We stayed here three days while we visited Bryce National Park. The owner, Jodi, was present to check us in. She was very helpful with tourist information for the area. The recommendation to drive Scenic Hwy 12 was wonderful, I am so happy I didn't miss this road which was rated #2 in the World for scenic drives. I also did laundry and the laundry room was very clean and affordable machines. They informed us the Clubhouse was closed for the winter season. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here on previous trips and found this to be an ok, but certainly not special rv park. This time our experience was not very good. We arrived around 4:00 and the office was closed and newcomers were advised to use the "night check-in", which basically meant filling out an envelope and enclosing payment. Three pull-thru sites were available on their check-in map. (There were many other empty sites, so I'm not sure why only three were available to use). Although they claim to have a recreation/game room, there isn't anything but an empty space. They also seem to have wi-fi, as I was able to find the network but unable to access it because they did not provide a wi-fi password with their check-in procedure. At first we were worried about not having the access code for the bathrooms, but then realized that the key pads had been disabled and no code was required. Nobody from the office ever bothered to check in with us or have any communication. The rate charged is very high for what you get, but they seem to be aware there aren't many options in this part of the state during the winter months. If there is another place to stay, we will opt for it in the future. I did find out there is an rv park in Richfield, and that's not much further up the road. The sites are fairly narrow and we had a squeeze fitting between the picnic tables. The showers are marginal. Hot water is lukewarm, takes forever to arrive, has low flow and shower stalls have lights with automatic fans. This makes for a very cold showering experience. Best to use your own shower. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.
Little C's bakery is excellent.
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $32.00
There was no Wi-Fi on our site and when the owner took a phone call as we were checking in, she told the caller there was no cable but more than twenty TV channels on an antenna. We got two and they were pixelated. The bathrooms were clean but nothing special.. There was no grass anywhere. The rate was more than twice others in the area that were much nicer. If we come back, we will stay elsewhere. We were disappointed and felt this park was overpriced. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. We stayed at this nice small park for 3 nights to see awesome Bryce Canyon National Park the campsite is in the town of Panguitch 6 miles from scenic Route 12. Although a small town, there is a good supermarket and diesel at very reasonable prices. Owners were very helpful and friendly. The site is open plan and all gravel but tidy. Restrooms are very clean but older style and a very large laundry. We had to sit in the comfortable chairs outside of the office to pick up WiFi as our site was to far from the antennae. On the last night when the campsite was almost empty we did get good connection from site. It is a more basic campsite than some but excellent value. We would certainly recommend staying here. Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $24.00
Weekly rate used. The owners are two of the nicest and most helpful people we have met during our travels. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay including leading an ATV ride for a day. We camped here in our 27' travel trailer. Some of the sites are small but they do have sites up to 80' to accommodate large RVs. Great location to the downtown Panguitch area. Easy to walk or ride your bicycle or ATV. We will definitely stay here again next time through this area. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo

We were here 5 nights and found the owners of two years very friendly and helpful. Daily hands-on attending to grounds and guests. This RV Park is close to many exciting National and State Parks. The town of Panguitch is a great location to jump off to explore whether hiking, Biking, ATV, etc. We'll come back. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $28.00
Nice little park. Friendly owners. Not the cleanest, with some debris around the garbage area. Cute little town close enough the Brice Canyon for day trips. I would try a different park if in the area again. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $27.00
This park is adequate, but we had problems with the electrical service. We were told that our site would have 50 amp service, but found that it had only 30 amp. In addition, our site and the one next to it were on the same circuit so the circuit breaker would pop several times each evening when both sites were cooking . We were there in November when most of the other area parks were closed for the season. We would not stay in this park again. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $27.00
Nice level pull-through FHU gravel sites with picnic table. Nice bath house and laundromat. Owners are friendly and helpful. Panguitch is a nice little town that is convenient to lots of area attractions. We stayed here for a week and would definitely stay here again. Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $14.00
Please note - rate is based on monthly rate of $400.00. We have stayed in this park for 6 years and the last 2 years with new owners, who have been wonderful! Very clean bathrooms and showers. Gravel has been added to low spots. ATV friendly/ ride out of park. On site laundromat is clean and pleasant to use. Walk to downtown, post office and grocery store. New Family Dollar nearby. Host gave a great 1st Day of Autumn Potluck. Great food and enjoyed by all. Host has added a small gift shop with handcrafted items. Be sure to check it out. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Attitude makes up for a lot, and the staff at the desk whom we saw frequently after checking in were cordial, informative, and pleasant to chat with. Even offered us cold beverages after we pulled in during the heat of the afternoon. The store offers a little bit of this and that in the way of RV supplies as well as the obligatory tourist t-shirts, hats, etc. Just a couple of small but clean restroom/shower combos immediately adjacent to what appeared to be a couple/few living quarters with folks coming and going at all hours. Can't miss the wooden water tank out front and it makes a quaint picture. Good for an overnight stay. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

The access turn is a little tight for big rigs, so we unhooked our tow. Utilities worked well and sites are level. This is a place to park your rig and visit Bryce Canyon. It is not a destination campground. Our view in the front was some on site apartments and from the rear an unkempt home. Wi-Fi was awful. It would be nice if they could put a dog run on site as there is really not good place to walk the dog. We had to take ours to the neighboring hotel to find a little patch of grass. We had no problem with highway noise. Located right in town with short drive to restaurants. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $27.00
Very helpful staff. We were there during a windy period which made our site very dusty given the gravel surface of this park. Would use the facility again however if passing near. Wi-Fi was excellent which is important to us. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $38.00
Great place to stay to visit Bryce Canyon. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This is a very small campground right outside the small downtown and approximately 20 miles from Bryce Canyon. The sites are gravel, pull through but easy to level. The restrooms/showers are so clean, and they have a large laundry. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.Undo
