As others have noted, this is an older mobile home park that is being converted to handle RVs. That means the sites are large and level and easy to get into. Many of the homes were very nice, but others were poorly kept mobile homes and older campers. For a few days, it was just fine. I don't think I'd spend a long time there.

On the plus side, the management was very friendly and helpful and you had the impression he would do anything to make your stay better. On the minus side, the park has a ways to go to attract RV owners who will want to spend more than a couple of days there. It will be interesting to see what the place is like a couple years from now. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

It is a short drive to Salt Lake City and The Great Salt Lake. It is worth the time to go to Antelope Island in the lake just to view the Bison. Ogden has a host of museums house in a vintage train station, at the end of a block filled with shops, restaurants and pubs.

Noisy, barking dogs, wasn't given site promised, hot, no shade, gravel parking area isn't maintained, rutted and isn't level, ant and weed problem. Had to buy adapters to get the water to hook up. Water line directly under sewer line. Water pressure constantly fluctuates even with regulator. Charge extra for pets. No laundry, Wi-Fi doesn't work, not disability friendly, pool closed when we arrived. Different prices quoted for monthly. Under new management. Won't be staying at again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Disabled and unable to drive. No services available unless someone else in the park can take you.

This park is clean and well-maintained, with both RV's and mobile home spaces. The manager was most accommodating in getting us a space allowing our satellite dish to receive signal. The WiFi is free, but limited range. The closer to the office/clubhouse one is located, the better the signal. A good value choice. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Located in far enough from the Interstate to be quiet, but easy to access, this is a good location to stay and do some tourist sightseeing. Salt Lake City is within an easy drive, as is the Wasatch Mountains, lakes and hiking in the summer, snow skiing in the winter.

Mostly a mobile home park that takes in RVs, but an excellent value for this area. Very good and friendly staff. Some of the old travel trailers & RVs that are here permanently at least are in one piece, but barely. Grounds could be cleaned some, but they aren't terrible. Every site has a garbage can. Lots of dogs, but they're in fenced yards, roped, or walked on a leash. We'd stay here again if in the area. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

No laundry facility, but there's one nearby. Nearby fast food and an RV friendly fuel station.

We stayed here for a couple of days to visit the area of Ogden and Salt Lake City on our ways to the national parks. This RV park is filled with typical long term residences in mobile home parks. The club house is pretty clean but there are a couple of issues we had with the management. The water pressure is very unstable, sometimes very high and other time very low even with our in-line pressure regulator. The wifi service is a joke. It only works in a very small area next to the club house. We could not connect even inside the club house and there were two other frustrated RVers complained to the managers. The management said there was nothing they could do as the internet service provider did not maintain their wifi router equipment and just ignored phone calls. What a joke. We will not come back. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

This really is a mobile home park, not an RV park. With that in mind, you must not expect too much but at $15 it is an excellent value. Service is good, the manager guided us to the site and made sure we knew where everything was. Water pressure is high, so don't forget your regulator.

We had a long pull-through site, good for our 40 foot 5th wheel. If you are an overnighter you will be glad to know that the park is handy to the freeway. We will certainly stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient to freeway. Was quiet for us. Nearby streets. We didn't notice traffic. Nice swimming pool. Mostly a permanent mobile home / RV setups. Would stay again for an overnight. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Helpful friendly manager, site we got was very wide and would have been great except all the grass was dead. Convenient for a short stay, close to freeway. The Maverick Gas close to the onramp has a special area just for RV's that was great. Didn't have to fight for a pump, or dodge people using the convenience store. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

The owners are in the process of converting a "trailer park" (think double-wide) into an RV campground. They have a very long way to go. Our site was 4 parallel concrete ribbons and the utilities (SWE). What sealed the bad deal was the "restroom" ... an older trailer with two bathrooms which were carpeted (YIKES!) and run down to say the least. Don't stay here until the conversion is complete & a couple of good reviews have been posted. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Large mobile home park that appears to be converting sites from trailers to rvs but still many full-time residents interspersed with rvs. Large long sites. We got the last open spot on a Friday evening for $10 Passport America rate as it was power only. Could use sprucing up but pool area appeared nice. Good for one night stay traveling through. Staff very nice. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an old, trashy park with a lot of old, poorly maintained permanent manufactured homes. It had rained and the area was muddy. We did have good cell service (Sprint) and easy satellite access. The office folks were friendly and helpful, and the water pressure and electricity were both fine. We would not stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate quoted is Passport America rate, which is good for 2 nights. Very friendly welcome folks, led us to site. This is a mobile home park so the empty sites are relatively wide. There are some abandoned mobile homes but majority are fairly well kept. Paved streets, close to Ogden sights. For the price, we'd stay here again. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

30 amp power, water, and sewer all OK. Rooftop dish worked (no trees), as did Verizon cell & hotspot. We had easy back in, VERY wide and long. Staff very friendly. We used it as a base to visit SLC. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice staff, good wifi in the camp office. Large back in site with full hook ups. A good spot to stay for visits into Salt Lake City, but noisy and majority of park are long time residents. We camped at Wasatch View Estates and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
