Nice park if you're visiting Zion or Bryce Canyon Nat'l Parks. Not really large, so suggest you make reservation at least 24 hrs ahead. Saw them turn 5 away before 6 pm because they were full. We had a 50 amp FHU on a fairly level gravel site with grass around us. Trees have really grown since we were here last, so good shade. Our Verizon cells didn't work (required a credit card), and we couldn't get our antenna to bring in the local networks, but most were using satellite. WIFI was mediocre but reliable. Sites were pretty close, but we could still put our large awning out completely. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We visited Bryce Canyon and hiked. It was pretty cool, but not bad for hiking. This is our favorite Nat'l Park and Bauers is about 1 hr away. There is a grocery store handy in Glendale. Didn't really spend much time in the town. We would definitely come back to Bauer's. Owners were very nice, and didn't charge our credit card until we arrived. They have been here for a long time.

This is an older park and the spaces are real close together. My neighbor's water connection was at my front door. Some grass but mostly dirt and dust but it was convenient for our stay about 49 miles to Brice Canyon and about 34 mile to Zion. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an excellent place to stay for taking advantage of Bryce and Zion National Parks. It is a small family run park that is grass sites and gravel roads. Sites are a little close together, but not to the point where you cannot put out your awning or slides ... or enjoy sitting outside. There was enough room for parking our towed vehicle beside our motorhome at our site. The hookups are conveniently located and worked without any problems. Strong water pressure so carry a pressure regulator. WiFi is excellent. Phone reception, not so much so. While we were there the family was busy working away at a number of improvements. They care for the park and guests making it a splendid place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small campground located about halfway between Zion National and Bryce Canyon parks. Site are level, electricity worked fine, water was hard, water pressure was good. WiFi was slow but dependable. Sites are close together, but we spent most days visiting the parks & other locations in the area. Gravel roads in campground and on sites. Was conveniently located and that is why we chose this RV park. We would stay here again if we are in the area. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Make sure to visit the other national monuments in the area as well as Zion National and Bryce Canyon parks. Grocery stores are in Kanab which is about 30-40 south of the campground. Owners are also managers and very knowledgeable about the area.

We stayed her two nights. The site was excellent. The laundry and showers were Awesome! They had a great camp store. The best part of this place (which was great in and of itself) was the staff. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There's an amazing amount of stuff in the area. Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. There is a rodeo most nights at Ruby's in Bryce Canyon City. Lots of night life at Bryce Canyon. It is about 45 minutes away, but heck, you're in Utah. You're gonna have to drive

This park was extremely neat and the owners very friendly and helpful. Our site was level, large, grassy, and shade trees are throughout the park. It was a pull thru site. Wifi was excellent! Our satellite service was excellent. There is no fenced dog area, however, this is the most dog friendly park we've stayed in. They have an alfalfa field and apple orchard where you can walk your dogs and take them off leash. The sell grain fed beef in the office. We bought 2 steaks that were great! We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

We planned to be here a week but ended up staying two weeks. Rate is the Good Sam weekly rate. Owners are super people and so is the rest of the staff. Very quiet at night. This is a great spot to visit many places from. This is the desert, but they water almost everyday to keep the grass growing. The sites maybe a little tight but we were gone most days. Power was good and strong and the WiFi is the best we have seen in a campground. I enjoyed my chats with the owners relaxing in the office which is like a family room atmosphere. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

The staff is an extended family and very friendly. The grounds are well kept. It's near a farm and you can walk over to pet the horses.

The sites are mostly level but quite close to each other. There is a picnic table at each site. Some trees. Satellite was difficult due to other rigs being so close and the trees. Neighbor's air conditioning was noises all day and night. Some road noise and nearby barking dogs.

The "camp store" sold soft drinks from a fridge for $1 each. Rent DVD's for $1, but limited selection. Book exchange.

Overall it was a good value and a good stop. We'd come back to visit Zion. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

You enter through the second driveway. There are signs but people miss them.

You can visit Zion from here, but RV size is limited for and you pay to stop traffic. Check with Zion NP before attempting.

Visit Cedar Breaks National Monument. Lovely and no one goes there!

No food or store in Glendale. In Hatch the Adobe Cafe is a winner. In Orderville Soup Town is good. The grocery in Orderville is pretty good.

Very nice owners. Appeared that bath/showers were still being redone so didn't use them. Laundry was adequate. Sites close, dirt, grass with a table next to each site. Town of Glendale is pretty run down, lots of junk in yards. No dog facilities, nice shaded grass area by entry sign. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful setting for this small and friendly campground. The location is excellent; half way between Zion NP & Bryce NP.
They were in the process of upgrading the washrooms & laundry facilities; looking good.
Wifi was excellent, cell coverage (AT&T) not so good. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

The setting is lovely with grass between each parking spot and many Fremont cottonwoods. We did not, however, have a problem getting satellite TV. Wifi is provided free of charge and (!) works quite well. Baths are clean, but, they are worn, outdated, and older, but lots of hot water. Very disappointed after reading all the good reviews. Park setting & staff are great but the facility itself does not match the reviews, in our opinion. Many sewage hoses run uphill to the drain, making it difficult to dump your tanks on site. Fortunately, there is a decent dump site on the property. And the restrooms were not serviced regularly, with paper all over the floor and shower stall and very dated and could use some TLC. WiFi was quite good! Not a horrible experience but not up to the high ratings given. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly management, sites are a bit tight but workable. Park was full when we stayed there but the power was adequate (didn't drop below 114 volts). Due to the high occupancy at the park, WiFi became quite slow in the afternoon but was workable. Received a weak Verizon cell signal (1g) for voice and text only.
