We had a spacious, long, level pull-through site here and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. However, it is mostly seasonal and more like a poorly kept mobile home park than a campground. The laundry was newly renovated with clean, well maintained machines and the restrooms are supposedly slated for renovation. Access to the park from I-89 is easy on, easy off. In respect to the price and no sewer hookups and the general condition of the grounds we would not return to this campground. We camped at Homestead Campground in a Motorhome.
This is a park with lots of noisy, rowdy seasonals. The sites are very close together. Not sure if there are adults that work in the campground as I never saw one. Each time I went to the camp store, it was two teen aged boys that helped me, this included our checking in. When we arrived, I went to the store to find the door locked (even though it was in the middle of their “open” time). There was an “intercom” button that I guess alerted the boys by walkie talkie. I am not sure as they never answered my “hello” they just showed up on a tractor, with walkie talkies in hand. I don’t know how well the store was stocked, as I felt I was an inconvenience to the boys being in the store. You are issued an access card to reenter the park and if you arrive back later than mid-night, you are not allowed back in and have to park you vehicle and walk back to your site. I assume this is to keep light levels down, but this does not prevent the seasnonals from driving around the campground after midnight, than happed while we were there. The Wi-Fi worked fine with a nominal fee, $2.00 per day. We will not stay here again. We camped at Homestead Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a big, bustling park with lots of seasonals. Everyone seems to follow the rules, however, because it was quiet by 11 PM. There's a nice family restaurant across the street from the RV park. We camped at Homestead Campground in a Motorhome.
Very Very Bad, Campground not up to date, rude owners, sites close together, just real dumpy. Bathrooms and showers were discusting. Noisy, would not go back We camped at Homestead Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Very crowded and overrun with ill-mannered children. We have three children of our own so it's not like we have any dislike of children. Even our children were put off by the obnoxious behavior of the mostly seasonal campers. The entire park was noisy, rowdy, and unmanaged. We were actually appalled at the behavior of the campers. The campsites were very close and the proximity of our neighbor's firepit to our slideout was about 6 inches. Needless to say we left there with a large black smoke stain on our slideout. Gray water runs through the campsites and is not drained properly. Transient campers are not welcomed by the campers or the owners. We would not recommend this campground, and we will not revisit. We camped at Homestead Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is overrun with foul mouth kids, that seemed to be out of control of their parents. The sites are right on top of one another. The pool area has no chairs. There are a lot of seasonals, it seemed as though they were the ones with the out of control kids...the parents were as fouled mouth as the kids. In my opinion, this place is a dump! We camped at Homestead Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
