A very nice park located right on the Columbia River. Very spacious sites and manicured green spaces (check the posted watering times). The roads and pads are nicely asphalted. Rest rooms and showers are clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Great access to highway 97 but with no road noise. Minutes to Wenatchee. One of the nicest parks we've visited. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was our first time at this park. When in this part of the state we usually stay at another state park, but now we'll make this our go-to place to camp when in the area because in our opinion it is prettier and more quiet. Situated on Entiat Lake, an impoundment of the Columbia River, this park is a family favorite and is very busy during the summer, especially with those who enjoy motorized water sports like water skiing and jet skiing and the like. We stayed after Labor Day and it was very peaceful and we didn't need reservations to snag a spot. Like most of the state parks in eastern WA, this park has a rather suburban feel to it, with large manicured lawns and plenty of shade trees. There are three loops in the park. Loop 1 is dry camping, but in our opinion it has the prettiest sites, some with nice views of the lake. Loop 2 has full hook-ups and Loop 3 has water and electric hook-ups. Since Washington State Park's has gone to a tiered pricing system, you will pay more to get a water view site. Our price reflects the fact that we have a low income senior pass. Normal price for the site we had (#13 in Loop 1) would be $35. WA state parks are getting expensive. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Wenatchee is just a few miles away and has all services. A bike trail in the park connects to a more extensive bike trail syastem in and around Wenatchee.

Big rig friendly grassy park sitting above a lake. Lots of trees for shade which I imagine is needed for a summer stay here. Our site had a huge grass lawn on the patio side. The park has boat docks, a playground and a swimming beach. Close to lots of area attractions as well as miles long paved bike trail. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Park is a mixture of full hook ups, partial hook ups (no sewer) and no hook ups. All types of sites had both pull through and back in sites. The park is pretty much a huge well maintained lawn with paved roads and sites. Lots of native trees. All sites had picnic tables. The park is on Lake Entiat. There is boat moorage and a nice swimming beach. We had a partial hook up site and a nice view of the surrounding hills. Many sites had Lake views. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a wonderful place in the best tradition of Columbia River hydroelectric project campgrounds, all of which seem to enjoy ample irrigation and have lavish green lawns that serve as an oasis in this dry climate. Sewer hookups are available at sites in Loop B, but not in Loop C where our site (91) was located. My primary quibble would be that the swimming area is something of a backwater located next to the boat ramp and the water consequently isn't as clean and fresh as I would prefer. The geese which populate the area don't help in this regard, which is why I downgraded the cleanliness score. Overall, the facilities are really terrific, and the bike trail to Wenatchee is wonderful. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Travel Trailer.

A beautiful state park, with spacious sites, including a full-hookup loop with sites large enough for a big rig. Nice bike trails, and a great view of the Columbia River. Lush green grass, and some trees, but but we were able to get a spot where our satellite worked! We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Self registration at this time of year. Rate shown for pull-through site (#43) on the exterior side of the campground loop. It will be an extra $5 during peak season. Most of the sites in this loop have plenty of room, but sites 43 and 45 also have a nice view of the Columbia river. Park roads and campsites were asphalt. Our site was fairly level. Hookups worked fine, although the sewer connection is an elbow above ground that can be awkward to connect. No Wi-Fi or cable TV, but there were a couple of PBS stations over the air. There are a few walking paths from the campground to the day use area and the docks. There is a playground nearby. Only "fly in the ointment" (besides the price increase) were the lack of garbage facilities at the campground. The only place to deposit garbage was in two overloaded dumpsters on the way out of the park. This park is like an oasis in the semi desert landscape. We would definitely return again. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Within 25 miles of the park one can visit Rocky Reach dam, Liberty Orchards (makers of Aplets and Cotlets) in Cashmere, Peshastin Pinacles, Leavenworth (a Bavarian village), and Wenatchee, the apple capital of the world. In Wenatchee and E. Wenatchee there is plenty of shopping available.

The rate reflects off-prime season rates for a full hookup site. What a beautiful, well-kept Washington State Park! During off-season, the park does not accept reservations; we got lucky and were able to secure one of the few sites that have a view of Lake Entiat. We had planned on staying two nights and ended up staying five nights. The interior roads and sites are all paved and in excellent condition. The wonderful lawns are well manicured. The sites are very well separated, but there is little vegetation to provide privacy. There is a major highway across from the lake, so there is some road noise, but not much at night. The utilities are good, except for the sewer coming up in an ell so that attaching a sewer hose requires some ingenuity. Our Verizon phone worked well and our data plan worked well with 4G. We were not able to use our satellite dish on the roof because of tree cover but were able to position a portable satellite dish to get television. We would definitely stay at this park again. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

At the end of September, we stayed at Lincoln Rock State Park for nine days. The space had full hookups, electricity, water, and sewer and had a beautiful view of the Columbia River. Our two closest neighbors were far enough away that we felt secluded in our spot. The park has trails, playgrounds, docks and large green areas. This was ideal for our two children, two and four, to burn off energy every day. If the weather had been a little warmer, the two girls would have probably spent the majority outside running around. The check-in process was simple, the only complaint I have is they only accept cash or check. Luckily, we had our checkbook and could pay for the nine days we were planning on staying. Our neighbors were quiet and on a few occasions, celebrations would stop abruptly at 10:00 PM to respect quiet hours. The bathrooms are clean and there is onsite recycling. If you were visiting Wenatchee, I would highly recommend staying here. This state park is better than more RV resorts we have stayed at (although, there is no amenities here). We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

This is a Washington State Park and is very nice. In fact, it is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed in during our 8 years of RVing. All the roads are paved; as are the sites. We stayed in a back-in site, but there are also some pull through sites which loop off the park roads. There are lots of mature trees in the park which could be problematic for satellite reception, but our site was fine in that regard. The park provides sites with full hookups, water and electric only, and no hookups. The full hookup sites are in high demand and reservations are advised. All the sites are very large. Utilities are fine, but there is no Wi-Fi. The park has lots of grassy areas in which to walk with great views of the adjacent Columbia River (there is a swimming beach at the park, also). There are lots of marmots in the park which are fun to watch. Lincoln Rock, which resembles a profile of the President, is adjacent to the park, but on the other side of the river. There is an informational site in the park which gives some background on the rock and its location. Shopping in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee are about 10-15 minutes away. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Good paved access road. Site was a fairly level paved pull-through. All utilities worked, but sewer connection was a steel elbow that made for an awkward fitting. Our site (#43) had a good view of the Columbia River. Self registration in effect and registration slips located near the restrooms. There were recycle drops for cans and plastic bottles near the restrooms, but regular garbage had to go in a couple of dumpsters on the way out. A few walking paths connect some of the campground loops and the day use area. The campsites here are well off the highway which makes it very quiet and enjoyable. One of our favourite campgrounds in Washington state. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

We camped with several friends after Memorial Day. Although a busy weekend just preceded us, the park and facilities were clean and orderly. The staff were very helpful, as this was our first camping trip in our new RV. We especially enjoyed the various critters roaming the grounds. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

We had one of the full service sites in area A. This is a very nice RV park, big rig friendly with paved sites, large shade trees, lots of lawn, near Wenatchee and on the Columbia River. Very well maintained, pay showers, fire pits. This is also a very busy park with reservations a must on weekends during the summer. We stayed for 3 nights and we will be staying there again. We camped at Lincoln Rock State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
