OK for overnight. Owner allowed us to take two spaces (narrow but long) as a pull-through when we called. 30 amp power, water, sewer all OK. Rooftop dish worked and so did Verizon cell and hotspot. VERY basic CG. All dirt/gravel. Long term residents with "stuff" scattered around, our neighbor was friendly, didn't see other one. Train tracks across the street but I enjoyed watching several go by on the grade using 6 engines. No office, owner stopped by for payment, friendly with info on the area. We camped at Blue Cut RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Mom and Pop site. Owners were out doing cleanup and maintenance when I arrived and were very helpful in getting set-up and with local information. Laundry on site, grocery and fuel close - even a local WalMart. No restrooms or showers that I saw but I have my own. Sites are gravel and fairly level and good hook-ups. Several permanent locals and not a very 'pretty' place but served it's purpose as a home base for a few days. There are trees but no real 'shade' and train does go by but not at night. If you need a 'stop over' or going to historic Helper or to see petroglyphs this place works well. We camped at Blue Cut RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a simple, no-frills park in a rural setting with full hookups. The owner and campground manager are very friendly and made sure we were settled in and hooked up before wanting payment. There are no facilities so you need to be self-contained to stay here. It is a good base for exploring the area; especially, the historic town of Helper and the nearby Nine Mile Canyon petroglyphs and pictographs. We were told this is a popular park for those wanting to use the local golf course during the summer season. We would stay here again. We camped at Blue Cut RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a bare-bones RV park. There are no facilities such as bathrooms, showers or laundry., but just a basic place to hook up. The sites are level, with a decent amount of space between them. the hook-ups are conveniently located and work with no problems. We had no problem getting satellite. The owner is friendly and helpful. The park has mostly semi-permanent residents and is in a rural setting and in an interesting area. We camped at Blue Cut RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

We called at 9 p.m. and a very pleasant woman (turns out she's the owner), answered. We asked if they had sites available for the night and she said yes, and to call her when we get close. We said, but we won't be there until midnight. She said "No problem, I live 3 miles away and I'll come meet you." I thought that sounded crazy, but we needed somewhere to stop Memorial day weekend. We called around 11 and said we were close. I passed the park entrance the first time, and apparently she saw me pass it and took off following me to let me know. When we got into the park, she wouldn't accept our money until she was sure we had parked OK and everything was hooked up and working. They had full hookups and the site was a pull through. It was only $20. This park may not have many amenities, but the service can't be beat. We camped at Blue Cut RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
