This really is a mobile home park, not an RV park. With that in mind, you must not expect too much but at $15 it is an excellent value. Service is good, the manager guided us to the site and made sure we knew where everything was. Water pressure is high, so don't forget your regulator.

We had a long pull-through site, good for our 40 foot 5th wheel. If you are an overnighter you will be glad to know that the park is handy to the freeway. We will certainly stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient to freeway. Was quiet for us. Nearby streets. We didn't notice traffic. Nice swimming pool. Mostly a permanent mobile home / RV setups. Would stay again for an overnight. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Helpful friendly manager, site we got was very wide and would have been great except all the grass was dead. Convenient for a short stay, close to freeway. The Maverick Gas close to the onramp has a special area just for RV's that was great. Didn't have to fight for a pump, or dodge people using the convenience store. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Large mobile home park that appears to be converting sites from trailers to rvs but still many full-time residents interspersed with rvs. Large long sites. We got the last open spot on a Friday evening for $10 Passport America rate as it was power only. Could use sprucing up but pool area appeared nice. Good for one night stay traveling through. Staff very nice. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice enough place to stay for a day or two. Rate quoted is Passport America. We stayed for one night just passing through. We would stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate quoted is Passport America rate, which is good for 2 nights. Very friendly welcome folks, led us to site. This is a mobile home park so the empty sites are relatively wide. There are some abandoned mobile homes but majority are fairly well kept. Paved streets, close to Ogden sights. For the price, we'd stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

30 amp power, water, and sewer all OK. Rooftop dish worked (no trees), as did Verizon cell & hotspot. We had easy back in, VERY wide and long. Staff very friendly. We used it as a base to visit SLC. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice staff, good wifi in the camp office. Large back in site with full hook ups. A good spot to stay for visits into Salt Lake City, but noisy and majority of park are long time residents. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate was Passport America. We were lucky to find this place. It is also a mobile home park. The staffs extremely friendly. Wi-Fi is only available by the office. As they remove old trailers they are opening up sites for RVs. They is a curb to go over at most sites, but not bad. We had our trailer worked on til late in the day, so I called ahead and they waited for us to come in. Costco, Walmart and other shopping within 5 miles of park. Stayed here 2 nights and would stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects 50% Passport America rate. Very friendly staff. This is more like a mobile home park but with lots of RVs. BUT It has to be one of the cleanest upscale Mobile Home parks I have ever seen. I wouldn't mind staying here for a while if I was visiting the area. I had back in site with 30 & 50 amp, water and sewer connection. Wi-Fi is only available near office but was strong enough when in their "Community Room". Easy Off-On I-15, McDonald's, Wendy's, and Arbys in walking distance and couple of lower cost gas stations too. Sites have concrete pad or strips with grass between sites. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

We used Passport America and stayed in early July. Well, as I read in prior reviews, the management was very friendly. The RV sites are interspersed among a lot of live-in sites. They had 50amp, full hook-ups. We had back-in site with the view of the mountains & some kind of factory. The place had a pool & showers which we didn't use. We stayed 2 nights and if you need a stop over, the price is right. It has your basic needs, but if aesthetics are important to you, it is not your place. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

This rate reflects Passport America. This is a mobile home park that is in the process of converting to an RV park. We found it to be a nice place to stay. The owner was very helpful and we enjoyed talking with him. We would stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a convenient stop and just about worth $15, as PA rate. Older trailer park, huge sites but crumbling concrete & weeds. We needed to use the showers in the old mobile home set up for that, but they were filthy. Pool was overrun with kids on the weekend and dirty, too. Verizon cell and jetpack worked fine, but park voltage dropped very low on hot day. OK for an overnight on PA. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate is Passport America. This is a fairly large mobile home park that has RV sites mixed in among the mobile homes. The RV sites are on full sized mobile home spots so there's plenty of room in the sites. There's an activity center and large pool, open only in the summers. The bath house and restroom is actually a small double wide - the restroom is just a residential type restroom and shower. The park is near the Interstate and easy in and out. Wi-Fi is only in the area directly adjacent the activity center. The mountain view is very nice. This is a reasonable overnight stop and we would stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The rate we paid is based on Passport America's 50% discount. We stayed here two days. The management is very courteous, and helpful. We were given a LONG pull through site with full hookups. The Wi-Fi is located in the main office, and the range is only about 100'. You really have to use the Wi-Fi sitting near the office. This is a multi use park filled mostly with manufactured homes, which are in good condition. I don't know if they have 100 sites they rent out to folks like us, but they do have plenty scattered throughout the facility. The park is close to old town Ogden, restaurants, and shopping, plus several local historical sites. We would stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.
