Ultra well maintained park. The hosts/owners as well as their adult children were most gracious and helpful. Couldn't ask for more attentive and conscientious hosts/owners. We enjoyed our 5 day stay in the area. Fishlake was a beautiful day trip and we went on the weekend for the Prime Rib special at the Bowery Haven Restaurant, which we enjoyed. The nicely manicured green grass was a welcome surprise as there is much green grass in the area. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit the Farmers Market in Torrey on Saturday. Also the Torrey Grill and BBQ was very good and reasonably priced. We visited both Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon from Wonderland. Bryce was a bit of a drive, however, via RT 12, a scenic by-way, the trip was as beautiful as the destination. Although it made for a "full" day it was easily doable from Torrey.

Spent a very comfortable and enjoyable five nights here. Super clean and extremely well maintained park. Lots of easy access trails for ATV's nearby. Amazing area for day sightseeing trips. Local restaurants and cafe's were excellent. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Simply the best maintained grounds of any campground we've ever stayed at. I mean, one morning I spotted someone cleaning the little solar-powered night lights over the site numbers! The grass between sites is luscious green. The grass and the many mature trees are constantly getting TLC. The roads and sites are gravel, no problem w. that. It is the closest RV park to Capitol Reef, also very convenient to the ATV trails on Boulder Mtn. The only negative is that the back-in sites are up against UT24 so traffic noise is noticeable during the day, calms down at night. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for 7 days to enjoy the Capitol Reef National Park area. Check in was quick and efficient. We backed into our level spot with ease. The owners were so helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed the dog run area. The RV park has a farm off to one side with cattle and a very friendly horse named "Leroy" who loves to be fed carrots! The WiFi at our site was very good. This whole area is not very Verizon cell phone friendly. Our site was all shaded in the afternoon. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Capitol Reef National Park is only 11 miles from the park. Drive the scenic loop and, if you can only do one hike, hike the Hickman Bridge trail. There is a County Visitor Center within walking distance/across the street from the RV park. The smoked trout salad at Capitol Reef Inn and Restaurant was delicious! We also ate at La Cueva Mexican restaurant which had really good food as well.

Our nightly charge was based on paying for 6 nights and the 7th free. The sites were lovely with lush green lawn in front of each unit. The owner is friendly and works all day, every day to keep the park attractive, even spraying the dirt/gravel roads with water to prevent dust. Our only issue was weak wifi but that is true all over this part of Utah. The park is convenient to Capitol Reef National Park. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I don't give out many 10's but this park is outstanding. First, they had the cleanest rest rooms I've ever seen in an RV park in our 10 years of travel. They are meticulous about the appearance of the park. There is a nice grass strip between each site, not weed, but soft to the feet green grass. There are also trees between the sites. They are constantly watering to make sure the grass stays green. The folks running the place are wonderful. The WIFI was strong and the cable TV good. This is the best place to stay when you are visiting Capitol Reef National Park. We will stay there again! We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful family owned park. The owners are very nice and the sites are very good. We were lucky enough to stay in site 12 which is probably the best site on the property. Close to Capital Reef National Park. Not much in the way of groceries close by but multiple choices for fuel. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great little park on the highway, which is two lanes and quiet at night. Sites are level gravel with grass and picnic table. We stayed in a pull thru. Service was perfect. The park is well kept, and everything works. Capital Reef is a 10 minute drive. We will be back (hopefully in the fall). We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Immaculate well run park in Torrey Utah very close to Capitol Reef National Park. Gravel mostly level sites with a fair-sized piece of grass and small trees between each unit. Utilities were well-placed mid coach and easy to use. Cable but was available but we were able to get OTA television with no problems. No AT&T service and very limited Verizon. Wi-Fi provided by park worked well until evening when the park was full. Laundry room and shower building were exceptionally clean. Wash was reasonable at $2 a load and drying was $1 for an hour. Large grass area for walking dogs was equipped with disc golf stanchions. The rear of the park is fenced from a large cow pasture. The maintenance staff worked on the park continuously throughout the day. We would definitely stay at this park again. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Owners work very hard to keep the park in tip-top shape. Grass is green and lush, didn't notice a lot of dust from the interior gravel roads. The park is tight for larger rigs, and the pull through sites are very narrow. Over all, it's a good stop for a couple of nights while visiting the Capitol Reef area. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice young owners. They were seen daily taking care of the landscaping. Interior roads and sites are gravel. Lots of trees with a meadow behind the park. Good view of the mountains in the distance. Sites have a little separation with a small stretch of grass and trees. Our pull through site was long and somewhat level but narrow with trees. We had to position carefully to get our slides out and be able to open the bay doors. The WII FI either worked a little or not at all - mostly not at all. Verizon 1x so it was useless. Directv satellite worked but had to have the MH in the right position to avoid trees. The park is right by the road so there is traffic noise during the day but it quiets down at night. Closest RV park to Capital Reef. Be prepared to be off grid while you are visiting! We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Motorhome.

When we were here 5 years ago, southern Utah was not as busy with RVers in mid-October as it is now. We were lucky to get a FHU, pull through site for one weeknight. Since the cable TV is somewhat limited, it was good that our site was satellite friendly. As others have noted, the Wi-Fi is often iffy. The bathrooms are nice but still not adequate for a park with non-sewer RV sites, cabins, and tenters. I saw no recycling. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at another park in Torrey before, but this proved to be a very good alternative. It's very nice looking, and we had some shade and grass. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pull-throughs are pretty close together, so you don't have much of a yard. No problem getting slides and awnings out, though. We were there 6 nights, and the park was full every night, as were others in town. Don't come to south Utah in the fall without a reservation! Verizon cell service in Torrey is iffy, and internet nonexistent. The park Wifi was usable most of the time, much better than typical RV park Wifi. It did have bad moments and is certainly not designed for streaming video. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a lovely park, very clean and well kept. It is right on the road, but the noise did not bother us. Lots of grass, which they work to keep in good shape. The downside for us is that Torrey is not Verizon friendly and the wifi was quite weak, so connectivity was not consistent or good for us. Large dog area and easy in and out. We were surprised at how busy they were and could not get reservations for as long as we wished, so recommend reservations in advance, particularly in September and October, their busiest months. Small RV park in Torrey whose owner keeps the park in tip top condition. Nicely spaced sites for a commercial campground with some shade trees. All of the hookups work well and the bathrooms and showers are kept very clean! Recommend reservations as they were full most nights in late September. Great location to explore Capitol Reef National Park, Scenic Byway - Utah 12, and the Burr Trail. We camped at Wonderland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
