Were going to stay overnite but decided another nite. Clean restrooms, excellent wifi, good selection of local channels. Owners very nice & accommodating. Nicest one in Kanab.
Would stay here again. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a terrific spot to stay in Kanab. The new owners are really welcoming and going to make the park even better by improving the wifi. Full hookups with 50 amps all worked fine. Lots of crystal clear channels on antenna. Restrooms, laundry, showers all very clean. Level gravel sites easy to access but quite close if it was full. Easy, short walk or bike ride to town. At least 5 days worth of day trips from Kanab if you are an outdoors type. We had 5 nights and need to come back! This is definitely the RV Park we would choose. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Best Friends Animal Sanctuary tour is amazing, Pahrea Canyon is beautiful, Johnson Canyon offers off road ar as off the main road, Angel Canyon again spectacular. It's a short distance to Zion. The trading Post in Kanab with the old sets is neat.

Their pull-thru sites are limited in numbers. A bigger rig got Space 3 which is their best for exiting the park. We got space 1 which required pulling farther ahead to clear the rear drive. This meant using 3 sewer hoses which really wasn't a problem. However because of the angle and the large tree it was difficult to exit right with the toad. So instead we turned left, turned left through a private parking lot and then back the direction that we needed to go. Otherwise all utilities especially the wifi worked good. Clean bathrooms and showers. Dogs liked the dog park. The rear back-ins would likely have less road noise. The trees were still dropping a few leaves in November. Rules said no BBQ's on picnic tables. The pool was closed for the winter when we were there. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

This is a clean park with traffic noise, though little at night. Night football games from the nearby high school can be heard easily. Sites are near-level coarse gravel in various lengths. Most sites have trees, but little shade. Each site has a picnic table. Voltage is good. Water and sewer connections are below ground level in irrigation control valve boxes, making connection somewhat awkward. The road is wide asphalt in very good condition.

WiFi is strong. I measured 892.1 kB/s down. Sharing is enabled, and I saw several of my neighbors' computers available on mine, so make sure you have sharing set the way you want it. Verizon LTE works well.

Laundry: 2 top-loaders ($1.50), 2 dryers ($1 for 32 minutes).

There are 3 showers on the men's side, all clean and private, though not accessible.

Terrestrial broadcast TV: ABC CBS CW ION NBC PBS. No VHF weather radio.

The new owner (as of 2016 November) is friendly and helpful. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for one night and have done so on several previous occasions. We like the town and the atmosphere of this park. Nothing fancy here but it is clean and well run. We had a back-in site this time but there is plenty of room to maneuver and to park our tow vehicle. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

We travel though the area several times a year and have stayed in all the other Kanab RV parks in the past.
And this simply is the Best of all of them.
Not perfect, but clean, neat and quiet. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

This little park and the town of Kanab captured our hearts. The location of Kanab is a great base camp for trips to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and even Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. Strolling through the little city in the evenings and early mornings had the feel of being in "Mayberry". Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and it just felt safe and relaxed. We stayed at Kanab RV Corral and were impressed with this little parkas well. The staff were super nice and the grounds, pool, and laundry were immaculate. We did not use the restrooms/showers, but I can only imagine they were in top shape as well. The park is right on the major road (US 89 alternate) through this quaint little town, but we almost never ran our AC because the weather was perfect while we were there and the road noise was hardly noticeable during the day and pretty much shut down after 10pm. The sites are all smooth river rock and full hook ups were in great condition. No patio, but there was a little picnic table. There was ample space between sites and trees for shade. We used the laundry - two washers, two dryers - spotless and in great working order. By the way this little park is for sale. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Fifth Wheel.

A short drive to Zion National Park and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. About an 1.25 hour trip to Bryce Canyon. Lake Powell/Page/Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend is about 1.25 hour trip the other direction on Scenic Highway 89.

Great, clean and quiet park. $ 35 + tax for 2 -- Good Sam and AAA members pay $ 31 + tax for 2 guests. We met the new owner (experienced RVer) who takes over in November, so many upgrades expected. Accommodates all RV sizes, including big rig pull-thrus. Did I mention quiet? It was great, not having kids in the pool at all hours! Long, level sites, clean facilities, and park is close to town. Great OTA TV and wi-fi signals. Daily rates only, so no long term stays allowed. Easy walk to several eateries and local grocery. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Travel Trailer.

We loved this RV park and the owner is delightful. It was immaculate. Throughout the campground, there were chairs and tables where you can sit and relax. Although it does not offer cable, for us that is pretty much of an incidental issue, particularly as over-the-air digital aerial was available. After dinner we walked much the town and passed each of the other campgrounds, none of which seemed to compare to Kanab RV Corral. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

Good for a one night stay. Pull-thru's are really close. All gravel sites that are very close to Hwy 89A. Traffic noise can be a problem. Also easy access for anyone to enter from the street to your site. Nice walking distance to the town and grocery store if needed. Satellite reception was good. No cable. This was a stop over trip from Arizona to Idaho, and the park is clean. I've paid a lot less/night for much better amenities for families. Prior to checking in, we were sent an email of all the "rules" separate from the reservation confirmation. Then when we arrived, the first thing that is said to us is "the strict rules." Kids can't run, ride bikes, be loud and there is no entertainment for children. Although the sign at the entrance says: "Slow, kids at play." Office stated that they cater to seniors. Anyway, they had a small pool, and children were allowed to go in it, but hours of pool are 1pm-7pm. It was very refreshing, after a long drive, though. That's a plus. Campground is all gravel, and the pups don't like it. No grass area, but I walked out of the campground to the adjacent public property with a grass area by sidewalk, and cleaned up afterwards. The campground is also near the main highway, but when we are in the trailer, we can't hear the noise. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Fifth Wheel.

We needed a spot in Kanab for a few days and this was the best of limited choices. It's very conveniently located, and you can walk to a variety of stores nearby. It was also relatively quiet for being "in town". The WiFi was amazingly fast, better than 95% of RV parks we've stayed at. The big drawback for us is that the sites are very narrow, and many back-in sites (ours included) have a tree on both sides at the entrance to the site, making backing in a challenge. There's no room for error, and the tree branches are low enough to rub both sides of our motorhome on the way into the site. Rigs are very close together, no breathing room. There's a tiny fenced dog park, but we glanced at it and kept going, instead walking our bigger dog along some nearby streets. Since it seems to be the best option in town we would consider staying here again if we need to be in Kanab in the future, or we might try to find nearby boondocking instead if the weather is favorable. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

We were hoping to stay at Lake Powell but all campgrounds were full so we drove another 100mi to Kanab and this campground was a welcome sight. Gravel roads and gravel pads with tall shade trees. The wifi is super fast and reliable. The restrooms and showers were spotless . The only small downside was the pool closed at 7:30 and the sun did not go down until 9:00. The managers/owners were friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days. We will be back. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Fifth Wheel.
