Very friendly host, kind of crowded with a lot of live there people. But it was a good place to spend the night with full hookups. Right in town. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.

A park in transition. There have been upgrades to power grid and the work is on-going. Sites are mostly easy to access. The pull thru sites are older with three sewer drop points, two power stanchions (one 30A and one 50A) one water supply. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The sites are gravel, fairly close to level but may require some minor adjustments. Panguitch is small town USA. Easy access for day trips to Bryce and Cedar Breaks, plus RED CANYON. OTA TV about 20 channels, otherwise satellite. CG is located on Main St, US-89, so expect some traffic noise. We had a pleasant stay and will return if in the area. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Joe's Market for fresh produce and meat. Fuel is pretty much the same price, except in the National Parks. Altitude can be an issue, CG is about 6600 elevation and the parks are much higher. Carry lots of water.

Bathrooms have been cosmetically updated, but showers still take forever to receive hot water. Hosts were friendly. The only pull-through sites long enough for our motorhome with toad were in front, adjacent to the highway. Noise is not a problem at night, however. There were large trees on either side of our site and we would not have been able to open an awning, but not sure about slide-outs. Neighbor in a very large class A left his LED outside lights on all night, which was not very considerate. Close enough to town to walk to restaurants and a grocery store. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Take a walk through downtown Panguitch before all remnants of the Wild West disappear. Street side signs describe history of each building. Cowboy Restaurant had delicious mesquite smoked meat as well as house made sides and desserts but its cash only (ATM inside).

Nice place, great staff, clean and has really good electric water sewer and Wifi! The sites and roads are gravel. Sites are pretty level. The laundry is very clean and reasonable. It has a cute gift shop with local items, Tees and sweatshirts. Has trees at each site for shade. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.

So close to Bryce Canyon National Park, Panguitch Lake & there are ATV's available for rent across the street. There is a market and a Family Dollar but because it's expensive I recommend you bring your groceries from home. Dog friendly.

We did not pick this campground but out of necessity. We had some engine problems and had to park to camper to take the truck to a shop two doors north of the campground. The staff was sympathetic and help us a much as they could. He explained the small town of Panguitch Utah in high def detail, and then said he'd block off the site for 5 days if necessary until the truck was fixed. It was not a fancy place, but comfortable, clean, quiet, some trees and good access off the main road. I would stop here again. Plus the town is cute. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

WOW!! This park caters to the ATV crowd which makes it noisey/dusty and the people were not very friendly unless you have a ATV. Bathrooms need work because there is mold and soap scum in showers with dirt and mold under open mats. Check before using the bathroom because several times we had no "paper". Had a problem with people not picking up after pets. Wi-Fi works only around office and owner was not too concerned about it not reaching the whole park. The club house was being used by a bunch of college students for an office/storage so it was not usable, plus they insisted on streaming, so wifi was even worse most of the time. Washing machines in laundry were not cleaning clothes. Won't stay here again. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.

Great, friendly, family owned business in a great town! Conveniently located. The entire CG is gravel with nary a blade of grass for pets so be wary when walking as some pet owners think it's ok for their pets to make do-do on the sites. The sites are open and level with great connections; some have trees. Storage for all of the toys available. Towed and other vehicles are scattered throughout. Bath/laundry facilities are dated but kept very clean. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.

We were looking for a campground in the general area with full hook ups and internet and/or cell signal to re-provision and get caught up after 2 weeks of mostly boondocking. We're self contained and don't use the facilities except for an occasional shower. We stayed on a weeknight in mid-May. This CG met all of our needs. It's not a CG for views and pretty sites - it's solid and functional. The owners are friendly and helpful. The CG is clean and well maintained. The sites are small, level and fairly close together and all hookups worked well. The shower was clean with hot water. There's a usable wifi signal at the CG. There's good ATT and Verizon coverage. There's laundry at the CG. Although the sites are within a block of route 89, road noise at night was minimal. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Motorhome.

Staff cares about guests, and told us about great places to visit in the area while there. In-town, small RV park with motel accommodations, too. Sites were level, gravel, wi-fi was good. Within walking distance to restaurants (not many open on a Sunday in this town). Pull-thrus, back-ins, tents. Convenient to many attractions, and to snow birds. Sites were fine for big rigs. We'd stay here again. Liked it better than the other place just north of here, even tho it was more expensive. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The rate reflects their posted rate since the GS or other discount just about takes care of the typical Utah tax of 10.25%. Quick check-in and was assigned an easy pull through. Plenty of room to park the car in front of the RV. Good location and grouping for the sewer and electric, although the water spigot was fairly far forward in the site. Quiet despite being right on US-89 running through town. Nice central location if you are combining stops at Cedar Breaks and Red Canyon as well as Bryce Canyon. Would stay here again. Tips for other Campers:

Beware, not many of the shops are open on Sundays, including the only grocery store. Would recommend eating at the Tandoori Taqueria for something a little different. A nice fusion of Indian and Mexican flavors. Don't miss visiting Red Canyon while here. The trails get you up close to some fantastic red rock formations. Cedar Breaks is also a great little side trip. Scenic drive past Panquitch Lake and the National Monument Amphitheater is amazing.

This is an in-town level gravel park. The facilities are older but well maintained and clean. This park should have a higher rating average but it has been around a long time and the current owners have done alot to improve it. We normally do not camp in town but were approaching holiday weekend and the owners were very kind worked us in. We were on our 4th week traveling and 2K miles from home and need a few down days. Little did we know that a medical emergency would would extend our stay and give us the opportunity to check out the local Hospital ER. Kudos to the Hospital and the Park and their owners for making us feel at home and comfortable. We camped at Hitch-N-Post Campground in a Travel Trailer.
