Based on monthly rate. Electric at 9cents per KWH. Park is very clean and well maintained. Streets and sites are paved and utilities are well positioned. Lake is for fishing only, no swimming. Easy access and no problem towing through the park. Cedar shrubs between sites. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office is open for service 7 days a week. A quiet park and a nice location. The rating reflects the lack of activities available in the park. There is a nice hiking trail around the park and a nice playground for kids.

We would return when in the area. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Safeway Grocery directly across the street from the entrance with reduced cost fuel station. Restaurants too many to list within a mile. Propane available in park.

We feel this is a really nice park. Lots of greenery for being so close to a large city! Even trees planted in each site for privacy between rigs. First I can't help myself, I have to start off by replying to what some people consider negatives. If you are bothered by road noise, why are you 15 miles from a large city like Seattle? In a suburb? How do you expect there to NOT be any road noise? If this is your concern, stay farther from the city and drive. The road noise is surprisingly little especially deeper in the park than I would think for such an urban location. Didn't expect so much greenery, either! Also, yes it's a man made pond/lake, no you can't swim in it. So? It's very pretty. If ducks and geese bother you, I'm sorry, but why are you RVing? If you are woken up by every little noise, RV Parks are never going to be for you. :) I happen to like hearing the ducks, because I like nature and that's part of why I love this park. I can't speak to security/homeless people, I never saw any concerns in our 4 nights here but they may be going on. I felt the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only downside, as almost everyone has said, is the lack of Internet. We work online and also have our travel blog and YouTube videos so it was a pain. Yes we can get it across the street at Safeway 24/7 which is great if you just need something in a pinch, but when I have to spend 2-3 hours online I would much rather be in my rug enjoying the RV park I am paying to stay in, rather than sitting at Safeway feeling like I could be at the Safeway at home. Overall we REALLY like this park - lush, green, pretty quiet, wildlife, nice large paved roads for daily walks plus some small hiking trails up around the park, convenient location in Bothell with Safeway open 24/7 across the street, lots of fast food and restaurants. In low traffic times, 20-30 minutes into Seattle, up to 2 hours in bad traffic. Laundry is cheap, machines worked well. Main bathrooms were VERY nice, could use more hooks for hanging things up and could be a little cleaner, but much better than most parks. The private bathrooms in the back were a bit dirtier and not as well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. We just really hope they get better Internet. :) We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The rate is based on a monthly stay at this park, the rate being available during the winter months, and does not include electricity. This is a lovely park. It is basically right in town, but is surrounded by trees, so you feel you're out in the country. Road noise is creeping in, though. I have stayed there several times over the past two years,; they are always full. The roads and sites are level, with pruned evergreens between each site for privacy. There are good walking trails up in the woods. The laundry is small for the number of sites. Several times I had to return for "my turn". It is managed by two couples, on alternating days, it seems. One couple is very nice and accommodating, the other couple seems put out if you have a request. I would definitely stay there again. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is very clean and well maintained. With our truck we are 53' long and had no trouble with the roads and turns. It is convenient to Seattle and the surrounding area. They plan activities. We will stay here again and recommend it to others. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park, about 16 miles outside of Seattle. Roads are very narrow, and turns can be tight, but spaces are good. Paved and concrete sites, with good hookups. Cable TV was OK, but stations were limited. Our roof-mounted satellite dish worked well. The "lake" is more of a large pond, and could use some cleaning up. Covered with moss and slime, and omitted an odor at times. The pond is home to many water foul, so had to be careful when walking or sitting on the grass due to duck and geese droppings. When staff mowed the deep, dense grass throughout the park, including each site, they left the wet clippings right on the site, so quite messy, and had to sweep frequently so as not to track them in our rig. There is plenty of room to walk around the park, and enjoy the forested areas. Restrooms are clean, and have individual locking doors. The laundry room is clean, open 24 hours, and is only $1 for both the washers and dryers. Office staff could be a bit friendlier and helpful, but they are very busy in this park. Most of the residents are long-term, but rules are enforced and the park is kept very clean and clear of debris. There is a small yurt for groups to use, a playground, but no other amenities. There is a Safeway Grocery Store across the street from the park, and several other stores and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Seattle area. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this RV park while we were on a cruise to Alaska. They provide storage for the RVs with electricity for $3 per day. The regular daily rate is $40, which seemed a bit high for the amenities. However, we would definitely stay here again if in this area. One thing to watch out for. Their signage is very poor, and we missed our turn which meant going up the road to find a place to turn around. The park is on a corner, and the only sign is right there, so if you don't see it, be prepared to turn around. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

