This is a small, but very nice park. When we called to make a reservation, the manager warned us that they were close to railroad tracks, but we were not bothered by the noise. There were quite a few trains, but they would blow their horns far from the park and the white noise from our fan blocked most of the sound out. We slept well and actually decided to extend our stay. The restrooms and showers were very clean and usually empty. The laundry room was beautiful and very comfortable with big, thickly padded sofas and a nice TV set. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this park. It was great value for the money. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We drove to Spokane and walked through Riverfront Park and Manito Park. Both were very nice.

Lady in the office was very pleasant. Park was clean. My only concern was the pet walk area. There were paths, but too much over growth for me to feel safe about our dogs. My fear was snakes in the growth or around the rocks. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Quite park with tall pines. great feel with some hiking trails behind park. Quite day and night. The only distraction is trains but not honking just track noise. Trains 500 yards away. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Motorhome.

Friendly check in. Was told when I booked reservation I would need to unhook. Worked out I didn't need to. Great Wi-fi. Rate represents PPA for overnight stay. Nice clean, quiet, shady park. Would stay here again. Never used the shower or toilets so really not fair to rate. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

I stayed two nights and found this park to be very pleasant. Yes, the train tracks are nearby but they didn't bother me. It was clean and had all the services I needed. It is a rather small place but that's nice in my book. The weather when I stayed there was below average for late April, cool and wet. I used the campground shower and found it clean and warm inside and the water was as hot as one might want. I would stay there again. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice shady park. Small, older. They do a good job at what a small town business can do to make money. Yes full- timers, but clean sites. Bathrooms older, but clean. Trains are close, but we like trains, and didn't seem to bothered us at night. Cell service is good, so never tried Wi-Fi. Great place to stay doing business, or a student at the university as we did. Ratings, and comments had me concerned, but we needed to be close. Turns out it's a nice park, and will return. This is a small campground, with lots of full timers. Nice thing is lots of shade and centrally located for Cheney activities. Bad thing is bathrooms are old and unappealing. I would try to find another campground in the area. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We enjoyed our week stay at Peaceful Pines. We stayed at site 14 which had water and electric only. We had good satellite reception. They have good water pressure and the 50 amp service was good. The park has some full service and the rest are water and electric only. We love trains. Our site had a good view of BNSF and UP lines. At least 1 train per hour. Lots of trains. We will come back. Would have given a 10 rating if our site had a sewer hookup. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lots of train noise. Small older park with large pines. Lots of signs warning dogs to stay off the grass. Dog area is dirt and weeds. Bathrooms old but very clean. Sites are small and close together. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

A little off the beaten path from I-90 but clean and quiet. Occasional train but not bad. Small park, new management. Tight sites but OK for short stays. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little park. Managers are very friendly. Great places to walk the dogs. Love the country feel with lots of trees and green grass. Restrooms are older but very clean. Only negative would be the trains nearby, however, they did not really bother us and found we soon did not even notice them. Close to town for groceries, etc. Would definite stay there again. What a pleasant place for an overnight stop. The owners were very nice and attentive at check in. As a 45 footer we were given the only pull thru they have and we had plenty of room. Good 50 amp service and a new usable picnic table. Not much grass on the site because of the trees but everything looked very clean. I have a dog and they do have strict dog rules but I agree with all of them. It makes for a pleasant experience for dog owners & non-dog owners alike. No satellite service because of trees. I did not try their wi-fi or cable. Nice town with good grocery stores. If you are a big rig you need to call in advance. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Motorhome.

We arrived a week before Labor Day weekend, and had no problems in getting a site. The camp hosts were readily available to help with our needs, and made us feel right at home. They are very sociable, charming and courteous! Our site was a full hookup (#26) and accommodated our 50 amp requirement. We posted a $90.00 deposit to use the camp's 30 amp to 50 amp adapter, which was refunded at our departure. Each site has its own little green space, and parking for a tow vehicle. We had no problems finding room for our 40 ft. motor home and car. The park is quiet and very peaceful. There were only two concerns that we had...1) the Wi-Fi was not accessible unless you were at the office, and 2) the passing trains loved to blow their whistles throughout the middle of the night. To be honest, by the 4th night, I didn't even notice them anymore. The park is somewhat small, but I would call it "cozy". There is no pool, nor is there a playground, but that would not deter us from staying here again. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to camp here again. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice enough park. The owners/operators were cordial, but not overly friendly. The Wi-FI was only available next to the office, as it was being upgraded (modem replacement). Cable TV was good. Bathrooms left a lot to be desired. We mostly used our own. Showers appeared clean, but we used our own. Would stay here again. The trains weren't all that annoying. We liked this park; it was - as the sign says - "peaceful." We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Arrived after closing but my paperwork was on the door. $28.80 is the Good Sam rate. Site was gravel but level. No pull through sites and had to back in. Didn't really want you walking the dog in the park. Restroom's while clean needed work. Wi-Fi didn't work that great but decent cable. Woke up a couple of times during the night because of train whistles. Other than that everything was peaceful. I would stay here again. We camped at Peaceful Pines RV Park in a Motorhome.
