Beautiful RV Resort! And it is truly a resort! Gorgeous 360 degree mountain views. We stayed in the new, back section and the sites are huge and fully paved. Nice landscaping with trees, shrubs, and grass throughout the resort. Private showers. Two nice pools and hot tubs. There are 2 bricked, circular gas fireplaces in the adult section that get turned on each evening. Pickle ball courts were lots of fun. Very nice laundry facilities. Two large clubhouses. Every aspect of this resort is top notch; it is truly a 10! Nice folks work here too and they are constantly out and about working and checking on things. We were here a month and hope to come back. Our $33 rate is based on the monthly rate and includes about $3 a day for electricity. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground resort is amazing. Concrete sites with lush green grass for the picnic table area. Clean private restrooms and showers, pool and hot tub. Gated campground for extra security. Beautiful views from our campsite of the snow topped mountaings. The weather is amazing, with no humidity cool mountain breeze. Most definately the place to be. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Phenomenal park, truly a resort. We had booked P2 listed as a premium pull-through but on arrival discovered that this site had a tight turn for our 40 ft MH and was impossible to level. Staff said it is generally used for for fifth wheels. Don't book big rigs in the P sites. I didn't see that when reserving on line. Staff was wonderful and moved us to a super site. This adult-only area was brand new, just opened this summer. Sites were huge, level concrete pads and patio. I saw a large fifth wheel with 2 trucks, a large ATV and a motorcycle parked with room to spare. There are 2 pools with hot tubs, exercise rooms, clubhouses, wide paved roads, daily trash pick-up, cable and good WiFi! Beautiful mountain scenery. 2 dog parks with plush grass. Dog park in the adult-only section was the largest I've found at an RV park and busy with friendly dogs and people. I wish I could give a 9.5 because the only thing missing for us was grass between the sites. The new area is landscaped with rocks and plantings but no grass. We like some grass to have a cool area for our dog off of the concrete. That would have made a perfect 10. Lastly, being so new, the cable is CADTV. This confused us at first because we are used to searching for CATV when setting up our TVs. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Heber City is a cute town next to the busier Park City. We had a wonderful dinner at The Back 40. Go early, they fill up every night. Had terrible Chinese at Dragon Star.

Nice, clean resort, near town, shopping and 20 minutes from Park City. Great hikes in the area, as well. We stayed in the new section of the resort that had various signs stating it is 21 and over only. Our paperwork specifically stated over 21, no kids, bikes etc. allowed. This was not enforced, and while we were not overrun with kids, there were a couple of families staying in our section. Kids riding bikes and going to the pool. Strange that the resort is so firm in stating this rule, yet they break it themselves. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay in Heber City. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of the 2-3 nicest RV parks we have ever been in. Just outstanding in every aspect. I have never seen sites so wide with concrete (S section) that you can drive the truck through the site even with the trailer sitting in place. This park is immaculate. Gated 24/7, requiring all vehicles to enter the code to access even the front office. We always enjoy finding places that have an adult section, and even better that the adult section has its own clubhouse and pool. It truly does appear that "no expense was spared" when building this resort. The cable TV here is excellent, both in picture quality and number of channels. Wifi worked great. Our dogs enjoyed the HUGE dog run, and ran and played like I have never seen. The office is well stocked, I was glad to find an ice cream freezer with many options. We would drive quite a long distance to return to this park, making sure that we could stay as long as possible. I believe I have given 2 or 3 "10s" ever. If this place doesn't deserve a 10, then such a rating doesn't exist. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Had a great stay at mountain valley. The park is very well maintained and clean. There were 5 of us sharing a motorhome so we needed to use their showers and bathrooms quite a bit and had to wait a little but no real issue. Also travel with pets and their dog run was really nice with lots of grass and room to play. We also really enjoyed the pickleball courts. Had a wind storm come through while we were at park city and tore my brothers awning off of camper while another camper tied down my brother in laws to keep it from ripping which was very nice, the park contacted us right away so we could come back and address these issues and the park helped my brother with getting rid of his torn awning. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We come to this RV park every year. It is a great place! We were in a concrete site in the M section. They just opened a new area that has wider concrete sites with its own pool area. So there are now 2 pools. There is also a hot tub in the "old" area - we did not check to see if there is a hot tub in the new area. The roads are wide and easy to navigate. The place is kept clean. There are good places to walk the dog. The location is great for all kinds of activities. The internet worked fine. It is just a nice place! We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground. Friendly staff. Great view of mountains! Nice, level concrete pad with good amount of grass between sites. Nice clubhouse, pool, etc. We only stayed for 3 nights but would like to come back to this campground again in the future. I would give this a higher rating if it were close to a lake, ocean, etc. I would recommend this park to others. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Went to Park City nearby and enjoyed Main street as well as a mining museum that is right on Main street. We (and our son) enjoyed the mining museum and a ride on the trolley. Also went to the Museum of Ancient Life (Dinosaur museum) in Lehi that we really enjoyed.

