Very nice, well-maintained park. Roomy, level, gravel sites with shade trees & some grass in between. Quiet location on the outskirts of town, with great views of huge red cliffs from the rear of the park. TV reception, working WiFi, and plenty of room to walk my dogs; plus a great Gift Shop! We would stay here again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A very pleasant, well run, clean and quiet park. There's something for everyone here - tent sites, cabins, pull throughs for big rigs, back-in sites for smaller ones. There's a heated pool (82 deg.) and a grassy children's play area. We stayed in a back-in site at the rear of the park with great views of the red cliffs. Our site had just electricity and water but there is a dump station for campers to use if they need it. The office and store are very attractive. The staff was friendly, courteous, efficient and conscientious. Wish every park was this well run. Only negative that I can think of is that the restrooms/showers are a little small and dated, but they were clean and adequate. We would definitely use this park again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Clean, quiet park. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bathrooms are a bit small, but kept very clean. We stayed three nights while hiking in the nearby Capitol Reef NP and would stay here again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We enjoyed our stay here. The park is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The views from there are breathtaking, and Capitol Reef NP is only 20 mins. away. Verizon service is poor.....only 1x. The park offers WiFi, which works best from the pavilion near the office, and especially at night, when less people are using it. Make sure you try a burger from Slacker's Burger Joint down the road. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good views, wide gravel spaces with grass and a table. Swimming pool, but showers and rest rooms were very small/tight and not finished very well and not enough to support the entire park. Staff is helpful and friendly. They rake out each site after final departure - grounds were well kept. WiFi is not reliable and/or slow - we were told this when we checked in. Good Sam Park. $32 includes the Utah State Tax. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Clean park with grass and gravel sites with shade trees. Nice views. Great store with lots of goodies. We bought some peach jam made by the owner's mother that is delicious. Very friendly. Huge grassy area that my dogs enjoyed (although it's not an off leash area). Clean laundry. I would stay here again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.

Exceptionally nice and friendly. Good camp store, wide gravel roads, easy to maneuver, level sites, unbelievable view. We arrived about 5 minutes after closing time but THEY CALLED US to see where we were and waited for us. Good base camp for Capital Reef NP (about 10 miles) and Bryce via scenic highway 12 (about 100 miles). Real grocery store 15 miles west at Lola. We stayed 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park. Big trees, good views at the back of the park. Great gift shop and T-shirts and souvenirs were cheaper than at Capitol Reef National Park. Sites were large with picnic tables and fire pits and a small patch of grass. We stayed here 2 nights and would stay again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.

This campground is in the small town of Torrey that has a small grocery store and a few restaurants. It is close to Capital Reef National Park. The scenery around the campground is spectacular with the red rock cliffs. The Wi-Fi worked great for us and we were able to receive the main TV channels. The sites are gravel with shade trees. We did not have trouble with clearance. The staff is very friendly and keeps the campground very clean. We did not use the pool or eat at the restaurant. We would stay here again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice campground close to Capitol Reef NP. Check in lady was friendly and the camp store also included a gift shop. The pool was small and shallow (5') but clean. The showers were cold in the evening. WiFi did not work very well. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The office help is wonderful! Great gift shop. Anything you would want. Campground is gravel with a few trees and grass in between. Large grassy area for tents and cabins. Children love it. This is the quietest campground I have ever been in. The campground has a couple of jeeps to rent. There is lots of places to go explore around Capitol Reef. Made our trip very memorable. I will stay there again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a very nice campground. Sites are long. Grassy, fire pit and table at each site. Wonderful view of big red towering rocks from your site. Little town of Torrey has a small store and deli, several restaurants and post office. Close to Capital Reef. Campground has great store with beautiful jewelry for sale. Only thing we could ask for would be Wi-Fi at the sites. Great signal close to the office but not at our site (46). M-F on-site restaurant with nice menu. Friendly staff We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed for a week at weekly rate. Asked for end site, got site #23, which was right next to the horseshoe pits, had 3 shade trees and easy entry/exit access. Great large gift shop, very reasonably priced. Small pool, advertised as heated but we don't think it was. 24-hour laundry in 3 different locations, all priced differently. Dryers don't dry clothes. Large grassy area for kids to play, basketball court, horseshoe pits, small playground. Wi-Fi worked on tablet but not on laptop, only limited (no Internet), not sure why. Sites are level and shaded, some on ends have grassy areas. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sites were nice and big and everything worked great. Park is very clean and lawns are well kept. Didn't use the pool but lots of other people did. Only downsides were poor WiFi. It kept dropping us. Showers were small and dark and not enough, only 3, for the whole park. Laundries were both small and very limited in number. Very friendly staff and a nice store on site. Would stay here again. We camped at Thousand Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.
