This park suffers from being built on a hillside which necessarily means that pad sites are going to be EXTREMELY unlevel. Bring all the leveling blocks you can. Many of the sites have shrubs planted right up to the side of your rig so getting into your basement compartments is tough. I found the park to be clean and the staff friendly. The bulk of the occupants seem to live there full time. Let's face it - there's not a lot of attractive options in the Seattle metroplex. The better locations seemed to be booked up 4-5 months in advance since there appear to be so many people living full time in RVs. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

The only down side of this C.G is the small sizes of the sites, when slides are opened there is no place to manuver and no way an awning can be opened. Other than that it is the cleanest C.G I visited in a very long time. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed four days and could not wait to leave. The park is NOTHING like the pictures. We arrived in our narrow site after negotiating tight turns and awkward speed bumps through a packed and cramped 'parking lot' crammed full of RVs of all types and ages. I had to sweep glass beer bottle shards out of our site prior to occupancy. Most sites seem to be populated by RVs in storage, or gruff unfriendly full timers. There were very few people out and about. My truck barely fit between neighboring rigs, even parked sideways. WiFi was strong and fast. We scanned 20 OTA stations. We saw ZERO evidence of any staff performing any maintenance whatsoever in 4 days. In fact, after check in, we never saw any staff. Vehicle washing was expressly prohibited; but we saw at least three folks washing their vehicles. The park is located in a very sketchy area of Everett. Twice, we had people who did not exactly look like 'RVers' walk slowly in between our rig and the next on the curb side for no apparent reason we could see. You could not pay me to stay at this RV park again. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

This park is in a very bad area of town - be prepared. Rt 99 is very run down, with numerous massage parlors, pawn shops, and low rent apartments. At our first meal out near Airport Rd and Rt 99, we witnessed a Sheriffs Deputy attempt to detain a shirtless man in the parking lot -- as we were walking in to dinner. The locals we spoke with during our event told us the nearby 7-11 and Starbucks were known as the rendezvous for the area's numerous drug dealers.

The office is open from noon to 6 pm. The park is an old black top lot that is very unleveled. Some units used cinder blocks and several wood blocks to help level their unit. The designated dog walk areas were littered with duck poop as was the pet park. There were many long termers with very poorly kept sites. The park was very dirty. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is in a high-traffic commercial area, but still quiet. The roads and sites are paved but VERY tight. We had to have a couple of people help guide us around parked cars in order to pull in. The Wifi is sketchy at best. There is some landscaping but very minimal. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Staff is friendly and very efficient. Park is clean and quiet. Laundry and bathroom facilities are always tidy and clean. Internet is sometimes spotty but if you call they reset router immediately. Long term has option of upgrading cable and Internet. Trash bins in dog areas are replaced daily. Lake is properly kept and people have all been very friendly. I have been very satisfied. Tips for other Campers:

Not far from mall and other shopping facilities. Plenty of restaurants.

I was honestly concerned about the road and appearance from the road. However this is from a dealership in front. The park itself is quiet, lots of pull through sites, and easy to maneuver within.

$267/week, Site #150 worked well for our 24-foot trailer, although it was tight getting in. We will stay here again. No cable, weak wifi, nice dog park and our site backed up to a spacious grassy area with a picnic table and a beautiful view of the pond with the fountain, a very nice park setting. This RV park is located in a commercial area, so WalMart, grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Most RV sites are down the hill, so there is no traffic noise.

Prices rise in the "high use" time so it is very pricey. Roads and sites are narrow and hard to negotiate. It is convenient for doctor appointments in Seattle but we most likely will not stay her again due to the cost. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Advertised cable... ha ha! If you like the emergency alert station and xfinity infomercials. 3 stations in total. Don't advertise cable if you don't have it.

Internet; they should really get their money back from their non service provider. Couldn't log on the two evenings we stayed.

Funny thing, after numerous attempts I couldn't even submit this review.

Won't come back. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is paved and very tight. Every inch of ground is utilized for sites. There are only a few pull thrus that are so short most rigs with tows will still have to be disconnected which defeats the purpose of a pull thru site. Many sites are occupied by permanent campers. If your site is near the office you will hear road noise. The positive aspects is the location to the Boeing Facotory and the Old Birds Museum, both well worth the time. You will have commercial jets flying overhead as the jets produced by Boeing are test flown. Grocery stores and shopping nearby. The people in the office are very helful & informative. This price reflects the monthly rate, as we stay here while making our annual visits to our doctors. Their new rate is $550 plus electricity. They also charged us $90 for electricity. Sites are tight when you have slides. It is 50 amp with full hookups and pull-through spots. The majority of people live here full time and there are a few dumpy sites. We are booked to go back as it is convenient to Seattle. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is nice, however--it is a very snug park. Driveways are tight--turning radius is very close. Park is set on a hill, there many sites were tricky to level. Good power and good cell service. Many permanent residents, but this posed no problem, as all were neat and tidy. Staff was courteous and helpful This park served our needs. But don't think we would stay here again; it was to stressful getting in an out. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate stated is based on monthly back-in rate of $350 per month. Electricity is extra on monthly rate. This is as good an RV park as I can imagine getting in a densely populated urban area. Spaces vary in spaciousness but none are huge and some are quite tight. Again, this is an urban area with high real estate values. To the maximum extent possible, privacy is provided by shrubbery. There is no visibility between us and our neighbors. Management is exceptionally congenial. Pet policies are reasonable and reasonably enforced. There are numerous pet areas, and nobody gets bent out of shape if a pet won't wait, as long as you pick up. There is a very nice pet area where I can play ball with my little girl dog, which greatly eases the excess energy problem some dogs have in a restrictive park. Neighborhood isn't bad but isn't the greatest, however we have had no safety concerns even walking around after dark. Landscaping is informal but attractive and neat. The little lake with spray fountain is a nice touch and it is relaxing to sit on one of the many benches overlooking it. There are numerous semi-permanent residents. Many cars depart early morning and return after work. Mail can be sent to the street address without noting you are living at an RV park. Their sites are set up for convenience and many for outdoor dining but are neat and clean. Restrooms and laundry are exceptionally updated and clean. We have zero complaints about this facility. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an extremely pleasant urban RV Park. The sites are tight, but the rows of tall columnar cedars between the sites provide a sense of separation and privacy. The RV Park is very quiet for a high density situation. There is a small lake with a path part way around it and a fenced dog area, although one side relies on the pond for enclosure which is not ideal for a swimming dog! We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites are not the largest, but adequate. Maneuverability for a motorhome is tight; can't keep car attached for a pull through, turns too tight. Management needs to do a better job of matching sites to rigs; 5th wheels can manage uneven front-t0-back sites better than motorhomes. We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.