Decided to stay here after reading RV Park Reviews by others. Good choice. Very close to town and stores. Excellent sites. We stayed in the new 50 plus section in a 32 foot fifth wheel. Our site only had 50 amp so needed a 50 to 30 plug cord. Staff was very helpful and called, we were still on the road, when they had a cancellation so we could stay a full four nights. The Heber area has plenty to explore. My wife would like to stay a. month in this park. We have stayed in many parks over the years and this is in our opinion the absolute best. Sadly, it is tough to get into, being popular, so plan ahead. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We booked a pull-through site which was wide, all concrete and level. Every pull-through site is that way. This is the nicest RV Park I have ever stayed at. There are many private restrooms with showers, a clubhouse and two pools. There is a new over-55 section that has its own pool and no one is allowed in there that is under 21 so the pool is clean and quiet. The entrance and exit are gate-controlled. You are close to so many parks, stores and amenities that you would never run out of things to do. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Great park on the outskirts of town. Very new and very clean. Park is divided into families and adults only. However, we had kids skateboarding and riding bikes in our area. Didn't bother us, but since it is an open area behind a wall, it is very easy for them to play there. Laundry is clean with a nice patio to sit on while you wait for your wash. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Outstanding resort! Clean no messy long term rv's. New section opened up the weekend we showed up. Views of the surrounding snow capped mountains was spectacular. Easy in and out of our pull through site. More than adequate space between sites. The only drawback was the "occasional" wifi issue. But there were only a few for our week stay. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for a week on our way through. Guided to our site by staff, and found that the "P" section was perfectly level for our 5th wheel. We paid an extra $20 for high speed internet for the week, and didn't regret it a bit! We streamed movies, played XBOX, and enjoyed being online with no delays. Well maintained grass next to each spot, clean picnic tables, good traffic flow and plenty of room to move around with the rig. This park has amazing views, peaceful atmosphere, pool/spa, game room, and a great dog park. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, this was one of our favorite stops so far. Tips for other Campers:

For food, I recommend getting some yummy "spinny" fries and onion rings (with the most wonderful blue cheese!) from Spin Cafe, but wouldn't go to the expense of a full meal there again. Our meal was $100 with taxes and tip, and everyone agreed that apart from the items I mentioned, we'd rather have eaten Taco Bell and saved the $. We went back the next day for gelato and I about choked when I heard the price for 3 tiny scoops ($15.50). The onion rings were out of this world, though!

This is a very well organized and well run RV resort. The sites are fairly close together, but not right on top of each other, and there's a wide variety of site sizes (and prices) to suit anyone's needs. There's a giant new section that just opened up (May 2017) that has very long and wide sites (all concrete, no grass), while the original section (which is still quite new) has grass and small trees between sites. Both sections have fenced dog parks, but the dog park in the new section is huge. Being a resort, there are pools, hot tubs, a playground, pickleball, etc. It's only a mile or so outside of Heber City and has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The WiFi works pretty well while we were there... not super fast, but fast enough that we could watch the occasional YouTube video without difficulty. Our AT&T was fast, and Verizon had good signal but was a bit slow. We were able to receive both US mail and UPS deliveries at the resort. The only complaint we have is that the sites in our section (P) were unlevel and required several wood blocks under our front wheels and jacks before our levelers could work. If you like RV resorts, this is a great one. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.
