First off the person who runs this park doesn't return phone calls and was nonexistent during our stay. The power cut off three times during the late afternoon and evening. Sites are fairly level with some weeds and no grass. The utilities are placed correctly to connect to. I camped here in a 40' motorcoach. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Wifi signal is strong, clean park, very clean bath/shower house. Shower stalls are VERY tight. Many what appears to be permanent residents, but we have no issue with that. Good overnight spot. Everyone in the park was quite friendly and courteous.

Nephi is a VERY sleepy town, but this park is fine for an overnight. One can't beat the price! Tight spaces is the only reason I don't rate it higher. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Easy walk to the restaurant if you don't want to cook. Not much to do in town.

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

A very basic, gravel park. The sites are fairly close together, but full hook-ups with 50amp. Power worked fine. Easy stopover on I-15 for an overnight. There seems to be a lot of long term leased sites in the back part of the park, but sites were available in the front park.

I did self-registration when we arrived. Later that day, I found out they gave a Good Sam discount. I called the manager and she told me to come by the office. She honored the reduced rate, giving me back $5 cash and was very gracious about it. It is an easy 1.2 mile walk to town. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Fifth Wheel.

I thought this place was run down. Only certain sites have grass, the rest are nothing but dirt. I would not recommend this place. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is right off the road so easy in, but some of the turns in the park are tight and the sites are not well marked. This is your basic park, all gravel with very narrow sites. We were in Site 12 with full hook-ups and luckily no one was next to us or our slide outs probably would have touched. There were no issues with the hook-ups on our site, the water hookup on the site next to us leaked and left a constant running puddle on our site. WiFi was weak, Verizon signal strong. There was a fair amount of traffic noise and trains close by.

We stayed August 14-20, 2017 paid $30.00 a night. There may have been a weekly rate or Good Sam discount but they were not listed on the form left on the front door of the office. We never once spoke to or saw the owners, everything was done via voicemail - when they bothered to return a call, and a drop box on the office door.

We had only planned to spend a few nights but due to illness, and it was move in weekend at Brigham University and there was nowhere else to stay. We would not go back to this one. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

The staff was really nice. A very casual laid back environment. We called for a reservation, and while it took a little time for a return call, a very nice gentleman returned our call and everything went very smoothly from there. Nice long pull thru site. Very level. A great overnight stop. We have reservations for our return trip in September. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Fifth Wheel.

We were going to be passing through town so I called to make a reservation. They don't answer the phone, at least this time of the year. After leaving two messages, a gentleman returned my call and said there were sites open. When we got to the office to check in, there was a sign on the door to put your money in one of the envelopes. The space are very wide and hook ups were good. There are quite a few permanent orlong time residents but the park is not trashy like some parks have become. We would stay here again. I marked it down because there was no contact with the office or manager. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Fifth Wheel.

We called ahead and left a message to get a reservation. No response. We called the day of, and prior to, our arrival and left a message. No response. We arrived to a note on the locked office saying to go ahead and hookup and leave the fee in the drop box. The fee stated on the office door was $5.00 higher than their website for a FHU. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean. The women's bathroom had no handsoap. Utilities for a big rig were located so that in the pull through sites, keeping the TOAD connected, the sewer was way too far away to reach, so we had to disconnect. Our site was not wide enough to put the living room slide out, given where we had to park to reach to sewer. All that being said, however, it was a peaceful, easy in-out, close to freeway FHU stay, and we would consider staying here again, but only for one night if just passing through. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

Not much to this park but the price is right. No cable. It's great for an overnighter. There is some grass between the sites which is nice. It's not always easy to reach the owners by phone - usually got a machine with a generic message. However, you can just show up and take a site. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Fifth Wheel.

As the previous reviewer said, this is a great place for an overnight stay. The people in the office were busy packing up to move and once we got in there we never saw anyone even near the office. We were able to stay hitched so that was a big plus. We would stay again if the occasion arose. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

This park isn't much but is OK for a night stay. The young lady working in the office was very nice and cheerful. The 50 amp service is adequate, water pressure was high so we used a pressure regulator and the sewer hookup was not very good at all. Lots of junk around. Nice little town. The parking surface was thin gravel. We would stay here again, maybe. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

Close to I-15 and flying J fuel. Older park with long term sites. Great for overnight or when in this area. Few amenities but well worth the price

Can handle big rigs and toads. Restaurant within walking distance. Free WiFi. Nice folks operate this park! Not all sites are level. Great for an overnight stop. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

Easy access from I-15. Nothing fancy. Had a level long pull-through site. Didn't need to unhook the tow car. Staff was helpful. Good for an overnight stay while traveling. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

We got site 62 for the night. At least this site had some space between it and the next one. The front sites are so close together that you couldn't put out an awning if you wanted to. Cigarette butts all over the place. Our site had 30 amp which was plenty for the night although my panel lights in our bus showed bad ground. Old park with most sites long term tenants. I guess we got what we paid for. Will look for another park if passing this way again. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.
