Very friendly people working here. A bit dated in general.
The pool is super clean though the bathroom shower area one walks through to the pool is dark and dingy not appearing very clean. The grounds are very nice with lots of vegetation and hills. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
Nice to have close access to Spokane and be able to stay in nature.
Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $10.00
Nice park. Wifi worked good as did cable. Sites are a little tight but not bad. Staff was very nice and helpful. Convenient to Spokane. Laundry room was good. We did not use the pool or restrooms. We would stay here again. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $1.00
Large park with gravel roads and sites. Grass areas between each site with table. Lot of tall trees and 2 miles away from freeway. Many wide big rig pull thru sites each with FHU and cable and wide back-in sites with FHU. Free unsecured Wi-Fi, heated indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room and a game room. Kids play area, mini golf. Good Verizon cell and 4G signal. Satellite TV signal in only a few sites due to trees. 100 channel cable for a few $s a day. Breakfasts and dinners on weekends and craft classes. Staff great. We would definitely stay there again. Private membership park, K & M Resorts. Cost listed is for ROD and also accept RPI and C 2 C. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Tips for other Campers:
Hint: 10 miles to Spokane, but only 5 miles to Walmart.
Rate reflects K/M Resorts of America rate. We have been to this park many times and each year it gets worse and worse. . There were three of us traveling together (38 ft motor home, 36 ft fifth wheel, + our trailer). We received spots in the upper area. The 38 foot motorhome spot was long enough, but no rooms for slides. We actually had to trim back trees so the slides could come out. Couldn't get out anything from under the motorhome because there was a hill on both sides. The 36 foot fifth wheel was in a spot which required backing up a steep hill on loose gravel. Impossible. They moved, but big hill right outside their door. Very dangerous. We had a "pull through" which was really a pull over spot with big potholes. Even with our small trailer, there was no way we could fit in the spot they assigned us. We moved spots and took about 15 tries to get our trailer to fit in. No room to park our truck, so we had to park by the bathrooms. My husband also had to have maintenance come (a 18 year old kid) and fix the water faucet at our spot. The kid was nice, but had no clue so my husband had to help him out. The bathrooms weren't clean, the showers were dirty, pool had hair and grime, and the nightly karaoke was absolutely too loud. The only positive thing is that the there is supposedly new management and when he saw the spots we were trying to get in, he apologized and offered us free meals for the weekend. Check in told us that there were no other spots in park, but turns out there were plenty of pull thrus. Considering the rate we pay to be KM members, the whole situation was absurd. New manager seems to want to get things fixed up, but he also had nightly guests come into the park who drank and sang LOUD karaoke past 10pm each night. I am not sure if we will be back. In fact, we are thinking about cancelling our KM membership entirely. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Excellent WiFi, lousy cable, friendly staff. We stayed in pull-through space R2 for 7 days. Satellite was good (ours is roof-mounted); the folks next to us had a portable antenna and could not get programming. Very nice facilities. Only issue we had was with people letting their children run around unattended, which is against park rules. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Tips for other Campers:
Close to I-90 exit 172- there's a nice truck stop, restaurant, fuel station, and store nearby.

Saw signs from freeway, decided to stay here. When I arrived, I saw a huge "KM Resorts" sign. Oh no! Membership park, I'm not a member! I went in the office, asked the stupid question anyway, found out you do not have to be a KM Resorts member to stay here. You just need to be a member of "something" connected to RVing, like Good Sam or RPI. Great park. Lots of trees, you feel you are in the woods. You weasel through some neighborhoods to get here. I was desperate for laundry (my cat had thrown up on my bed sheets). The very nice lady in the office went to great pains to put me near the laundry room. It's $1.25 to wash and 25 cents for ten minutes to dry. The nice lady in the office said that if you wash towels or jeans, plan on an hour in the dryer ($1.50). My towels dried in 40 minutes, but my RV bedspread took the full hour. At these prices, throw something on the ground to ensure you get enough dirty clothing to do your laundry! There is one double loader washer for $1.75. (and sssshhhhh..... there is one washer for only $1, it appears they forgot to switch it to $1.25 at some earlier date....) Beautiful clubhouse with a book trade. Indoor swimming pool and hot pool, but I didn't get a chance to try them. Nice kids playground. I saw a few "vintage" RVs so age of RV doesn't appear to be an issue, surprisingly. Regarding what I paid...... pull-throughs and back-ins are the same price. However, initially you get only water and sewer. If you want electricity, it's a couple dollars extra. Electricity (and Good Sam Discount) is included in the $42 I paid. Also, Wi-Fi and cable were extra. I did not get either. The one little picky thing I didn't like was that their receipts were not itemized to my preference. The receipt showed a lump sum total plus a line for electricity. The nice lady tried to explain how the figures were calculated, but she couldn't figure it out. I prefer more detail. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
If you don't tow a car, this park is NOT near any public transit lines.
