The main parking lot for check-in was dangerously inclined for RVs -- when leaving check-in to follow the guide to our side at one point we felt like we were about to tip over. Check-in was fine and the staff friendly. However, the "pull-through" site we were assigned had a short steep incline off the pull-out side that would have bottomed out our rig. We ended up having to pull-in and back-out when we left. Despite what others have reported, we didn't think the sites were particularly level. We took a tour of the caverns which was a highlight of our entire trip and highly recommended. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

A great find. The caves are a must see. This is our second time and we plan to return with other family members for a long weekend. Level pull through site was nice since we only stayed one night and didn't want to unhook. Front desk very friendly. Nice gift shop and beautiful pool. Fishing pond. New playground for kids to 12yrs. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Endless Caverns combines a fairly rustic camping experience with the opportunity to explore a beautiful cave system. Check-in was smoothly and quickly accomplished by very friendly desk personnel and we were escorted through a coded gate to our pull-through site. The roads and sites are gravel; most sites are long, fairly level, and slightly tiered into a sloping hillside...thus you have some privacy and are not looking into your neighbor's windows. Each site has a wooden picnic table and fire ring. This large campground has a nice swimming pool (closed while we were there) and playground for children. There is a huge community hall with tables with an enclosed area for video games. Also on site is the "Pitstop Bathhouse" with restrooms, showers, and laundry. Some of the areas in the campground are showing their age, but we were told that upgrades are in the works. We recommend taking the guided tour through Endless Caverns, which has some exceptional features which are well worth seeing. There is a nice gift shop located in the registration building. While staying in this RV campground, we also visited and toured Shenandoah Caverns, Luray Caverns, the New Market Battlefield Military Museum (a true hidden gem...so much more than its name implies), Harrison, VA, and Shenandoah National Park. Having toured three of the cavern systems in the area, we recommend seeing all three, if you have the time, as each tour is unique in its own right. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

It was a lay over destination. The weather was like soup. Rainy, foggy. Even through that I could see it was a beautiful place! Full service sites though no Cable TV and heavily wooded so no Satellite TV either. Very easy to find off I-81 Exit 257. Gas or Diesel fuel at good prices at the exit. LP gas available at the campground. The staff was very nice. Definitely will come back and stay longer. Gorgeous area. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

This was an overnite stop on our way north. The personnel were friendly, and the campground was clean. There are hiking trails, and a pool which was not open yet. The grounds are hilly, and the sites are roomy, though not terribly level. Good for a stop along the way home. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Beautiful level site. Office closed before we got there but they called and told me to call them when we arrived. Paperwork was available in their mailbox and management walked me through the entry etc via phone. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Gravel roads and sites with 50/30/20 water and sewer. Most sites are pretty well shaded and ours was dead level as it looks like quiet a few are some not so much. The shower was pretty clean but could use a good scrubbing on the walls. Water pressure and temperature were ok, I was hoping for a nice hot shower after a long drive on HWY 33 coming from the west.

Verizon and Mifi work great, they have free internet that works but is pretty slow. The staff was very friendly. Price I listed was full cost for a back in site and pull thru were $58. We spent 2 nights here and with P.A. discount worked out to about $30/ night with tax. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a nice quiet RV park with a pool, a catch and release pond, a nice play ground and a cavern but I'm not sure that makes it a resort. We'd definitely stay here again.

This has close proximity to the New Market Civil War battle field and the Virginia Civil War museum. If you're into visiting caverns there are several in the area in addition to the one right here. If you're thinking of coming during high season make a reservation and if you are using P.A. you must mention it when you make the reservation. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park on a hill with plenty of trees. They did a great job of terracing the land to make large level spots. All the utilities were great. The roads and spots are gravel and well maintained as well as everything about the park. If you take the cave tour you get a $5 discount as a camper. We were only here overnight so we were glad to get a long pull through site. We will be back and already planning to stay longer. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

This campground has a nice entry, good help, is hilly and has good gravel roads. The sites are large and ours was near the beginning, on a lower hill. The sites are on a wide road as the road heads up the hill. We had very good Wi-Fi at our full service site. The cavern tour is very good and a must see ! Tips for other Campers:

The town and local area has many Confederate museums and battle grounds. There are also many caverns to visit though we were told by others that this one is the most realistic and best to visit. We did not visit others but this Cavern tour was very good.

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Endless Caverns RV park did not meet our expectations of being a "resort" quality RV park. We had anticipated a more developed park with paved sites, cable and usable wifi on our site. These were non existent. (limited wifi only in one small area) The "resort" name would seem to imply a better than average facility. It is not. Gravel roads and sites are cut into and stepped along a mountain slope making the development of level sites difficult , thus making use by RV's sometimes challenging. The staff was very helpful and courteous. But for what we paid we expected much more. The pool is spectacular but of almost no use in June as the water is so cold (unheated)-and the pool entry was grimy. We were shocked to find that every doggy waste receptacle was overflowing with used dog waste bag on the ground around the overflowing bins- GROSS!. The staging area for RV's arriving to register is extremely sloped and rough and is definitely not RV friendly .Not sure we will return to this campground . No dog run or park. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall enjoyed our stay very much. Really the only negative for us was the gravel roads. Not bad in a car or truck, but on a motorcycle it was a different story. Other than that it was a great stay. Owners/ staff were very nice and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat but not if I had my bike. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Travel Trailer.

You're going to love Endless Caverns RV resort! There is not a better value around. Looking at the park map online, there seemed to be several areas that we may have trouble parking in so we avoided the booking company and called the campground directly. The staff were very helpful and recommended the perfect spot for our big rig. They all seemed very caring and were very kind to us. I'm not allowed to write names here, but he's better known there as "the cave guy" who seems to have all sorts of jobs around the park as well as cave tours, gave us a private tour of the cave because my husband explained that I was unable to walk the full length of the cave. He was very detailed in his explanations and answered all of our questions. His caring attitude toward the caves and the property in general really shine. Lots of shade through the park. The roads were tricky because they were gravel and the park is hilly. Gravel roads but the staff escort you to your spot. Go slow. The pool was beautiful. I would definitely come back again and fully recommend this RV park to others when visiting the New Market, VA area. We camped at Endless Caverns Resort in a Motorhome.
