26 RV Parks near Bonney Lake, Washington
May 2015 - $18.00
This RV park is mostly for people that want to stay longer term. Lots are larger with small rock and asphalt pads. Sewer hookups are different and on the wrong side of the RV sometimes.
There is about a lot of rules there and there are 2 that seem a bit extreme to us. One is that we had to weed our lots even though it cost us $485 a month. The other is that the RV's next to you can not hear noise from your area, which is difficult if your outside with friend BBQing. So this is not a place to stay if you like to have any social time with family or friends. Also electric is not included, and that is fine however out electric bill was really high and we were gone 2 weeks of each month. We were selling a house at the time and our 5 bedroom SB had a lower electric bill then the RV did. So not sure why that was. - Sohapi
Jun 2014 - $18.00
We had to stay here over a month as it was the only RV park in the area of our family's residence. Rate reflected is for a monthly rate of $425. Expect $40 back ground check (which has to be submitted prior to going to the park), and a amazing 13 page document of "rules". If staying a month or more you must contact the Electric company to have them activate your site. No laundry facilities, no pool, no amenities at all. Manager very snooty woman who is seldom around when you need information. We would not go back. - KomfortTravelers
Aug 2017 - $20.00
Elks Members ONLY. Grass sites. Good WI-FI, 30 amp elect Only. Quiet area, Private Golf Club next door(Elks RV Members welcome-Get Pass at Elks Office) Pool and Showers at Elks. Very friendly Office and Host. Service near by. DUMP on Site. Fresh water available a dump area. Will return. Good spot to visit Seattle. - silverado
Aug 2015 - $15.00
The sites are wide and there is a pool and showers. However, after we got our motorhome leveled off and slide outs extended we discovered that there are NO WATER connections at the sites. All plastic pipes above ground have been broken at each site. Camp Host offered no realistic explanation, nor was there a note in the sign up box to that effect. There is a fresh water spigot near the dump station, but who knew we needed to fill up before setting up ? There are showers available for use but they're not in great shape. We will not return to this Elks Lodge unless the water issue is corrected. - RVtravelers2
Sep 2014 - $15.00
30 Amp with Water and easy access Dump station. Showers available when the pool is open or just ask and they will let you use them. Grass spots with enough room that makes it comfortable. We eat Sunday breakfast and had dinner a couple of times. They have a golf course next to them that is private but they have an arrangement so that if you are staying there you can use it. Swimming pool available showers are available in the pool house if you ask.
I can only give an overall grade of 8 to any site that does not have sewer connection at the pad. But other than that this is a 10 site. - Gilbert & Gail
Sep 2007 - $20.00
A nice park. Has gone through a lot since the flood in 2006. Still seems to be picking up the pieces. - cnelson
Jul 2016 - $15.00
We stayed for the months of June & July with a monthly rate. The park was pretty basic, but with a nice pond and greenspace in front. It had a security gate, full hook-up, no Wi-Fi, back-in spaces.
Only able to hook up to sewer on 2 days a week due to high water tables in the area.
It had quite a few permanent residents (some pretty run down), but it was quiet and peaceful all the time. Very convenient to all of the tourist locations we were interested in. Would stay here again. - Karen - Rick
Oct 2006 - $20.00
Very scary place to stay. Every night it seems theres a bonfire of alcohol and drug buddies partying. I kept my doors locked and was afraid I wouldn't make it out of there! - Crystal Kramer
Aug 2018 - $30.00
It's a fair ground - for what it is - it was great. Perfect location to explore Mt. Rainier and Seattle. Trains run into Seattle so you can avoid the traffic and parking hassle. Train station very close - you can hear the trains outside but not in the RV. Lots of area to walk your dog. Blackberries are abundant and easily picked - delicious! - dreger
Jul 2018 - $30.00
As others have noted, it just a grass field with hook-ups. When we checked in, and we were guided to our site. All the connections are at the back of the site, and it took about 25 feet of sewer hose, FYI. Satellite and OTA TV worked well, as did our AT&T cell phones and hot spots. The site was wide enough that we could park our Jeep next to the RV. The price is, good, for the area, and we would stay here again. - Bbtj
Aug 2017 - $25.00
We gave it an average rating because it is really just a grass field with hookups but at least it is easy for a 45' motor home to get in and out of and is conviently located behind the fairgrounds. If fact, we would stay here again if in the area. At least the price was right and cell service was good - Verizon. You choose your site when you arrive so if not busy, there is plenty of room to spread out. We called ahead for reservations. - blumarlin
Sep 2017 - $60.00
Much too costly for area even though the sites are long pull-throughs, the RV pads are too short. Store & eatery have a decent variety. Wasn't given copy of 8 PAGE CONTRACT, which I asked for and the copy I was given was not signed. - singpj
Jul 2011 - $35.00
