As others have posted the spaces are far too small for big rigs. We have a 42 ft. MH. and it barely fit in the space. We were right against the bushes on one side and my truck was under the bedroom slide out. I had to duck under the slides to get around. The wifi does not work. Not once in my two night stay. Getting out of the park is difficult as some construction workers with large trucks are sticking out on to the road. You have to block the road to connect or disconnect your toad. If you meet another rv on the entrance road some one has to back up. There is only one lane. One of the worst parks I have ever used. Not recommended. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The streets and sites are tiny. The pictures are very deceiving. The office said they were developed 15 years ago and therefore didn't build for today's RVs. I disagree. it is more like 30 years ago design. Either that, or greed. We requested a site that got satellite reception, but got #19. No way it did, so after we spent 30 minutes getting into the site, we moved to #10. We came to within 1 inch of hitting the coach next door. It took forever to get into the site. I had to leave the slides in until I hooked up because the bushes prevented me from getting to the utilities which are at the back. Our truck needed to go next to the RV. I had to scrape the other side bushes to get it in with 1' for us to squeeze between to get to our front door. No grass for the dogs. We have to walk out of the park and through the gravel storage area. Terrible. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Maple Grove RV Resort, owner at Maple Grove RV Resort responded to this review

This park opened in Spring of 2003, the owner had at the time a 45 ft. Newell Motor home. The streets are very wide and have Could not have possibly been 1 inch away from the coach next to them since the sites are 23-24 feet wide with a 2 foot landscaping strip between the sites. We also offered this gentleman our extra over flow parking. Which he did not want. There is a very nice grassy area for the dogs, which is yes through a graveled area. Not a far walk at all. It is not out of the park is is part of the park. We have added the overflow parking in the past 2 years simply because the RV's are getting bigger and the trucks are getting bigger. It is much more cost effective to do that then try and widen the sites in the park. Most people find this to be a very acceptable solution.

Advertised as a premier RV park, but that is grossly overstated. Our 41 ft fifth wheel barely fits in their angled sites. Sites are VERY uneven - owners even leave boards to put under your tires to help with leveling. Our tires on the drivers side were 8 inches off the ground! Our hydraulic jacks were 100% extended. We were so close to our neighbor, I could read her IPAD through the window! No grassy area for dogs. Very tight entrance and shared with exit onto busy highway. If you have a small unit, you will share a site. There is an unsecured overflow area which is where we had to park our tow vehicle (F350 dually). It's really not Big Rig friendly. I do not recommend this park - although there is not a lot of choices in this area. I feel it's overpriced - and the summer rate is even higher! We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Maple Grove RV Resort, owner at Maple Grove RV Resort responded to this review

We strive to make everyone's visit enjoyable when they come here to Maple Grove. Sometimes people need to listen to the managers and park accordingly per site. This person was parked on the wrong side of the site, away from all utilities. Had he parked on the right side he would have had room to park his tow vehicle. We tried several times to help him with that. We do offer overflow parking and a grassy dog area. Our overflow and pet area is very secure and monitored by our security dept. This park is 16 years old, at the time a Ford F150 was 16 ft long they are now 20 + feet long. Also slides at the time this park was built were 18 inches and now are 36 to 40 inches with up to 6 per RV. It would be impossible to widen the sites to accommedate all this growth. We still are the newest park in the area with no others being built. Other parks are over 40 years old with very small sites.

Be careful with this park's advertising and claims. In ALL their literature, they indicate it's a PREMIER Park which is why we selected this it in our planning months ago, but there are many problems: 1. Infrequent internet (when reservation was made, I expressly asked about efficient internet connection - NOPE. Three neighbors had same problem, and I MUST have connectivity to run our business remotely. 2. Individuals at front desk were so rude. When I asked about internet, the response was "what do you want me to do about it?" I did not venture back to office after that encounter. 3. Park is not in a good part of town AND it is surrounded by storage facilities, and RV sales operations. The view out our window was onto old, broken-down trailers. Approx 1/3 of the park has this view, while others on the opposite side are better. 4. TINY spaces. We could barely open a single door for our truck, as we had to park that close to the trailer to fit into our space! For a passenger to get in, we had to pull into roadway. Our RV is a 5th wheel, only 37' long. It was entertaining watching the larger units try to park or exit the facility. One large bus could not open all his slides. 5. The one time in a 6-day stay that I used laundry room, it was not clean, washers had detergent residue build up, and trash cans were overflowing. 6. No amenities: no tables, no grass, no gathering spaces, no fire ring, no pool, and for those people who had pets, they had to take them more than a block on cobble to get to a flat space (no grass). LOOK ELSEWHERE for an RV park. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park isn't a Resort as they advertise. No picnic tables, no fire pit, no clubhouse, no pool, etc. The sites were very tight. The price we paid was far above what the park offers. We stayed there only because we had close friends nearby. Our 43ft 5th wheel was crammed fitting into a site that was barely long enough and our dually was squeezed in along side against the bushes. The RV next to me was only a couple of feet away. A number of sites even had orange cones because the rigs stuck out too far. I did notice numerous sites with Class As and Cs needed blocks for leveling. When we departed we had to navigate the tight corners very slowly making sure we didn't bump the curbs or other RVs. Cable TV was good, but the Wifi never worked. The park was very clean and well taken care of, but much too small. We would not stay here again. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very small, especially narrow sites. 40' mh with tow barely fits on the site. Sites tilt forward and down hill so make sure you have a good leveling system. Convenient to Seattle and Everett for Boeing tour. Price was high but there are not a lot of choices. No table (not enough room). We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a park that, if you have a big rig, I would look elsewhere. The park is very well kept but the site we had was so uneven that the site had blocks and 2 x 6's that stays on the site because they know that you will need them. We had 6" of blocks on the Right and 8" on the left. People in the office are friendly. Basically the park is 50 years old and built for 25' long trailers. You are so shoehorned in that your car has to be in the bushes so you can get out of your car. We will look elsewhere the next time we are up this way. 50 amp worked just fine but, as usual, if you use the park cable it is old SD and poor on the HD TVs. Maple Grove RV Resort, owner at Maple Grove RV Resort responded to this review

