Nice park right along the marina on the Snake River. The area is set into the bottom of a deep canyon. Nice concrete pads and interior roads. Very nice wide sites. We didn't use the cable, as the satellite reception was great. The Internet was pretty good as well. We were planning on using the pool but it was indoor and the weather seemed to suggest outside to us. Probably great at other times. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Motorhome.

We were in space 1. Nice concrete landing and spaced nicely. Indoor pool and hot tub. We've been on road 2 weeks and this place is superb after all the others we have been to. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Took jet boat ride on Snake River 60 miles up the river. Great Captain, great lunch. Seems pricey at $120 per adult, but worth the price. (Hells Canyon Snake Dancer Jet Boat). 30 mile paved bike trail along Snake.

This was an unplanned stop for us. We took the last spot, right on the corner of a city busy intersection. This is a very nice, clean RV park, right on the Snake River. The backin site was just big enough for our 32ft trailer. The site was level, and nicely landscaped. But noisy. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great facility on the Snake river. Paved roads, concrete slabs with manicured lawns between spaces and picnic table. Hookups available on either side of space - your choice on direction in pull-thru sites. Next to boat dock. Staff very nice and helpful. Good cable tv. Wifi was a little slow in the evenings when everyone accessing the internet.

The only negative is road noise in the early weekday mornings. Would definitely come back. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice RV park, with concrete pads, asphalt roads, and manicured lawns. We were in a $37 "zone 2" site. Other sites with a view of the marina and Snake River cost more. The pull through sites have four pedestals, with two on each side to be shared with your neighbor, allowing you to pull into the site in either direction. Small laundry. Friendly staff. Okay analog cable TV. Slow WiFi. Good AT&T and Verizon data coverage. Local paper sold outside the park office. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Our fifth wheel needed a bath, and we called Patriot Powerwash (208-790-4106), an outfit which mostly washes trucks on-site. They are allowed to do their thing in this RV park. They came out with four guys, a van with a water tank and power washer and had the sides of the trailer scrubbed and sparkling clean in 20 minutes, for $60. We highly recommend them.

While here, take the time to visit the Nez Perce National Historic Park in Idaho. Good museum and some old historic buildings.

This is an upscale fishing/boating RV park. Real nice indoor pool/spa. Shower/restrooms are individual, tiled rooms, with outside access. The sites are pull-thru from either direction, with hookups on both sides, very nice set-up. They have a small store in the office. There is also a large meeting room available as well as a huge chess set room. It was VERY windy while we were here, we were told it normally not that windy. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean park, no dirt! Cement pull-through with a little plot of grass and picnic table. There are hookups on both sides of the pad depending on your RV and personal preference. We had been driving all day and we were excited that they had a pool and hot spa, but when we arrived at 7:00, we found out the pool area closes at 7:00. Seems a little early to close up the pool. The office also closes at 7:00. The few times I tried to go into the office during our stay (for ice, directions, to pay) it was always closed with a sign on the door. One of the fellows working on his boat in the marina said they are often not in the office. We appreciated the clean sites. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Motorhome.

Large, concrete spaces surrounded by manicured lawn! On the Snake River. Best we've seen in three years of full time travel. Considering this as a home base. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This a real nice park. Nice large cement pull-throughs with a place to park your toad. Each spot had a nice grassy area with a nice table. I would have given it a higher rating, but the road noise, especially during the week was a little loud. The Wi-Fi, also, would come and go. We couldn't have asked for nicer people working in the office. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at. Right on the marina and a beautiful sunset view. Newer facility, well laid out with wide sites and hookups accessible from either side. Has a pool and laundry, which we did not use. The lady at the desk was so helpful. There is so much to do and see in the area we extended our stay. Would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn't rate this park a "10" is there is no shade. It is a lovely, clean park, with four hookups for each site, allowing you to customize your setup and concrete pads. We stayed only 3 days during 4th of July weekend, but could see the fireworks from the high school from our site. That said, people in the park were shooting off bottle rockets and fireworks, which they weren't supposed to be doing, and it was a concern that one would land on an RV roof. We did not find it at all noisy from the road and the Snake River is right there. Our site was supposed to have a water view, but a huge motorhome pulled in next to us and blocked our view of everything. The staff is very nice, the pool is indoors, as is the hot tub, and the laundry is very clean and only $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. The store is lacking in supplies, but Krueger's RV is right down the road for RV parts, and there are several grocery stores in town. Just a note - when coming into Clarkston down Highway 95, there is a 2,000 foot drop, making the road very steep for about 10 minutes. I was driving, and we made it, but very happy when we got to the bottom. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed a week. Great park. This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. They pick up your trash daily. Indoor pool and hot tub was great. Nice pads and paved road around. Nice view of the river and hills. Easy to get to shopping and the things to do. Will stay again. We camped at Hells Canyon Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
