Beautifully landscaped. Many lot owners with gorgeous coaches and landscape. Grassy sites with close views of the golf course. If you golf this is the place for you. Good power high water pressure sewers hookups needed 20' hose. Sprinklers come on 2x a night! We had a backin site then moved across the street to a head in site. Nice long wide sites, patio & table. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We would have given this Resort a 10, but the internet was very bad. For a resort of this stature you would expect better internet. Pls upgrade your system. It is a good resort if you have a dog. There is a Off Leash area where your dog can run. Very quiet peaceful setting. Each site is paved and level and long. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a park where they sell the lots also. They have an over abundance of rules. Which are not strictly enforced across the board. It does help keep the park very nice tho. Concrete spaces with patios and picnic tables where utilities worked well and it was very easy to level on. Golf course right next door. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here many times, and enjoyed our stay. With a new manager(owner) things have changed. A couple of sight owners have made it uncomfortable for renters. They seem to think that they run the park. With no break for weekly stays ($50.00 a night), and the monthly rate $880.00, many sites are vacant. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

If you love to golf and RV, then this is your park. We love this park. We have vacationed here 5 consecutive years, each time longer than the last. We are in the larger pads (I believe they are 85'). They are level, there is grass, the shade trees are growing (we were here when they were just saplings). The pool is large and clean; the hot tub is hot and clean; and they have nice lounge chairs. Bathrooms are amazing, not that I use them, but I have been in them. Great club house. Internet and cable tv are not of good quality, but we don't come here to watch TV, and bring your own internet. The Golf Course is amazing - not overly challenging, but in great shape. Fairways are so lush you are tempted to play barefoot. Par 72. Less than $25 to walk 18 holes. Restaurant and bar and staff are exceptional. Prices are reasonable. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Deer Park - Pop 3,000. There is a grocery store, 2 auto parts stores, medical and emergency clinics, pharmacy, pizza, Mexican, steak/seafood restaurants, and 3 fast food chains. Call the park or email them for directions for getting to Deer Park - with our new rig we could not come the usual way because of low bridge and too many lane changes in a very short distance once off the freeway. 20 min drive to North Spokane.

This is a beautiful immaculate park. Easy in and out. That being said this should be an adult only park. Children are not basically to do any thing. No bike riding, skating etc. Children are not allowed off the space without a parent in tow. Again a very nice park, but not really good for children. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is very neat and clean. The pads are level concrete and the grass is in very good condition. Our lot looked out over a golf course. That was the good part. The bad part is that this is the unfriendliest park we have encountered on our 8 month trip. The only times we spoke with the camp "hosts" were when we were told we were breaking the rules. Never a "hello" or "let us know if you need anything". Some of the lots are privately owned and the owners are also very unfriendly. One actually yelled at our neighbor for letting their dog get too close to his property. The park is very concerned that you respect their property but does not show the same level of concern for the renters' property. The sprinkler system is on every night and it covered the side of our RV with water spots that are very difficult to remove because the water is so hard. In addition, they mowed the lawn and were not concerned about the fact that they blew the grass clippings all over the side of the bus. We will not stay here in the future although we will be back in the area next year. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I have stayed at this park many times over the last few years, lots of space and nice lots. Now that a larger number of sites are owned, they treat the guests as second class. Several of these 'site owners' have been given the title of 'resort host'. These owners have taken that title to mean overlords of the park, and will tell guests that they are "watching you". Children are under severe restrictions, as they cannot ride a bicycle unattended unless they have a driving license. Sad that a park with so much potential is lost to such petty behavior by the 'hosts'. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great place to stay and we have stayed several times. The golf course is in great shape. Our stay was marred by the guy next door screaming at my wife. He is apparently an owner and he feels that gives him the right to be a real jerk. We stayed in space 115 so if you can avoid this spot do so. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

It was definitely quiet, almost too quiet. My neighbor has two barking chica cause they left them alone a lot. Golf course was fair. I wouldn't pay to play it. Sites were nice, concrete with little patios. We had a round patio table while all others has an oblong regular one. Sitting part on round one was very narrow. For a resort that requires your RV be clean and new looking...they help destroy that with wild hard water sprinklers that leave serious spotting all over your RV and towed. (Coming from Vegas where water is rationed, it seems mega wasteful having all this water thrown all over). Trees need to grow some to give shade. Dog area behind bumpy dirt road that you have to drive down in order for space to be pull through. The dog area has really high weeds/grass that our 2 little dogs got lost in walking through. My littlest one either got poked or bit on her behind and now has a puss pocket that I am having to work hard to keep from infection. Nothing to do in the area. Long drive to anything including shopping. We were here 3 days. Wish we would have just done a one nighter. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A golf course RV Resort, in every sense. A gated community. Modern, immaculate, and professional. Asphalt roadways, long concrete pads. Grass and a few not quite mature trees between each site. All services were fine. Perfect for an overnight stay or a destination. We will stay here again. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The staff there are friendly and will take the time to chat. The restrooms are so clean. At anytime you go into the restrooms and they are spotless. The showers are arranged well and spotless. The sites are so nice and level on concrete pads. Water is clean and tastes good, good pressure. WiFi is really good through out the resort with antennas all over. There is a restaurant at the golf store that serves really good food. and you can order to go. All in all this is a really nice place to stay and relax. We have been going to this Resort for the last few years. A+ We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Golfing at the course next door. Or close by shopping in Spokane. We live close by about 40 minutes away, just to get out of the house without spending a lot of time on the road to a nice peaceful, quiet, relaxing spot. The one requirement is that your RV be clean, in good condition. And that is a nice for the people that stay there.

We usually camp here early spring or late fall, less people better rates. This campground has always been one of my favorites, very roomy and quite. Keep in mind the sprinklers are still on in late fall and water here is very hard and stains vehicle. I caution people when coming and going late at night or early evening watch out for Deer in the road or crossing. The Park itself has been very well maintained over the years and shows very little ware. Enjoy!! We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is truly a resort. It's gated and feels safe. So clean. Office staff were friendly and helpful.
The pads are huge. We could have parked another 5th wheel in our site and still have had room for tow vehicles.
There's lots of area for kids to play.
There are two fenced dog areas as well as a large open field where dogs can be off leash.
The ONLY downside to this park is its distance from Spokane. It's a 30-40 min drive each way. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful, well maintained RV park on a golf course with cement pull-through sites that were 85 feet long with huge patios and picnic tables. Good Wifi, excellent cable TV package were provided. The people were exceptionally nice and accommodating, especially when we had to extend our stay six days due to a mechanical issue. Would definitely visit again if in the area. The only negative was we had to traverse a dirt road and a pine tree to experience the pull through lot. The road should be paved and the tree trimmed. We camped at Spokane RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Downtown Spokane is 30 miles away with the closest WalMart, Fred Meyer and Home Depot at 18 miles, so be prepared for the drive. Deer Park has some grocery stores but the prices are higher. Go see the Manito Gardens and the RiverFront Park on the Spokane River. Drive to Coeur d'Alene, ID for the day (55 miles).