We do our best to make everyone's stay a good one! There are a couple of things with this review: The park is not 50 years old it is only 15 years old. When it was designed in 2001 slides were just barely starting to show up in the new RV's. Our sites are 23 feet wide and vary in length. What we find a lot is that people will not listen when we try to help them with getting level. The world is round and yes the sites have settled over the years which is why we try to keep ramps made. The problem with that is we spent thousand of dollars a year and make the ramps, chain them down and people find a way to steal them! We are a destination park, most everyone we see comes to this area to see the surrounding area and to not really camp as we think of camping. The owner had a 45 ft Newel when he designed the park and made sure that he could park it in any of the sites. We do have digital cable 68 channels HD. We hope that everyone coming here will have a good experience!

While everything else was acceptable the owners are not fully aware of the size of their spaces. We had a 26ft 45th wheel and a long bed pick up. The space was not large enough to enable us to comfortably park both units. Bushes on both sides were overgrown and did not allow an adequate pass through to get from the truck to the rig door. There is NO additional parking so they do expect the rig and vehicle to fit in the same space. Good luck. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Maple Grove RV Resort, owner at Maple Grove RV Resort responded to this review

Thank you for your review! The owner is very aware of the sites of this park, he designed it back in 2001-2002 before slides were in such high demand. Our bushes are not overgrown, they are trimmed often by our landscaping crew. It is true that the better placement you get of your RV the more room you have to park next to your RV. We offer overflow parking so that you can have even more room if you wish. We have the widest sites in the area, 23 ft and they vary in length. We offer everyone an overflow parking permit upon check in just for that reason. Maple Grove Management

Should be listed as a park not a resort. Very very close sites. The park itself is fairly clean but overflow parking is filthy. Could not fit our tow car on the lot which is very inconvenient. Cars that were parked on the sites all hang out into the street making it feel more crowded. The personnel are very friendly and helpful, restrooms and laundry are very clean and well kept. This is the smallest piece of real estate we've ever rented for our 44' Big rig. We actually sticking out a little bit on both ends. Very common around the park. The space was so tight, that the car could barely fit, had to get out of car before he pulled in. But we did fit. Very close, but no issues getting into site or around the park. Very nice office staff. Great location for visiting Seattle and the Boeing tour. Not a lot of options close to city. All paved. Couldn't get their wifi to work but Verizon was good. If you're in season you definetly need a reservation. We had difficulty finding last minute camping. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is clean and landscaped the restrooms are perfect, the sites are entirely too tight and while they are paved they are extremely unlevel why you would spend the money to concrete a site and leave it so unlevel that you have to block up is beyond me. Throughout the park the sites are so short that rigs are touching the fence and so close to the street that you fear you may bump someone We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

BEST FOR AREA! Sites here are very close together but if you let the wonderful staff in the office know your specific requirements, it is doable in a 45' Prevost which we have. There is no grass or true dog walk area but none in area is better. WiFi was very good. You won't find a cleaner park anywhere and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Yes, it is expensive but, when compared to your options in the area, we were very happy here and other renters were friendly and seemed to care about one another. You could eat off the floor in the bathrooms and, for that matter, the paved asphalt streets and concrete pads were immaculate as well. The sites are wide enough to park tow along side but very snug. We backed our rig into the pull-through. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Motorhome.

See Chihuly Glass Sculpture and Gardens in Seattle even if that is the only reason to drive into city! Etta's Restaurant is $$$$ but worth it if you go to Pikes Market. Suggest reservations even for lunch.I suggest a 2 hour food tour which can also be booked online. Out of state visitors can sign up for temporary (14 day) $$ toll pass.

We stay here for a month preparing for our full time adventure. Paid $800 for a month, which might seem high but this park has great access to I-5 and I 405. Staff is friendly and helpful. Showers are clean except for a little mold in the corners. Spaces are a little tight but we were able to park our fifth wheel and pickup side by side. Park is built on a slight slope. Sites are as level as can be , so bring some blocks. They keep this park clean and units in park are well kept. They have huge area for overflow parking and storage. If arriving during rush hour best to enter park going northbound on Hwy 99. When leaving park swing wide or you will hit the sign. Dog area in back of storage is a mess because no one cleans up after their dog. Use area out the gate in back of trailer area which has a short little running path for your dog. For an overnight this would be OK. Sites are exceptionally tight. We needed a spot over Labor Day weekend and this was all we could find. We have a 40' motor home (14' wide with slides out) with a tow car and the site we were given was 41' long and 22' wide. We could barely open the car door. Additionally the site was so unlevel we had to not only block up the jacks but put wood blocks under the back tires. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were slightly dated but clean. The dumpster for garbage disposal was a mess and in desperate need of attention. If you are over 36' long, make sure you get an interior site, those are longer, but still very unlevel as many people had wheels off the ground or were blocked up.
