This is not a resort! It is not a typical Yogi Bear Campground! It is not kept up, needs fresh gravel, leaves are not blown off sites or roads. Basically poorly kept. It could be very nice with some work. The long term rental areas are also poorly kept and some rigs look like they have been their forever. They are allowed to have trash around their rigs. These rigs should be required to keep their areas clean and their rigs maintained and well kept. This is not happening. Looks very bad in areas. This campground is fine for one night but by no means is it a resort, however they do charge "resort" prices. They offer discounts but they should be lower considering the condition of the park. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Travel Trailer.

There are seasonal RV here, but did not distract from overall campground appearance. Our site was level, 50 amp service leg 1 - 122v, leg 2 -122v. Water pressure 48 psi. Site was easy to get to and had good satellite reception. Great for an overnight stop. Not to much in the area to see. If driving north to campground use I95 and take exit 17 to go south on Hwy 301 to campground entrance. If you drive north on 301 out of Emporia you will have to do a u-turn to get to the entrance of the campground. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

No one was in the office when we checked in. There were others waiting as well. Since we knew our spot number, we just proceeded to set up. There are a of old trailers and a fair amount of permanent residents through out the campground. We don't have kids, however there looked like many newer amenities for kids along the Yogi Bear theme. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Warning this park is very close to a very busy railroad track. It was extremely loud and blew their horn multiple times each time they passed the park. They start by 6am and stopped about 11:30pm. Pass this park by unless you are a very heavy sleeper.

Park personnel were great, the park was clean, and was well maintained for an old park. WiFi has very low limits. First 300mb at 500 kbps and at 700mb cut to 50 kbps. Don't let your computer run an update or you will get to experience dial up speed internet. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed at site #10 across from the office. 50 amp pull-thru, convenient to the pool and not far from the other public facilities. Site was level, WiFi excellent. Staff friendly & efficient. Overnight stay for me, cannot evaluate facilities as I am self-contained, but all seemed very pleasant. I do not tow, but site matched my needs. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Typical Yogi Bear campground. Overpriced and overrated.

Sites were gravel and fairly level. No shade where we were parked on a 91 degree day. Sure gets warm inside the RV !

Office manager was very pleasant. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Dirty. There was trash in our fire pit and trash in the fire pits all around us. Site was not level, no way for us to level it. We had to use 2 extension cords to reach the power supply.

Check in was easy, offer plenty of discounts. For us, we will not stay again. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our third time here. I have noticed a vast improvement in the staff since the first two times. Before the staff was not very friendly, but this time they are nice and helpful.
This sites are nice, level and spacious enough, but not huge.
The thing is that this is the only place around here! We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Everything explained at check-in. Extra for cable. Level site. Easy in/out. Needed propane while there. Was promptly taken care of with responsible price. Bathroom and showers were very clean. Ground clean. Only negative - train noise during the night from RR behind campground. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our third stop at this campground. It is very convenient off of I-95. The campground is clean-enough, but not super clean. It is pleasant-enough, but not wonderful. It is fine for an overnight on the road, but not someplace I would choose for a long stay. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here twice, once on our way South and again on our way North on the same trip. We arrived on a rainy night and found the pole with our utilities in the middle of a small pond of water. Campground staff graciously allowed us to relocate. The sites for transient guests are level, gravel, pull-through and full service. It takes a little while to get connected to the internet, and the connection is not strong. The trains mentioned in other posts are present, but we did not find them that disruptive. That said, it is very conveniently located off of I-95. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed on their Halloween celebration weekend and had a great time. The level pull-through spot made it easy to setup in the dark since we arrived late. My son loved all of the festive activities. The staff was great to deal with. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The trains are very frequent and run 24 hours a day sounding like they are right in the campground. We were given an open spot which worked with our satellite dish. It was a side by side site but no one was next to us during our stay and the RV on the other side was a long ways away. The site was long and gravel but very rutted requiring us to go up on boards to level even with our hydraulic leveling system. We were there during the week and later in October so the park was very quiet but they were preparing for Halloween weekend activities as we were leaving. We arrived after the 1 PM check-in time and no one was in the office but when I called the park someone came right away. The park worked for our needs but it is almost an hour's drive to Petersburg and there little around. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