Pros - great store, manager very helpful, close to Mt Rainier and Seattle, sites are fairly level and large, parts of the park are very nice, great cable TV Cons - Management requires you to sign a 5 page contract, Owner operates tractor throughout the park daily, owner has many disagreements with tenants, dusty, many permanent trailers that are a little messy, internet costs extra, is slow, and is by a third party, some questionable people in the park at night, they require that you have your doggie bag out and visible when walking your pet, no dog area I enjoyed my stay here but felt that it would be easy to get in an argument with the manager who, in my opinion means well but is quick to anger. - Donco
Jul 2011 - $33.00
Friendly and helpful staff. Gravel streets & sites. All back-ins. Very easy parking from wide streets; no posts, rocks, fences, etc. Sites vary in size; ours was 20 feet wide. No picnic tables or fire rings. Well maintained. Water pressure 60#. On grounds store sells sandwiches in addition to usual RV Park store supplies. Many permanent residents; they are friendly and generally have attractive, well kept sites. Their children and pets are well behaved. Many tree & shrub plantings, no grass, no mowers, no leaf blowers – hooray. The wooded creek toward the back of the park has a sand bag levee. Choose higher ground in high water conditions. Good Verizon signal. Cable TV good except for very poor reception on ABC & NBC. We felt peaceful in the pleasant surroundings and will come here again. Environmentally unconscious; no recycling. - meanderingman
Aug 2018 - $10.00
It is a very well kept park. Nice and peaceful. The staff was very helpful. - Brad Davidson
Jul 2016 - $25.00
Sites are not all that wide here. We had people sitting only a couple of feet away from us near their fire ring. We could not open any windows because of the smoke from their fire. Kind of a sketchy place, but we had no problems. There are people living in tents here who spend 7 nights, leave for 1 and then come back. Sites are mostly level and paved. Verizon cell and broadband both very good. OTA TV was poor, no networks found. We had ION and a couple of PBS type stations. Not a place we are likely to return to, but our stay was acceptable. - Bob and Inga
Sep 2015 - $25.00
Dogs barking (pit bulls), campers burning garbage (stinks) One trailer was allowing their tanks to drain onto campsite and running into street. Sites are long enough for big rigs. 7 day limit. Some trailers were really run down. We will not be back unless we have to. We usually stay at the Puyallup Fairgrounds but couldn't because the fair was going on. - catrst
Jul 2018 - $60.00
Stayed 2 nites. Park in general was pretty neat. RV part was the tightest we have ever had. Site was long, but for sure with our slides out we had at best 12" on either side between rigs. 99% of RV seemed to be long term. The water connection is extremely low in the ground. - Jhl
Jun 2018 - $45.00
Rv park is in a converted mobile home park and is set up as a transient park where most people are returned snowbirds or live and work out of there. The sewer smell permeates the air throughout the park. The wifi wasnt strong enough so had to come sit on a bench by the pool to work on my tablet. Traffic is so congested it is so hard to enter or leave the park. I'll never come back - Sarge936
Apr 2018 - $55.00
This park is no way worth the price, we ended up paying $56.18 a night and that included the Good Sam discount plus tax. They do not have weekly rates. The sites are not very wide you are stacked in pretty tight. There needs to be more gravel in each site. There was notices being put out that people needed to pick up after their dogs and that was a fact. We had one more night to stay for our week but on that day a truck came in and starting spraying each site from front to back and side to side with roundup week killer and they didn't care if it got on your water hose or cables this is not a good practice that stuff can be dangerous we have a little dog and certainly didn't want him to get sick or us. When we complained to the office all they would say is well we have never had a problem before so no help there. It basically fell on deaf ears. We were so upset over this practice we up and left that day before they could spray our site. We lost one night of money but for safety reasons it was worth it. Never will we stay there again and do not recommend this park at all. This park is mostly full time residents which for the most park of very nice. - roamer3
Sep 2016 - $35.00
It's a wonderful park to stay at. It's quiet and everyone friendly.
It has a great trail to walk or run. What is real nice it has a laundry room, so you can do all your dirty clothes. I enjoyed myself very much. - Sarah Milstead
Jul 2015 - $35.00
Stayed for most of the summer. Lovely little quiet park, in the back of a subdivision, up a very steep hill in a rural location near Orting. Only back ins available. Long term stays also required to pay a $10.00 fee to the Buttes homeowners association and for electricity usage. Poor cell service for AT&T. NO wifi included. They say they have it but it doesn't work. Cable is NOT included, but the hook up available if you call and pay for it. Xfinity Wifi is an available option using your modem, pay by the week or month. Nothing fancy, but lovely location and very small. 14 spaces. Everyone is very friendly. Lovely campground hostess. Deer abound and are not fearful of people. Basically a space on asphalt and gravel under the trees, with hookups. They do have a laundry room with one washer and dryer. Haven't used it. - travlinrose
Sep 2006 - $35.00
This is a very nice out of the way RV Park just south of Orting in the Buttes Housing Developement Gated Community. Very clean and quiet and sits on a hill with wild life as deer, chipmunks, numerous birds. - Big Dave