We love this campground. Our children absolutely love the pool and it's almost always empty during the off season. The bathrooms are nice and clean. We normally camp in a travel trailer, but we needed to be in town and decided to try out the cabins. They were very comfortable although the carpets had clipped fingernails which were not ours (ick!). I would have preferred the cabin to have been cleaner, but there was plenty of room and are children had a wonderful time. The customer service was great and everyone was very friendly! We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Cabin.

Great park! Hot tub, pool, lots of activities and a very well maintained park. Large sites and great staff, they are working on a stronger wifi. Will return. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Price represents a promotion. This is a membership club resort. This is not a good campground for big rigs, as there are narrow and confusing interior roads. Sites were not level and were dirt. Restrooms were inconvenient and uphill from most sites. Reception was unsatisfactory--long wait with one person who was there but didn't even try to help us check in. First site would not accommodate our four slides so they found us another. Why they didn't give us one that fit our rig initially is quite unacceptable. We will not stay here again. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.
We come here every year and are always happy but I have to say this year the campground just isn't the same. The sites are overgrown and not as well maintained. The gals who checked us in were scatterbrained and seemed very confused. Not as many activities for campers that they normally have. We will camp here again because we are KM Resort members and there are no camping fees. This was also the first year we were told we would have to pay for wifi as diamond members. Disappointed but the kids still had fun. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Lots of amenities- pools, hot tub, waterfalls, miniature golf, etc.. This is a private resort but currently will let you stay if you're a Good Sam Member. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Motorhome.
We returned to this park after a couple of years and what a difference the site makes! This time we were placed on the side hill backing up to a fence with a home on the other side. The hill was so tight I went into 4WD to back it up the gravel hill. Our rate reflects our Coast to Coast pass. We will likely not give this place a third try. Our RV is 25' long. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Rate reflects RPI with extra for electricity charge. The pull throughs are reserved for KM members which I can appreciate. We were given a back-in site that had no chance for satellite reception so I asked to relocate. We were reassigned a site on the hill that backed up to a great view of the park with just grass behind us and although without 4x4 it may have been a problem in the rain, it was perfect for us! Very nice site. Park was clean and staff was very friendly. Would stay again when staying near Spokane. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $16.00
The rate reflects the Coast to Coast rate with add-ons for Cable TV, WiFi and electricity! This is a nice member only park that has an interesting put-put course (free) and pools. The park is quiet, clean and well maintained. You may want to use your GPS to find it. We would return here. We camped at Ponderosa Falls RV Resort in a Truck Camper.
Rate is RPI plus electric surcharge and tax. There are two main parts of camp. One is large pull throughs, with grass in between, looked very nice. The other is tight cramped gravel back ins. We were in the latter. Interior roads in this section are very narrow. There are mature pine trees good for shade, makes it more difficult to back in. The power/water/sewer connections are enclosed in square 42" high boxes, toward the front of each site. Our front slide cleared the top of the pedestal with 2 1/2 inches to spare, otherwise we would not have had room to extend it, with the pine tree close in on other side. Forget being able to get into that lower storage compartment. You better be very good at backing to get in some of these sites. There is a small pool/hot tub/sauna area in the one restroom/shower building. It was clean. We were just here for two nights, glad for 50 amps because it was very hot.