While this is advertised as a 'lake', it is really more of a slough than a lake. It's mostly covered with algae and is much in need of aeration. The campground itself has nice trees but the sites are very close together. The wifi service is supplied by Tengo and is only free for one hour every 24 hours. Are you kidding me? Even the Safeway across the street has unlimited free wireless internet access. In this day and age no reputable campground charges for wifi access and they certainly don't use a service that limits bandwidth based on usage. The cable TV they offer has only 14 channels. I've stayed in many nicer places with lower prices that provide better amenities. Pass this one by, there is much better value to be had at other area campgrounds. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful park like setting around a lake complete with ducks, geese, and frogs. Pads are level, cement, and separated by hedges between sites. Our back in site was 80' long with utilities well placed. Roads seemed a little narrow but manageable. Owners and staff were very nice and helpful. Cable was available but we used our satellite. Only negative is the WiFi that was limited to 60 consecutive minutes per day. We were located at the back of the park and never able to access it. We were told at check in that 24/7 service could be purchased through Tengointernet; however I had a hotspot we could use in lieu of spending more money. We loved this park and would enjoy coming again We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park. I have no major complaints, very nice landscaping, friendly staff and convenient to almost everything. We rode the bus to the city, the 522 express, to keep from driving the truck downtown. It worked out great, suggest checking into it. NOTE: The entrance to the park from the GPS is wrong, you need to turn on 242 st. or you will end up in a oil change business. The only things that could be improved are better Wi-Fi, more cable channels, and a bigger dog run. Small stuff, really. Would stay again. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Most sites are pull through with tall hedging on each side to provide maximum feeling of privacy. Easy in and out of site and park. Site mostly level. Grass patch runs length of pull through site. Picnic table provided. Nice pond in middle of park. Efficient and friendly check in couple. Full hook ups were convenient except for sewer, we had to keep our back end of trailer to end of our site for hook up to sewer. Our sewer connection is middle of our RV. Used restroom once during walk and it was older but clean. No code for entry as access to park is guarded (meaning you have to drive by office for entry). This one night stay was part of longer travel trip. This wouldn’t be our type of park for longer stays, we prefer state-like parks. For outside of Seattle, this is a very choice park to go into the city for tourist or business matters. Upon our leaving early the next morning, 405 was slow to get through as we expected. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is definitely the best place to stay in the Seattle area. We have tried them all. Roads and sites are paved and private. Turning radius for a 45 footer is a little tight. Lots of grass and open space. It is located in town; however, you would not know it as it is very quiet and peaceful and most sites overlook the pond (I would not call it a lake). Good 50 amp. We did not use any of the facilities. Very busy; recommend reservations well in advance. We will return here every time we visit Seattle. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.

Even though you are in the Seattle-Tacoma metroplex you don't feel like it once you get to the park. Easy in/out access from Bothell-Everett Highway. Interior roads are asphalt as are the sites and pads. Even though in a metroplex it was surprisingly quiet. The ponds are neat, a stretch to call them lakes, but it is water. Utility hookups were convenient and even with all the trees we had a line of sight for our roof mounted satellite dish. We would stay here again. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This could be a great park. Good location, picturesque, friendly staff, somewhat tight spots but that is the norm. I'd rate it higher except for the lack of cable channels and very poor Wi-Fi. And the Wi-Fi other than 1 hour is not free. TengoInternet with the usual charges. Verizon MiFi worked fine. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were here a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the WiFi. We were on the back side of the lake and rarely were able to get on. When we did, we'd often get booted off and then our free, daily one hour session was over. Very frustrating. The park is beautiful, wonderfully landscaped and impeccably maintained, the restrooms are very nice and spotless, most sites seemed pretty level, roads were paved and satellite reception was good. We had a back in site on the lake and were surrounded by grass. We sat out back on the picnic table and watched the ducks and geese swim around. There are forested trails around the perimeter and a walk around the park provides almost a mile of exercise. Hated to leave, would definitely stay again. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have a lot of family in the Seattle area and spend a large portion of the year there. This is the best RV park in the Seattle area hands down, and their off season long term sites the best bargain as well. The new Safeway is convenient for both grocery and gas. Their storage arrangement for your RV when you are on a cruise is innovative. The park is bigger than I expected but make reservations well in advance. The managers are knowledgeable. The park is quiet and relaxing, unlike RV parks found in most major metropolitan areas. This is a landscaped oasis not a parking lot. There is screening between sites and picnic tables. The bathrooms are getting a little old but are immaculate. They have TengoInternet but we had no problem connecting. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.
