The new owners are doing a great job of rehabbing this park. Power, water, sewer, pull through sites, curbing with grass pad for each site, picnic tables at some site will be at all. Everything works well. Three or four rows are finished now. Nice office space, efficient and friendly front office. We got 4 over-the-air TV channels and park is trying a new entertainment offering by loaning Amazon Fire sticks. Worked well. Town is pretty with several groceries and many restaurants. We would stay there again. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Campground is older but they are remodeling it. Front sites were getting new curbing and grass but the back sites were in tough shape still. Was easy to get to from I15. Only had 3 channels on the cable TV if that matters to you. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are currently undergoing renovations which began July 10th. All of our sites will undergo renovations and will look as the sites at the front did. We do anticipate our renovations to be complete by October 2017. At this time we are between cable services and all we offer is antenna, we are looking into other options, but have not found an option that meets our needs. Once again, thanks for your feedback. We hope you have a safe trip.

VERY poor park .. dumpy and not well maintained. Even new sod had dry spots! Laundry room small but nice. Staff unpleasant and would not accommodate handicapped people. Told we could not stay longer as newly sodded sites would "get torn up by a walker". And neither one of us was using a walker ! We would NOT recommend this park. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Dear Mr. Ron, we are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with our park and appreciate you taking the time leave feedback. Our park renovations began 7/10/17 and are still ongoing. In response to your statement "staff wouldn't accommodate handicap people" we would like for you to know this is untrue. Your reservation was for 7 nights, we accommodated you the full 7 nights. During your stay we asked all guests to stay out of our construction zones, which you chose not to comply with and reported an accident. Due to the reported accident we compensated you a two night stay. You then requested additional nights stay, however, due to the restrictions we had in place and the liability we chose not to use our incomplete sites for your safety. Once again, we are sorry you were not happy about our decision, it was for your safety and ours.

The park is at the north end of town and quiet. There was enough space where we didn't feel crowded. Some sites have nice grassy areas and trees. Great wifi. The laundry facilities are nice. The bathrooms could use an updating but were clean. The only downside is the areas that were not maintained. The dog park was in-useable all dirt and lots of foxtails, as a dog owner this is an issue. On our site the grass was dead and the concrete pad was cracked enough that you could trip on it. The picnic tables were wobbly. We would stay here again. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We started park renovations on July 10th and once the renovation is complete all sites will have concrete curbing, new sprinklers and sod as well as most will have concrete picnic pads. Our dog park has been renovated and you can view a before & after on our facebook page. We do hope in the future that we can also renovate our bathrooms. We also anticipate new picnic tables for those that are not in great shape! Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you'll come back soon. Safe travels.

When I was forced to find another Park after the KOA felled to meet my needs. I move a little further North to this park. The people were great to work with and willing to go out of their way to get me taken care of. This park is undergoing some remodeling and upgrading of the sites while I was here. This will be a great park once the upgrades are finished. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We were passing through Cedar City, and we decided to stay at Cedar Breaks RV Park. It was an excellent place to stay. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was wonderful. We are pretty much newbies when it comes to the RV life. We were having some trouble unhitching our rig, but the staff was there immediately to help us out. Thank you! Very quiet during the day and night. Bathrooms and showers were clean and accessible. The WiFi was better than some hotels I've stayed at. Thanks for an enjoyable experience! Contrary to what the list of connectivity states, no they do not have cable. The dog park is unusable as part of the fencing is laying on the ground and grills are stored there. The camp store was less than half stocked. Although there are automatic sprinklers, it appears the lawn is not watered as it was quite dry in our area. This leads us to believe the new owners are cutting expenses. There is a mobile home park behind the campground and those residents drive through the campground causing additional traffic (and noise from a youth on a dirt bike while we were there). The one good thing was the shade in our area which was a bonus on the hot, hot days. We had a good amount of space between us and the neighbors, but the same spacing is not evident throughout the campground. Some sites appear to be closer to their neighbors. We noticed a few longer coaches making more than one attempt to get into their sites, but can't say what their reasons were (layout of the campground??). We will likely stay elsewhere if we stop in this area again. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. At this time we do not currently have cable. Since your stay with us in June our dog park has been renovated, take a minute to look at the before and after photo on our facebook page. Due to us being so close to town we have decided to downsize our c-store as not much is purchased by those staying with us. While we can see that the lawn being dry lead you to believe the owners are cutting expenses, that is not the case. We were anticipating a full park renovation that started July 10th which will include all RV sites. All sites are getting concrete curbing, new sprinkler system, new sod and most will also get concrete pads for the picnic tables. We are also in the process of creating a plan to minimize through traffic. Some sites accommodate larger rigs and are provided with more space than those accommodating smaller rigs. Once again, we are in the process of renovating and hope you'll give us another chance. Safe travels.

We chose this campground based on previous reviews, it was definitely the right choice. While the property and laundry are very clean, sites are decent size and easily accessed anywhere in the park, and this is a great home base to see the many nearby attractions, the prize here is the manager and staff. I don't think you'll find folks who'll go further to accommodate your needs. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Went by the reviews to make our reservation here. We did get the weekly rate at $34.00 a night. This is a very nice campground and is just off the freeway a little on the north end of town. Take the N Main exit and turn right. It's not too far down on the left. Can't miss it. The office has a bright red roof. Lots of good areas to walk the dogs. CCCG is on Main Street and if you head north out of the campground you will find lots of restaurants and shopping. We are here for a week taking in Zion and Bryce Canyon. Now for the best part of this campground. The manager is the best. She took care of our reservation and even readjusted the times as they got mixed up the first time. Our fault. But it didn't faze her a bit. She just fixed it and made sure we had everything we needed. Asked lots of questions about the area and she had all the answers. We will stay here again just because of her. The facilities are more than adequate. Easy in and out of our site. Very spacious. Daily rate times 30 = monthly rate as we stayed for a whole month. In all that time the power was consistently in the green and the wi-fi was as strong and fast as if we were on cable. Our hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful, a regular chamber of commerce rep for the whole area. The sites are level gravel with concrete patios and nice picnic tables, the shade trees were in blossom despite 3 snow showers. And "everything's up to date in Cedar City" in re: shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again, perhaps a little later in the year, weather-wise. Some shade, just very overpriced for what is offered. Showers were clean but extremely small, no pool. Laundry was fine. Lot's of permanents in this park. Would go back if it were less expensive. Even with the Good Sam Discount it was $50 a night plus taxes. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Park is a small older RV park combined with a rundown trailer park and a U-Haul truck rental business. No street signs and little direction from office. Big rigs can end up in a dead end street with no way out. As reviewed before the speed bumps are excessive. This park should not be park of the Good Sam System and the rate is excessive. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Pros: the folks running this park are nice & accommodating.

Cons: speed bumps (even if driven at 2-3 mph) will jar your fillings out. Trees branches are 8-10 feet above the road. Appeared they have never been trimmed. You need to be very careful driving to your site. Sites are poorly marked, the map they give you is extremely confusing & inaccurate & will lead into dead ends. I estimate that about 75% are permanent residents. Be careful entering from Main Street, as soon as you enter the park there is a hard left about 25 feet into the park, then maybe in another 60 feet there is a hard right to the office. There isn't much good to say about this park. We camped at Cedar Breaks RV (formerly Country Aire RV Park) in a Motorhome.
