Traveling in a 38 foot coach we stayed 2 nights in a site for big rigs. Yes the staff is pleasant and very accommodating but it does not make up for all the dog poop! It was like walking thru land mines. We paid for three nights but we left after two mainly because our hydraulic stabilizers sank one foot into the ground and we thought soon our tires would sink too. And no it was not even raining. Basic dirt & mud sitea. How hard would it be to put a little gravel down? What really got our goat was that there were two other sites that were paved... and no one was even in them. Our electric box was very old and did not have a breaker. I do not know about you but plugging a 50amp electric line into a outlet and removing it with-out a breaker turn off.... just does not feel right. This park mainly has long-term tenets, not overnighters. We checked google aerial maps before making this our designation park put there is so much that you just can not see until you are there on site. - JDC10

The park is good for 1 or 2 days, not the cleanest place we have stayed in. OTA TV was good and Cell service good. We needed to have a chip in the Motorhome glass repaired as well as a broken windshield on the car, the hotel had no problem with us having it done at our site. We had the last site on the far end. If you end up in a middle site or on the end closest the hotel you may have a problem getting in the site straight. I would suggest asking for site 7 thru 10. We would stay again if passing thru. - Tfrout

We called ahead in the morning and they said they had a space which they would hold for us. The hotel runs the RV park in its back parking lot, which has 10 sites. The laundry room has a toilet, but is closed from 11 pm-6 am. The park has pull-through parking. All connections are provided. All the sites are in a row across the side of the back parking lot. Other campers had trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes. We were in the spot farthest from the hotel - wifi didn't work for us there. - vroecker

This is a motel several miles West of Salt Lake City at exit 99 on I-80. There are 10 rv "sites", dirt/gravel, but with full hookups. Wi-fi is free, but very weak. There are truck stops and fast food places in both directions, plus a Denny's (where the food wasn't great). The most remarkable thing about this place is that the washer and dryer only cost $1.00 each! If you need inexpensive and close to the airport, this is the place. - rv1guy2cats

The Bad: This park would have been a 9 if it wasn't for two things: the RV spaces are located in a parking lot, and the lot is between the visitor center and the tourist bus drop off location so there is zero privacy. Tourists can often be found walking right alongside your RV as there are walking paths that lead from the RV spots to the lake even though they could just take the main path from the visitor center. Tourist buses seem to drop a large number of people at the park every 20-30 minutes (even during week days) so there is an incessant stream of people walking by your RV throughout the day. The Good: Beautiful views surround the parking lot and the staff is responsive and helpful. The RV parking lot is near the lake. Free wifi is provided and it works really well and it is a short drive to Salt Lake City (20-30 minutes). Also, there is a gate that locks with number pad around 7 pm each night to keep visitors out but opens early in the morning. - Shane King
