Stayed here for 4 nights. This is a very nice, clean campground. All sites were grass. Sites were very large where I was. Electric and sewer was conveniently located. Water was setup a little different. It was located at every other site so you will need some extra hose. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cable was not available at each site. It is supposedly available at the "premium" sites, which may or may not have wifi. Wifi was available at the store. You can get 6 - 8 OTA channels. For the price, I would expect them to pick up trash at the sites, have free showers, and have dog poop bags available throughout the campground. Showers cost $0.50 for 7 minutes. The bathhouses are nothing fancy, but clean. They have the thinnest toilet paper I've ever seen. It is little on the noisy side as it is located beside the interstate. All in all, I would stay here again. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

Great destination campground. Lots are all grass. Lower section is primarily season, while the upper level is transient. Upper level lots are pretty close with middle section being drive-through for most. Two pools, one heated smaller pool, and one larger pool. Modern and older playground on lower level. Mini golf course on site. Has small store with a variety of supplies. Creamee's available. The staff is OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD. They are very focused on keeping the grounds clean and welcoming. The upper section does not have sewer but does have water/electric. They do offer a sewer "pick-up" service with 24-hour notice. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Travel Trailer.

Lake Champlain and bike ride the Causeway. Burlington and Wharf are very close. Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Tour about 30 minutes. Stowe with lots of great shops. Echo, downtown Burlington, is great science center for kids.

Staff nice. Should have someone to lead you to site - this campground has a lot of sites. Very crowded on weekend, with lots of children running around and riding bikes. After Sunday afternoon, it quieted down. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

Beautiful campground. Lots of seasonal sites with "park models" sitting on them, but there are plenty of sites for RVs and tents. The upper sites do not have sewer and are close. The staff was pleasant. When we registered we had to sign a copy of the rules, but they were nothing out of the ordinary. There are lots of planned activities and you can check out sports equipment for bocce, tennis, basketball, miniature golf. Even though I made my reservation online they honored the Good Sam discount for our entire stay. There is cable TV in some sites. The WiFi is throughout the park, but is paid. Laundry is $1.50 for both wash and dry, 1 hour. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

This is a good campground located near Mallet's Bay. This is a large park with a variety of sites to choose from depending on desired characteristics. Sites are grass as is parking area. We were in a "premium" pull thru which was mostly level and plenty long with good utilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Showers were clean but appeared to require coins. Roads throughout the park were easy to navigate. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced. Campground store carried the usual variety of items and the staff there were friendly. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Going to Burlington? Leave early, some of the roads are poor and traffic is a nigthmare for a smallish town. Church Street in Burlington is a long pedestrian walkway lined with shops and a variety of good restaurants but the area is beginning to show it's age.

This is a BIG park with half of the sites taken by seasonal campers. All sites are grass, interior roads are paved with room to maneuver. We stayed for 7 nights in a Premium Back in Site w/cable (161). Sites in this area are huge, lots of room between rigs and not many trees. Dish Network work OK. Utilites worked well but as others have mentioned 4 sites will use a common water post and depending on your location you will need 50 ft of water hose. Very friendly staff. Well-maintained and clean. You can get "free" Wifi in 1 hour increments, but if the park is full the "free" WiFi is not useable. The camp ground also has WiFi from an outside vendor that you can buy by the hour or day/week that worked well. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a 42' Motorhome. Excellent park. Would stay again. Somewhat remote location but quick drive into town. Can be noise from Interstate which runs right along part of the campground, otherwise very quiet. Llong grassy sites with many class As surrounded by seasonal park models. Sites look flat but have a significant slope, bring leveling blocks. Water is on a central pole and may be 40' or 50' from coach. They loaned us an extension hose. Staff is very nice and friendly, park is immaculate. Even the trash cans seemed to be deodorized. Mini golf course and pedal carts for rent. Grass doesn't get muddy during rain but after mowing you will track grass into your coach for days. No WiFi except at the main office. Satellite reception is mixed. We stayed for 3 weeks and moved spots a few times. We had satellite reception in 2 spots and not in a third. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

My wife and I really enjoyed this park. The campsites were very close together though, without landscaping between them. The grounds were clean and well kept and the bathrooms were also clean. Though they had a pool and small putt-putt course, I would not consider this campground a destination campground. This campground works well for people needing a base-camp while visiting the region. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Tent Trailer.

They did not have a pull through site for us, but made a back in work. Nice place except sites too close together. It got really full on the weekend, and we were glad we were leaving as the septic smell got very bad. We were on one site for two nights and then another for two more. Good Sam discount for a one night stay at a 50 amp, full hookup, back-in, grass site. We had good Verizon cell/MiFi reception. We did not have satellite reception because of trees. Though the site was acceptable, the overnight rate was expensive even with the discount. We probably would not stay here again. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

Nice park with large spaces on grass. Very friendly staff. Well-maintained and clean. However, be aware that the price is on the high side and added features cost extra. Want cable TV, only in certain areas for premium price. Wifi is from an outside vendor so it costs more. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

This facility had limited pull-throughs, so we could not get one. Ended up with back-in space that was good. Nice size with spacing between neighbors. However, if DirecTv is important to you....make sure you don't get parked in the row backing up into the long line of trees. DirecTV will not work in these spaces. WiFi was very slow but it did work. Clean, friendly staff, and overall a nice place to stay for several days. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Motorhome.

A very clean well spaced campground. Our site, a level pull-thru was grass, and well maintained. Family oriented facility. Staff was friendly. W-S-E (50 amp) fine. Our site enabled our satellite. No wifi. Verizon good connection. Would return if in the area. Would have rated higher if the site was paved or graveled and they had wifi. We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed at many parks, this was by far one of the cleanest parks we were in. From the very well kept grass, to the shape of ALL the permanent resident's lots. The sites were all grass, but it was very well kept and taken care of. Much better than some mud puddles I have camped in. Just make sure to bring extra water hose. Some of the sites have a LONG run to get to the water supply. It gave me an excuse to buy that 50' hose I wanted.

It was a pleasure staying here in a 42' rig and we will be back for sure! We camped at Lone Pine Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.
