Good location for Red Canyon, Bryce, and Cedar Breaks. Also good value for the price. We also met some lovely people who were also staying here who invited us to lunch the first day we arrived and gave us some good pointers about what to see in the area.

That's pretty much all I can say that is complimentary about this place. Pretty much the only interaction with the owners is when they take your money. The rest is up to you and the helpful people that are staying here who help you choose the best place to park your rig. Most sites are not very level and are very tight which puts your neighbor's sewer hookup less than 4 feet from your door. WiFi is so bad they should just say they don't offer it. Kind of sad because, this place could be a gold mine! We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Good value about sums it up at $20 a night after taxes added. We had a 50 amp full hookup somewhat level pull-through; our front left corner was pulled right up to a small bushy tree. When we called, we had asked about getting one of the bigger sites on the top level and were told they fill fast at the beginning of the season and then stay that way. He said that they have 'opened up' some of the sites on the lower level, but these sites are still tight as can be and are 15' x 55'. Some of these sites have a rail fence on between them making them extra tight. We were OK the three nights we had empty sites on both sides of us. But one night we had someone pull into the site on our curbside making things really tight. We could not walk around our RV without going into another site. It's that tight. They do have some wonderful 30 amp and water sites behind the office that nobody seemed to use. These sites are cheaper at $14.95 a night. You could have all the room you need in these sites, so if you don't have a 50 amp RV, it would be well worth checking out these sites. OTA TV was very good, the Wi-Fi was mostly very good. As long as you know what to expect, this place works as a base for visiting the local NPs. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bryce NP is an easy 30 minute drive away. Make sure you take the Fairyland turnoff there first. It is the first left after entering the NP, but before you reach the fee station. The turn is near mile marker 1 and keep an eye out for Pronghorns and deer. Very limited parking, hence this tip. Zion NP is further away, a bit over an hour but well worth a visit as well.

This is a place that is either on the way up or on the way down, who knows? The sites are mostly not level. The price is right. Depending on season, there is plenty of room. We had no complaints in late October. Mostly empty, everything worked. No problem. Good rate. We'd stay here again. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

To RVPR: I am from Germany and my English is not perfect. If I have written a word or phrase that is not understood, please correct it so that my review can be posted:

The price is 17 US $ for 50 AMPS included Tax. The owner is very friendly. The campground is well maintained. Large pitches, all pull through. Good wifi for free. The coordinates are: N 37 51 38 W 112 26 22. We'll gladly come back. 26 miles to Bryce Canyon Visitor Center (30 minutes), 1 mile to Panguitch-Town. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

You get what you pay for. The low rate got me here. If you're lucky enough to get one of the 14 spaces at the top of the hill, you'll have plenty of room. If you're unlucky and get one of the spaces on the up slope in the lower area of the park, hopefully you're rig isn't too long or wide. The sites are TIGHT and on the short side. Neighbor's water hookup was right at the base of my entry stairs. We were so close to the neighbors, we could hear their propane heater kick on and run. Could also hear sounds from inside their trailer. Couldn't hear what was said, but heard the sounds. Speaking of sounds, you will get road noise. Wifi was o.k., water pressure was adequate. Antenna pick up a good number of tv stations. Lady who works at the office is a bit gruff. She will NOT sign for a package if it requires a signature. She said she "can't be responsible". Really? Can't put it behind the front counter? There is no US Mail delivery to the park. You have to use General Delivery and pick it up in town. No problem, but it would be nice if they mentioned that little fact on the park's web page. Horse paddocks are overgrown with weeds. I guess they don't get used much. Overall, it is the cheapest game in town, but I wouldn't stay here again. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a neat little park on 89 south just past the 89/143 intersection that describes the "Quilt Walk". It is interesting to think about how the pioneers made it out here. Big Fish Restaurant is good for burgers. Cowboy Smokehouse was o.k. for dinner, but I've had much better bar-b-q elsewhere. Gem Theater offers a little blast to the past. Grocery prices are higher here than in other places, even Moab. I guess transportation costs just add up.

Hidden jewel right on 89 just north of Panguitch, Utah. Too far to walk to town but a quick 5 minute drive. The park has cabins and sites. Most are pull-through sites. Good laundry facility. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

The best thing about this park is the landscaping, which someone has obviously put a lot of work into. It's especially nice around the office and the camping cabins. As for the rest of the park, it's just so-so. The office is very dark and dilapidated and gives a very poor first impression. The restrooms/showers are behind the office and accessed by walking through a covered patio area filled with junk. The sites are easy to access and relatively level but offer no privacy what-soever from your neighbor. It's basically just a gravel parking lot. If the owners would put the same amount of money and care into the rest of the park as they've put into the landscaping, this could be a nice place. As it is, in spite of the extremely reasonable rates, we'd probably look for somewhere else if we were in the area again. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here overnight because of the price and we're glad we did. This place is OK-- nice level gravel pull-thru sites and 50 amp. (30 amp is $1.00 cheaper). Just a few miles north of town. Nice enough laundromat. We did not use the showers/bathrooms so can't comment on them. We would stay here again. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a great deal! They are currently spending a fortune on landscape/rockscape, so the park actually looks better. Plenty of pull thrus available, although they could be a bit longer. Nice mountain views, very quiet, easy drive to town. Cash or check only. Best deal in the area, hurry and get here before the rates go up. Cute little cabins available too. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Great value! Pull-through 50 amp full-hookup site for $12.95 a night, near national parks. Not fancy, but nothing wrong with it. Laundry was fine, did not use showers or bathrooms so don't know about those. Good Verizon internet and phone signal. Other parks in the area charge much more, and they really didn't look any better. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Very clean park and an excellent value for the price. As with many parks, Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. Host was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for visiting many of the national parks and monuments in southern Utah. We would stay there again. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Tent Trailer.

Based solely on the low rate. We were reluctant to stop in while traveling through the area. But, boy we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival and found this to be the greatest value we have ever experienced. Gravel sites are fairly level and long enough for our 40' plus toad. As mentioned by another reviewer, the sewer pipe should be placed closer to mid coach, but not a big deal. The folks managing the park are extremely friendly and helpful. And the longer term guests are just as friendly. Beautiful view of the mountains and easy access to town and Bryce Canyon. Bottom line... if you're looking for resort type features such as swimming pool, paved sites, lots of trees, grass, etc., then this isn't for you. If you want the best value ever for short stay (or long for that matter) and the comfort of friendly hosts and fellow guests, then this is the place to be. We camped at Paradise RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.
