Picked this park to try to have a quiet Labor Day weekend. SUCCESS!! We were in the owner-owned section facing the golf course in our 40' MH. Beautiful views, wonderful staff and owner neighbors on each side. This is also a gated community. Had a hiccup with one of the washers and they gladly refunded our money. Only draw back was their cable - lots of channels but really only 4-5 you would want to watch (none of the cable news channels were available). If in the area we would stay here again. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We originally reserved for seven nights but later phoned to come in four nights prior to our initial reservation. As this was extending over the Labor Day weekend I was a little apprehensive but the staff managed to find us a site for the duration of our planned stay. Arriving on a Saturday evening after 4pm we found the office closed but our site package had been left out and available for us. Initially, we had back in site #81 that lies along the western edge of section A and also borders the fairway. This was an asphalt site that has a slope from back to front for drainage, a concrete patio, picnic table and seat. The utilities are located towards the rear of the pad that meant I had to go deep in order to reach the control panel for my rig. By doing this, the rear 8' of our RV was beyond the asphalt. Not a big problem until the sprinklers came on during the night and raked across the back cap, waking us with a bit of a start. After three nights we were able to move to site #145 in section B. This was a long (80'+) and wide (25'+) back-in concrete pad on the northern side of the resort. There is a slight front to rear slope for drainage but otherwise perfectly level and equipped with a picnic table. The neighbours were seasonal occupants and very pleasant to chat with although we didn't have too much interaction. For both sites the 50amp power, water, sewer and cable TV connection worked perfectly. I was advised the water pressure was high but we didn't find it to be too high for the plumbing on the RV. For a busy holiday period the pool was very quiet and we enjoyed it to ourselves for most of the time. The staff/hosts were very pleasant on the odd occasion that we interacted. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the whole resort is very well maintained. The laundry has eight washing machines and eight driers all at $2 a load with change and detergent available. Wi-Fi is included in the price but sometimes extremely slow. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

From the West, stay on Crawford Ave until passing the 76 gas station then turn LEFT. From the East (hwy2) turn RIGHT about 150m prior to the gas station. Good grocery store (Yokes) in Deer Park. New Costco in north Spokane has 30 pumps - all with diesel.

I agree with other reviews about how nice the park looks, however this is a very had park to drive to. You drive through downtown then you drive through a half mile of residential area get into the park.We stayed in section b with a sign saying keep your pets off the grass. This is one of most unfriendly park we have ever been in. We fulltime so we have been in hundreds of rv parks. This is a very nice park but does not have the amenities to have such a high rating a a 5 star resort.I will not return. Overall Rating:

