The park and groundskeeping is very nice, with a large number of camper sites. However, the owner/manager was terribly rude. it was the worst camping experience I have ever had at a park. There are a number of guidelines that need to be followed (quiet hours, speed limits, leash law, etc.) and the owner/manager felt that he had to yell at us to ensure we understood. I will never come back and would not recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay here for a fun time. We camped at Alburg RV Resort and Trailer Sales in a Tent.
The driveway entrance from Blue Rock Road is steep uphill and several drag marks are visible. Payment at registration is cash only, no credit/debit cards, no checks. Sites near the water front are for seasonal tenants only, but there is a boat ramp for all. No cable in this “5 star resort”. Local HD channel reception is good as is satellite if you request a site without tree coverage. We camped at Alburg RV Resort and Trailer Sales in a Motorhome.

This is a trailer park with campsites available for rent. I found the place very friendly. My problem was the restroom. Not very clean and only one bathhouse for the entire park. A little traffic noise. We camped at Alburg RV Resort and Trailer Sales in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $28.00
