I reserved a standard site, not wishing to pay for a deluxe or premium for a one-night stay. Big mistake. Photos on the website are of deluxe/premium section, which are on main level and looked lovely. The standard sites are on a lower level, basically in a grass field with hookups, no shade, no exterior lights, accessible by a narrow, bumpy gravel drive. We got down there and found the assigned site was much too small for our rig, which is not huge. I trekked back up to the office because turning around was nearly impossible. The desk clerk was accommodating and gave us a larger site, supposedly the last available, with no sewer instead of FHU, but no discount for the lesser amenities. Glad we only stayed one night. If you need to stay here (there are few RV parks in Park City), spring for a deluxe or premium site or prepare for primitive camping with hookups. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very different park. We really like their sister park (Portal in Moab) so we thought we'd try this. A bit strange, the cheaper sites are down below on a gravel road. Our premium site was face in looking out over the valley. A nice place to sit in the evening setting sun. However, the sites for a premium place were quite close together, and traffic noise was noticeable but not enough to lose sleep. A good place for a night or two while visitng Park City. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

If you stay in the top section of this park you will have very manicured sites and cleanliness all around. However, the freeway noise is atrocious. Park City RV is the only game in town so you really don't have any other options of you wish to be in town. The bottom sides are near the creek and back right up to excellent hiking trails that are also accessible via bicycle. Down below, the sites are either on dirt or gravel. The lower sides are full of sharp stickers. In the middle, sites are dirty but offer sewer. All of the bathrooms and showers are very conveniently located to all campers and very clean. The laundry facility is also quite nice. You can enjoy a nice hot tub or dip in the pool during the summer months. Be sure that no matter where you are camping, you arrive to check in at 1 PM or after because there was no one in the office until then. We appreciated being able to have our Amazon packages sent to this park. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There are many state parks within 20 miles down the road and mountain biking opportunities are sensational. There is a spacious off leash dog park just below the Olympic ski jumps across the street from Park City RV that are a not to in miss case you have a dog that needs to be in a fenced area but wants 20+ acres to run in. Do not miss eating at Chubasco Mexican Grill and Vinto Pizzeria. A couple complete tour of the Olympic Training Center and The Swaner Eco Perserve is also a must do.

The park is right off the interstate and there is constant road noise. The majority of the sites are back-in. We were in the deluxe section of the park. We were on a concrete pad with lawn between sites. The sites are close together. The Wi-Fi worked well and the laundry and bathrooms were fine. The site next to us had 3 barking dogs that the owners could care less about. Don't understand why anyone needs three dogs, especially in an RV. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We were looking for a place to stay that would be convenient to visit friends in Kimball Junction area of Park City. We're self contained and don't use the facilities except for an occasional shower. We stayed on weeknights in early June in our 25 foot motorhome. This was a very convenient place for us. It's a combined RV park with concrete pads and full hookups (sections A-D) and campground with gravel sites with full hookups (section F) or partial hookups (sections G and H). The sites are relatively close together and mostly level. There is no shade in the campground sections. The shower was clean and had ample hot water. The park WiFi is usable. There is good AT&T and Verizon coverage. The campground staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in section H, furthest from the interstate with minimal road noise. Although this campground loses a star for the small sites, it gains a star for green space and a pretty view near the river. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a pool and hot tub, gym, and activity room near the office. Kimball Junction is 1.5 miles away. There is a multi-use path in the area with bridges and tunnels making it easy to bike or walk across the interstate and SR-224. The ski areas and major attractions are all within 10 miles.

I would have rated it higher but there is just to much hwy noise and WiFi didn't work well enough to be useful and the price to high. There are really 2 rv parks in one. The top level has concrete pads and small grass area. This area consists of deeded rv sites which owners rent. The bottom level is just mostly dirt and gravel with a large grass area next to the river. If I were to stay there again, I would rather park next to the river even though it has no sewer connection. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We are very happy with this RV resort, it is well kept and the pool and hot tub make it feel like a spa "resort". You can go down to a flowing creek and access hiking and walking trails from the grounds of the RV park, making it perfect for nature /outdoor lovers, and great for the dog. And don't even think about staying here if you don't pick up after your pet! Please! The staff in the front office is friendly and helpful, and able to juggle many tasks! We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We only stayed one night while passing through. This is a pretty small RV resort and we didn't see much to distinguish it from other resorts. As others have noted, a small number of concrete full-hookup "resort" sites next to the interstate (a mix of pull-through, back-in, and pull-in), and then some partial-hookup "campground" style sites down a dirt road and over the back of the hill next to the river. We stayed in the resort section and the highway noise wasn't awful, but it was always there. Our site was a pull-in (not back-in) which was a bit awkward getting into since we had to come in through the resort's exit to get the right angle. The campground section seems nice enough and is much quieter and has a great view of the river rushing by but the entire campground section was muddy due to recent rain/snow. As expected (based on their RV age rules for the resort section) the upper section was mostly new/big motorhomes and fifth wheels, the lower campground section was mostly older trailers, but appeared clean and well kept. If we stay here again we'll consider the campground section instead of the resort section. The WiFi wasn't super fast but worked decently which is fine by us. The fenced dog park is tiny and entirely crushed rock, so we never used it. Instead we walked our dog along the river and campground section. This seems to be a decent place to stay at when visiting Park City. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We enjoyed our month stay here. Nightly rate is based on monthly rate + electric. The park is partially open in the winter and we had a great FHU/50AMP back in site. It's convenient to Park City, The Canyons, and Salt Lake City. The only real inconvenience is that they don't have propane onsite. You have to drive a few miles down the road to refil tanks or have an account with AmeriGas. An AmeriGas truck would stop in weekly to refill tanks (again...you have to have an account). We've already booked here again for next winter. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is great for what and where it is. Park City is an exclusive area and this park has a great location in the Park City region. Close to Main St. (the iconic historic/shopping/dining street in Park City), the park itself has a pool/hot tub (yes, open AFTER labor day!) and up top, has nice concrete pads on pull-thru sites with room to unhook and still fit the vehicle.

There are many scenic drives/hikes in the region, and of course in the winter, skiing. The park is open year round. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. Beautiful views of the mountains. We didn't use the facilities so can't comment on that. Park is very well kept and is quiet enough. Sites were a little close but not enough to be an issue. Shopping and restaurants nearby. They do have a lower area which are dirt/gravel sites and are a little cheaper. We would definitely stay in the upper level again with our motorhome. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a destination resort for the Park City recreational area. It is located just off I-80, easy to get to on a frontage road that is not very busy. We were parked on the top level and near the street, so we could hear road noise if we were outside. We were moved to a more interior space and the difference was significant. All spaces are on concrete, clean and with beautiful green grass. We had to extend our stay by a day, due to a sick dog, and they worked with us to make that happen. It is a busy park with a pool and a great dog enclosed yard. No complaints from us. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

In addition to the ski area summer recreation, this park is located just across the street from Kimball Junction - a lively shopping area with grocery stores, Whole Foods, eateries galore, as well as the usual Bed, Bath and Beyond, Petco, etc. Many cute shops and boutiques are there with everything from sporting goods to women's clothing, makeup, toy shops, socks. A fun bowling alley and a movie theater are among the lineup.

Smaller park that is convenient to the freeway. Very little road noise though. Site was adequate space wise and we did not need to disconnect. Neighbors a little close but OK. We tried to use the pool but it was somewhat small and just totally filled with kids leaving no room to sit or hardly swim. We will stay again on another trip to or through the area.