Very nice park, reasonably priced for the quality. There is tons of grass, and a few trees, all impeccably maintained. Particularly nice is the large common grassy area between the two rows of sites. The makes the sites feel more spacious. Even side to side, while not huge, the sites are wider than most parks. Some sites have a much larger front yard. I can't be as complimentary when it comes to the slope of my site. It had a serious downhill slope, and I had no chance of leveling without taking my front wheels a few inches off the ground. Also, one reason the grass was so nice was that they watered it every night at 2 am. I know this because my rig got drenched from the high powered sprinklers, and it woke me up every night. That's a shame, as otherwise this has to be the quietest, darkest place I've parked in a long time. The wifi was very good, cable channels were a joke, but lots of o/a tv, and Verizon was very strong. Customer service was excellent. There is no camp store, and it's three miles into town, so shop on the way in. The grocery store in town is great, for such a tiny town. The pool area was very attractive, but it was filled with screaming kids most of the time I was there. The golf course is beautifully maintained, but a little uninteresting. The drive through Spokane to get to this place was tedious, to put it mildly. I would recommend this place to groups of people that would like a large common grassy area to congregate. Otherwise, for me, it was too far off the beaten path to consider going back. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our 2nd visit to this park. Two parts, first is for the weekenders and the second is the long term and purchased sites. We were in the 2nd, these sites have super long concrete pads with patio. Huge grass areas between sites. they have two dog runs, both gravel, but there is a grass area outside of one. Put your trash at the end of the drive and they pick it up, daily. Very nice laundry and pool area. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. We were in site 55 backed up to the 9th hole so had a nice view. The WIFI was better this year than 2 years ago when we were here. Laundry prices were $2.50 for was and $2.50 for dry. Everything was very well kept. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We would have given this Resort a 10, but the internet was very bad. For a resort of this stature you would expect better internet. Pls upgrade your system. It is a good resort if you have a dog. There is a Off Leash area where your dog can run. Very quiet peaceful setting. Each site is paved and level and long. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautifully landscaped. Many lot owners with gorgeous coaches and landscape. Grassy sites with close views of the golf course. If you golf this is the place for you. Good power high water pressure sewers hookups needed 20' hose. Sprinklers come on 2x a night! We had a backin site then moved across the street to a head in site. Nice long wide sites, patio & table. If you love to golf and RV, then this is your park. We love this park. We have vacationed here 5 consecutive years, each time longer than the last. We are in the larger pads (I believe they are 85'). They are level, there is grass, the shade trees are growing (we were here when they were just saplings). The pool is large and clean; the hot tub is hot and clean; and they have nice lounge chairs. Bathrooms are amazing, not that I use them, but I have been in them. Great club house. Internet and cable tv are not of good quality, but we don't come here to watch TV, and bring your own internet. The Golf Course is amazing - not overly challenging, but in great shape. Fairways are so lush you are tempted to play barefoot. Par 72. Less than $25 to walk 18 holes. Restaurant and bar and staff are exceptional. Prices are reasonable. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Deer Park - Pop 3,000. There is a grocery store, 2 auto parts stores, medical and emergency clinics, pharmacy, pizza, Mexican, steak/seafood restaurants, and 3 fast food chains. Call the park or email them for directions for getting to Deer Park - with our new rig we could not come the usual way because of low bridge and too many lane changes in a very short distance once off the freeway. 20 min drive to North Spokane.

We have stayed here many times, and enjoyed our stay. With a new manager(owner) things have changed. A couple of sight owners have made it uncomfortable for renters. They seem to think that they run the park. With no break for weekly stays ($50.00 a night), and the monthly rate $880.00, many sites are vacant. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a park where they sell the lots also. They have an over abundance of rules. Which are not strictly enforced across the board. It does help keep the park very nice tho. Concrete spaces with patios and picnic tables where utilities worked well and it was very easy to level on. Golf course right next door. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I have stayed at this park many times over the last few years, lots of space and nice lots. Now that a larger number of sites are owned, they treat the guests as second class. Several of these 'site owners' have been given the title of 'resort host'. These owners have taken that title to mean overlords of the park, and will tell guests that they are "watching you". Children are under severe restrictions, as they cannot ride a bicycle unattended unless they have a driving license. Sad that a park with so much potential is lost to such petty behavior by the 'hosts'. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is very neat and clean. The pads are level concrete and the grass is in very good condition. Our lot looked out over a golf course. That was the good part. The bad part is that this is the unfriendliest park we have encountered on our 8 month trip. The only times we spoke with the camp "hosts" were when we were told we were breaking the rules. Never a "hello" or "let us know if you need anything". Some of the lots are privately owned and the owners are also very unfriendly. One actually yelled at our neighbor for letting their dog get too close to his property. The park is very concerned that you respect their property but does not show the same level of concern for the renters' property. The sprinkler system is on every night and it covered the side of our RV with water spots that are very difficult to remove because the water is so hard. In addition, they mowed the lawn and were not concerned about the fact that they blew the grass clippings all over the side of the bus. We will not stay here in the future although we will be back in the area next year. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful immaculate park. Easy in and out. That being said this should be an adult only park. Children are not basically to do any thing. No bike riding, skating etc. Children are not allowed off the space without a parent in tow. Again a very nice park, but not really good for children.
