Pretty obvious what is going on in this park. The owners are turning the member's sites into and long-term sites rented by the month with FHU, leaving the members with non sewer sites. Heard the county will not allow them to upgrade the sewer sites, so owners are getting by waiting for the value of the land to skyrocket. 30 amp power was low voltage. Water pressure was at a meager 30 psi. We were stacked close on both sides, couldn't use awnings. Satellite coverage is very tough to acquire. The picnic table was in such poor shape it fell apart while trying to move it a few feet. Many tight turns with low tree branches, even at the dump station. Dump station was full when we got there. Lots of full time dwellers with lots of junk. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very disappointed with this campground. No sewer service at our site, but there was at one time. Sewer dump station available but filled up before we got there. Told management and their real helpful comment was "you will just have to wait for it to settle". We will not come back. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Have back in and pull through sites; we were supposed to be in a FHU site but while setting up discovered that they had the sewer capped off due to septic issues along the row we were in. So we had to watch our water usage while there, but they did have a dump station to use. The electric was good as well as the water quality. They did not have cable or WiFi, but antenna service was OK. Billiard Room was locked all the time; other 21 and older room smelled of mildew (had to leave). I did not see any other rec area. It's right on Lake Sawyer and had boat ramps and docks for boaters. Not well maintained and lots of rotting decks around the cabins. They complained that our dogs were on their leads - said they had to be on a 6' leash, even tho we were sitting outside with them. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Went to visit Snoqualmie Falls at the Salish Lodge. This is the same falls that were shown on the TV show Twin Peaks.

Walked across the road to a side street to walk the dogs and found a trail leading off the road, through a small creek, past the high school, around the bend, through a subdivision, and back to the creek area.

Made our reservation through RPI for a full hookup. None available when we arrived, and later was told an additional fee would be applied if we moved into a vacated FHU site. We were given an excuse blaming our large RV style for collapsing the sewer lines and unable to get permits to fix. Restrooms and showers were clean, out dated, and one men's shower was closed due to lack of maintenance. We were told cable was available however there is no cable in the park. Very poor OTA TV. Our 3o Amp power would trip around 22 to 26 amps, or possibly less. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Unfortunately, we're members of the Sunrise Resorts. As full timers for over 10 years, we find this park to be one of the most undesirable parks we have ever spent time. Our kids live in the area, and we are stuck because of the number of suitable parks in the area. As members. we should get the premium sites, but we only have poor 30 amp service, no sewer, low water pressure, stinky sites, low branches, tight turns, noise, and can't put our awning or BBQ outside because we are too close to our neighbors. All sites are poorly leveled gravel, and by looking, you can tell campers are dumping their tanks (I hope just grey) on the ground because of the lack of sewer connections. Absolutely everything costs extra, so be prepared. There are many tall trees to the Southeast, so getting a satellite signal is almost impossible. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We were in space 1. No trees, picnic table or fire pit. We felt like we were in a driveway!

Power went out. One of the other guests had to trip the fuse box as power went off and no one was in office. They left before 6pm.

Only one sewer dump. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Yikes, what happened to this place? We have stayed here several times in the past, this time it is quite different. The park is full, but many appear to be seasonals. Packed in like sardines. Sewer no longer functional, all sealed up. 30 amp is poor 106 volts. water pressure is ok, AT&T ok, park wifif non existent. we stayed here in a 40 ft MH, we will be looking for an alternative the next time we come up here. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.

For a Sunrise park I was very disappointed! The sites are so close together couldn't put out awning. Campers are just stuck anywhere they can get a spot. Lots of people living there and leaving at 5-6 am and noisy. No sewer, electric was ok..30 amp, no wifi. Very, very run down; deck ready to fall in water. Buildings look like haven't been cleaned or used in years. Only good thing was lady in office was very nice. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Dirty stinky restrooms and showers. Sites are in semi gravel mud with weeds, no trees on the site we were issued as represented. Attempted to get another site with trees and better grading but was denied. Once they have your money upon reservation there is no going back for a change. My wife and I left early because the park was so muddy and filthy. This is a membership park (we aren't members), the members we spoke with were not at all happy with this place and vowed not to return. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Large park with pull thru and back in sites. All sites level gravel. The big rigs pull thru sites are very narrow, not enough room for awning if rig in next site. 75% of the sites do not have sewer and all only have 30 amp. Tall pine trees so 90% of sites have no satellite signal. Next to with direct access to Lake Sawyer. No pool, spa or exercise room. Wi-fi extra thru outside service. Very good Verizon cell and 4G signal. Nice kid's areas but no activities such as breakfasts etc. Staff great. We would stay there again. Private membership park, Sunrise Resorts. Cost listed is for Sunrise member and also accept RPI, C 2 C not ROD. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The only redeeming quality of this park is the setting. The entire facility is desperately in need of maintenance and/or replacement. Judging from the photos online it looked really nice, but don't let those photos fool you. We requested a full hook up spot when we reserved our space months ago, but apon arrival we only were able to get water and electricity even though there are multiple empty spaces in the full hookup areas. The space we are in is ridiculously small, the smallest we've ever had anywhere. The grass is dead. The driveways and pads are half gravel, half dirt, and very uneven. The dump station takes a half hour because the septic system is so old it's caving in. The management has a "like it or lump it" attitude. What a shame because the setting truly is very lovely. We are cutting our stay short and will never be back. We stayed in a 32' travel trailer. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This park is old and shows it. The bathrooms have not been updated since they were built. Although there are sewer hookups, most sites are not allowed to use them. There used to be cable hookups, but since cable went digital, cable is no longer available. A satellite signal is not possible at least 50% of the sites. The power supply is iffy, at best. The first day we were there, the power went off and on due to the load of a warm summer day. Internet access is provided through a fee-based company.
On the positive side - the staff are friendly and the park is on Lake Sawyer. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here in a 40 footer. Spots were a little tight and unlevel. No sewer in our section. The place was quiet. No satellite reception. AT&T was good. Park Wi-Fi was good too; cost $5 for 3 days. Cost reflects Coast to Coast rate. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This has gone so far downhill it is now down right dangerous. It is the only park close to relatives. They had 8 coaches on one - 100 amp circuit. 96 degree heat meant NO ONE had power. Owners could care less, they were trying to put more rigs into the same area! Sewer system is a joke. Town of Black Diamond won't approve any upgrades as they are trying to force them out. We camped at Lake Sawyer RV Resort in a Motorhome.
