Our third overnight stay at this park. It is convenient to I-25 with a Flying J across from the entrance. It is fine for an overnight stay, but would look at other parks for any extended stay. Sites are very close to each other and parking for tow vehicles is parallel to the sites. This makes for very narrow road conditions. Amenities are typical KOA and are adequate. We would camp here again. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Motorhome.

Dirty...pool closed due to filth. Dog park full of feces and flies. Reserved spot and did not get it. Power went out three times...exposed wires...no cable even though advertised. Bad methane smell from the sewer that had to be dug out to connect to. Mold in showers. 90% of park full with live-ins. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a typical KOA. Campsites are very close together, and no shade. There was a lush strip of grass between campsites. ATT & Verizon had strong signals. Restrooms and Showers were nice and clean. Laundry facilities were nice with $1.50 for a wash and $1.50 for an hour of drying. The one downside is they do not offer cable TV. That is why I gave it a 3 star on value. The pool was heated, but still a bit cold for my Florida blood. I would not have had to disconnect if I did not want to, but I did because we did some exploring of the area. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This KOA is a glorified trailer park. There appears to be a lot of long-term guests as evidenced by the large propane tanks, satellite dishes and grass growing up around the RV waste tubes. The washrooms are dirty and I don't even want to talk about the amount of hair in the shower drains. The slots are very narrow and, with the amount of cars that are parked adjacent to the campers, it can be difficult to drive down the lanes. Spotty wireless service. This park is perhaps alright for an overnight stay, but definitely not for a longer visit. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Motorhome.

I decided to take summer off after workamping 4 1/2 yrs straight. Wanted to be near family and grands. This was my first KOA and will be the last. Granted I've had spacious and private volunteer sites over the years. The Utah housing shortage is real. This park is 80 percent long term with their vehicles everywhere. Glad my motorhome has no slides, sites are close. Built before 45ft dp towing enclosed trailers with 4 slides. Scary to pull out, with haphazard parked vehicles. Neighbors sewer hose near your picnic table. Realize KOA bought this park years ago. But $550 a month is wrong. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

State liquor store and Maverik gas station across street. Also Flying J truckstop and Dennys. Truck wash across street wants $80 for any size motorhome wash.

We have stayed here on and off for 20 years. It used to be so clean and nice. But once KOA took over it has continually gotten worse. Love the individual showers and toilet rooms but they need a good cleaning. Noticed mold in shower this morning. Floors probably haven't been mopped for a long time. Sites are ok but a bad odor this morning: smells like sewer. Lots of workers with big trucks make it tight. No cable tv anymore. Way over priced per the conditions, but guess being the only major park in area keep it full. We may be back but will try to time our trips to be in another area if possible. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Motorhome.

Like many KOA's, this one is wearing out and the sites were small and short. We were taken to the wrong site and figured that out after the golf cart left. As a courtesy after we were partly set up, we called the office and were told to move. We refused and then the woman in the office hung up on us. Then the new manager came along and we agreed the proper site was exactly like this one and we could stay and the people who had reserved the site we were in would have to use the other one. The manager seemed like she was on top of things and was trying to improve the place. She has some work ahead of her. We never used the family things KOA's are known for. This was an overnight stop, in the right place and ok for that. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very clean, well maintained KOA. Unfortunately, it was configured in the days when RVs were a lot smaller and therefore barely copes with the sizes of today's larger rigs. Our 45 ft motorhome took up the entire "pull through" site, from road to road. Exiting forward was not feasible, requiring me to carefully reverse out the next morning. Sites are also very close together. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Motorhome.

Overall this was an ok park. The interior roads are somewhat narrow and the sites are close together but I had no trouble getting into or out of our site. The park was kept clean and tidy. Good power and water hookups. We would probably stay there again. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff was friendly at check in and the office was nice -- the initial appearance was very good coming in, but after I entered the park, it changed rapidly. As I see other's have posted, this park is not good at all for big rigs over 30 foot. Sites are way too narrow, and had my neighbor on the right side not left before me, I would have had great difficulty leaving the spot this morning. My neighbor's picnic table was also right next to my sewer hook up. Several long term run down looking trailers toward the back, and some sleazy looking characters playing solitaire in the laundry room early in the morning. Won't do a repeat visit. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This was an overnight stay. Lots of people stay here for access to the Utah Lake nearby. Was easy for us to get in and out as right off I-70. We would stay here again. The sites are tight and not much space when you push out the slides, but that didn't bother us for our one-night stay. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Travel Trailer.

We picked this RV park mainly as a convenient location for an overnight stop. The park sites are short and close together leaving very little room for all the vehicles parked by the numerous long term patrons. This is really a trailer park instead of what I expect as an RV park. One small enclosed dog area was very difficult to use. Residents bringing what appear to be (we were warned away by 2 owners) guard dogs to the dog area made it unsafe for our dogs.

There is no cable and unable to get satellite reception - which seemed consistent with those around us. The site we were given backed up to a freeway, fortunately it was a warm night so the AC blocked much of the noise. All in all, an old park jammed with long term trailers, recommend looking elsewhere. We will not stay here again. We camped at Springville / Provo KOA in a Motorhome.
