Our second stay at this KOA; the first in 2014. It is convenient to I-15 with Flying J, Denny's, gas station and state run liquor store at the same exit. Walmart is a mile or two south off I-15. Roads and sites are paved. Sites are level, but narrow and close to each other. Restrooms/showers are unisex and large. Laundry is adequate. Wifi ok, didn't use cable. We would stay here again. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

This was a good one night stop over from Yellowstone to Arizona. The staff gave us a site which was very easy to get into and out of. Everything was level so we didn't even have to unhook for the night. My only complaint was that the store could have been a little better stocked but there was a convenience store pretty close. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

High priced, as are all KOA's. Nice park with pool and playground for kids. Staff very friendly. It can be tight getting turned down one of the rows & they compound that by putting street signs on poles at the corner of intersections. I got woke up at 12:30 am by a very late arrival who could not make the turn without me moving my Jeep that was parked well off the road. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

After a LONG, mechanical issues day on the road, we had to make an "emergency" stay at this location. We arrived after hours and had a very difficult time finding the office location to do night registration. We did not use any of the facilities. That said, the sites were very narrow. If we had wanted to put out an awning, we really don't think it would have fit.

Site was level and hookups in the appropriate location for a pull-through site. Insulation around the water pipe was too close to the threads making attachment of the hose difficult.

We feel this location was overpriced for what we saw. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We enjoyed both times. As all KOA's it was a bit more than most campgrounds. We paid $44.00 that included a AAA discount.
Last time we were here in 2015, we had a mechanical and needed to stay close. This is why we choose this campground again. It is close to shopping, restaurants and a decent drive to Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the sight seeing
Previous comments said that the dog run is far away....it is at the end of the park and not a long walk.
People working here were very friendly and accommodating. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

This was a crowded park and the roads and corners were just large enough for us to maneuver. close trees made opening slides a challenge but we worked it out.
Good location, with easy day trips to Park City, Salt Lake City, etc.
Typically (over)priced like a KOA but adequate for our needs.

Our friend and neighbor was awoken very late one night by a gentleman asking him to move his vehicle so that the man could get his truck/camper around the corner. That was a first for us!!!! We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Easy on & off I-15. Flying J, Maverick, Denny's, and a hotel at the same intersection - KOA behind the hotel. Quiet, tho. LONG rows of narrow sites. We were able to extend our slide-outs on one side but couldn't extend the awning on the door side. Our site was close to the Office/pool/playground so we had a lot of foot traffic and kids on bicycles around our motorhome. The dog run was full of dog poop and very stinky. I wouldn't let my 2 little ones use it (very unhealthy)--even tho we weren't to allow our pets to use any grassy areas, I let mine -and I picked up their poop. I noticed other campers let their dogs use the grassy areas, too. The dog run is located in the farthest corner of the park at the end of the sites numbered in the 100's. If you stay on the sites numbered from 401-901 with pets, you'll have a long walk! A sealed sewer connection is required. No mats or rugs outside your door if you have grass. You cannot wash or service your rig/vehicle under any circumstance. Lots of other typical KOA rules. This KOA has a check out time of 12 noon. Most others anywhere are 11 a.m. (too early). We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Great staff. Great new WiFi. Clean grounds and right off the fwy but no real noise.

Downside: Spots are so close together that if you are next to another RV opening the slides is iffy. Obviously an older park where slides were not an issue. They need to remodel and make room for the larger RV's of today with slides. Especially at the price they are getting. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Spaces are narrow and tight, but long. Can't put awning out full if neighbor has slides. Angle of space is good as it keeps you from being directly aligned with your next door neighbor. Nice grass and lots of it. Noisy from train on one end and I-15 on the other. Nice laundry and not too expensive. Flying J right next door. Last stayed a few years ago just after it became KOA. I vowed not to return but I gave it another chance. I think the price was a bit less this time but also gone is the cable TV. Sites are short and tight and the advertised Wi-Fi was pretty much useless. An OK park but a poor value. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Springville KOA

This a VERY large KOA over 700 sight, they are close to each other as you would expect in a campground like this. Easy off and on highway, close to food and gas, long sites so no need to unhook. Clean bathroom and showers, nice pool. Nice concreate pads to park, no fire rings, and check in staff was friendly. Free WFI work fine ATT cell worked well. All in all just a place to spend the night. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Located in a suburban setting, this was a good overnight stop for us. The campground was clean, the staff courteous and accommodating. We camped with our 38 foot motorhome. The sites were large enough for our needs. We logged on to WiFi but it really was nonexistent. Good satellite reception. Verizon cell reception was great. Pool was clean and lightly used. Nice fitness room (I should have used it). There was some highway noise and train whistle behind the CG, but not enough for me to keep me awake. With easy access to Highway 15 it was a nice CG for an overnight rest and back on the road the next day. Would also be nice as home base for touring local attractions. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Nice park, paved pads, green grass, and a small pool. quite at night. Dog park was a mile away from out site. The long term resident's seem to think they owned the park, the site next to ours had their truck in our space. My wife had to ask them to move it. They also have a water hose in our water connections. I also realized as I was tearing down camp that they were letting there dogs poop in the grass next to our site that I stepped in. I guess we are used to the KOA escort to the site and rules they seem to have. Location was great, staff in the office was friendly. We camped at Springville/Provo KOA (formerly East Bay RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
