1 Park near Black Diamond, Washington
Aug 2015 - $1.00
Large park with pull thru and back in sites. All sites level gravel. The big rigs pull thru sites are very narrow, not enough room for awning if rig in next site. 75% of the sites do not have sewer and all only have 30 amp. Tall pine trees so 90% of sites have no satellite signal. Next to with direct access to Lake Sawyer. No pool, spa or exercise room. Wi-fi extra thru outside service. Very good Verizon cell and 4G signal. Nice kid's areas but no activities such as breakfasts etc. Staff great. We would stay there again. Private membership park, Sunrise Resorts. Cost listed is for Sunrise member and also accept RPI, C 2 C not ROD. - Pepper Dan
Jun 2015 - $10.00
This park is old and shows it. The bathrooms have not been updated since they were built. Although there are sewer hookups, most sites are not allowed to use them. There used to be cable hookups, but since cable went digital, cable is no longer available. A satellite signal is not possible at least 50% of the sites. The power supply is iffy, at best. The first day we were there, the power went off and on due to the load of a warm summer day. Internet access is provided through a fee-based company.
On the positive side - the staff are friendly and the park is on Lake Sawyer. - LB Rohn
Sep 2014 - $15.00
We stayed here in a 40 footer. Spots were a little tight and unlevel. No sewer in our section. The place was quiet. No satellite reception. AT&T was good. Park Wi-Fi was good too; cost $5 for 3 days. Cost reflects Coast to Coast rate. - walt66
