The park gets a 9 due to its location next to Lagoon Amusement park. The deluxe sites are great - level concrete pads and lots of trees for shade. During the weekdays, the campgrounds were not too crowed. But, as you get closer to the weekend, it gets more crowed. The showers and bathrooms are small (only 2 showers and only 2 toilets) and fairly clean. There are two shower buildings and that helps. The roads are paved but narrow. Overall it is a pretty good campground. We will definitely stay there again. We camped at Lagoon RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is our second time staying at this park. Both times we stayed in the premium sites which have concrete pads and a nice grassy area with a picnic table to use. Plenty of room between sites. We saw some family groups pull their campers in opposing on two sites and set up a great family area between them. The sites are perfectly level and 30/50 amp power. So glad for the trees as it was 96 yesterday and in the evening the trees blocked the setting sun to cool the trailer down. We are in a 36 foot bumper pull toy hauler with a mega-cab long bed truck and did not have to disconnect and have some extra room. The park is awesome next door and there is an exit from the park right at our trailer. You must walk back to the front to get back in but not paying park prices for food and drinks makes the camping here almost free!!! Check in was great and quick and you get park discounts for camping here in addition you can get your park passes at the front office and not wait in line at the park ticket window. There is a paved bike/walking trail that goes past the south end of the park and you can enjoy a great bike ride there. There is no WIFI but Verizon is full LTE with no problems. There are cheaper sites with grass pads and they seem to be standard to what we see everywhere else we have stayed. We will stay here every time we visit the park as it is so convenient. This is probably a really convienent RV park to stay in for families who are visiting the next-door amusement park, that is, if they can find out how to get in. The entrance was not marked for southbound travelers, so it was very difficult to know where to pull in. The office sign was covered by a very lovely tree, so campers had to search to see where to check in. The park streets were not marked well, so it was easy to find yourself driving down the wrong way. The pull-in sites were along side the fence to the amusement park, where several animals were on display, which made for a pungent odor and lots of flies around our RV (I'm surprised that some animal rights group isn't in an uproar over the conditions/enclosures that those poor animals were kept in!). But since my Mama always told me to say something nice....the park trees were beautiful, the laundry room was air conditioned, and the helpful lady in the Subway made a great sandwich (but none of those things would ever make me return). We camped at Lagoon RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Delightful RV park with lots of shady pull through spots. Stayed 2 nights. Was much nicer than I was expecting being next to amusement park. Once the park closed at 10, the RV park was peaceful. We camped at Lagoon RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Awesome to be able to stay right next to Lagoon park! Family had a great time. Only complaints: no pool and very packed. Have fun getting in and out with your trailer. We stayed at another local park: they have more space and is still close. We will stay here again I'm sure. We camped at Lagoon RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.
