My husband and I stayed here this past September. What a wonderful campground, very well kept, you can tell the owners take pride in making it look appealing. Small campground felt more like family staying there, owners are friendly. We will be back again. WI-FI was excellent! We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Okay place to overnight if you have a smaller rig. Big rigs cannot make the turn inside the campground. Luckily we had unhooked the toad before arrival. Very friendly people and great views. Level full hookup 30 amp only back in grass sites. Good WIFI, but cell service spotty. Does not accept credit cards. Road noise from Hwy. 2. Probably will stay somewhere else next time. We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Motorhome.

Although there was a little mix up with the site, and one guest had already unsuccessfully tried a site that had become too muddy, the campground host worked out an alternative site, and the site owners took care of the muddy site in the next day or two. Wi-fi is good at this campground (compared to others), but I wish the laundry area was a bit more tidied up. The grounds were very clean and scenic. Also, very convenient to north central Vermont cities and attractions. Some road noise at some of the sites adjacent to Hwy 2, but hey that's why ear plugs were created. Level sites with mostly shade and friendly owners. Who could ask for more? We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Motorhome.

I have stayed here a few times and always have been satisfied. Very country setting. Lots of trees and a great location to take visits to Central Vermont. Great wifi , some tv available with antenna. Very helpful owners and a nice cozy clubhouse. We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We came for an overnight stop and ended up staying a week! It was so comfortable & relaxing & the owners and other campers were so nice and friendly. We watched the colors change every day from our perch on the ridge between the hills & valleys. A great place to stay & go for day trips! We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

It is a smaller RV park, but owners are super awesome! They are great and friendly people and very helpful! They helped us with backing our rig up, he brought over cinder blocks for the rear trailer jacks (the ground sloped a little), and she even ran down the street to pick up food we ordered from Positive Pie b/c they don't deliver. Very gracious hosts!

We had a fairly level site with a truck/camper and travel trailer. It had full hookups but only had one 30 amp outlet. Not a big deal b/c we had a 30 amp adapter and a splitter so both the camper and trailer got hooked up and there were no load capacity issues b/c we didn't need to run the A/C (it dropped to 40 degrees that night). Wifi worked fairly well, too.

I would definitely stay here again. Excellent hospitality! We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The owners are super nice and very knowledgeable about the area. They were able to point us in the direction of places we hadn't heard to visit but ended up loving.

The views in and around the campground are simply beautiful. It's quiet and peaceful and everyone we talked to had great things to say about the campground. It is very convenient to visit Montpelier or even Burlington and there is plenty to do near by! The park wifi was amazing and they even had a slip and slide for the kids! We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Small but quaint little park on the top of a hill in an iconic Vermont setting. Rate reflects a one week $150 rate. 20 min. west of Montpelier right on Hwy. 2 which does give traffic noise until about 10:00pm. Hookups all very accessible and host/owners very 'hands on' with flower beds, mowed lawns and prompt email and phone replies. WiFi excellent, did not try the above ground pool (too cold), honor system laundry (no hot water), sites are mostly grass but very level with picnic table and fire ring. Good tree shade from sun but satellite still available, very poor antenna TV (I got 1 station), good radio and ATT phone. A rec. room houses a pool table and book exchange in an enjoyable little park, many kudos to the on site owners, I would Certainly stay again. We camped at Meadowcrest Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Fuel is close by but grocery requires a 30 min. trip into town. Don't miss the Cabot Cheese factory tour and the Goodrich Maple Farm, both about 10 min. away. Drive through Montpelier and see old town and the capitol on your way east to Ben and Jerry's factory tour and Green Mountain Coffee (no factory tour) about half hour away. The drive to here along the Connecticut River valley coming from White Mountain NH was Excellent - what a sight in the Fall !
