle service there is easy access. This is a commercial RV Park but is owned by the same family for over 100 years. We were helped by very friendly and nice counter people. Everyone helped with selecting a site that was best for us and our service dog. We got a great pull thru that had a great picnic table and a grass area for our service dog. The pull thru's are large with plenty of parking for your truck. We will stay here whenever we visit the area. We even drove to Zion for a day trip instead of staying in the cramped campground near the entrance. You can reach several different parks and sites from here. Great place great people. We stayed in site 240. Out in our area you get satellite. But cable is available. Nice rv park with lots of trees. Our site had good shade, and was level. The showers are okay, not great. Separate stalls but really tiny area to dry off and change clothes and no separation between shower and change area so floor is quite wet. Main reason to stay here beside being a pretty park is that you simply can't beat it's proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park. Worth every penny for that reason alone. But we took the driving tour at 5pm and it was awesome. The lighting on all the scenery was incredible. And given the time of day, it was so NOT crowded.
