This is a well maintained park with paved roads and level sites. Most sites have a small cedar tree hedge between them (a few were dead or dying). The pull-through, 50 amp sites were quite wide and long. Some of the others were quite narrow. The heated pool wasn't very warm (they were closing it for winter the next week) but it was very nice and had great lounge chair. There is a nice lawn and playground for kids. One grassy area has horse shoes and volleyball. Our Dish satellite worked fine; we didn't use their cable ($4 per day). Wifi only worked in the office so we used our Verizon which worked fine. The park is located right on I-5 so don't stay near back. Our only real complaint is the trains are quite frequent. This is a great stop if you're using the Sumas border crossing. (The rate is based on Coast to Coast membership and having 50 amp with sewer.) We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park with a lot of privacy. The biggest problem is that they charged 3.00 per night for cable and only free WiFi at the office. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Motorhome.

We camped here for a week in a motorhome. This is a nice park with long wide spaces if needed. We are towing a full size pickup and were able to fit it all in the site without unhooking. There is a nice privacy hedge between most sites. We were located near the entrance of the campground and traffic noise was negligible. The back of the park is close to I-5 so it is probably louder back there. The park is well maintained. Our site was mostly gravel with some grass. Other sites are lush grass. It had 50 AMP service and good water pressure. There is an additional charge for cable TV of $18.00 per week. Park said WIFI is available in the clubhouse but not at the sites. I used a Verizon hotspot with pretty good success for business stuff. I did not try to watch any movies. The space (132) was wide enough to put slides out on both side of the motorhome and still park the car alongside. Very nice. Sites are level and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked of them. I will definitely stay here next time we are in the area. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Motorhome.

I was fortunate The Cedars had a nice, quiet, shady site waiting for me and my tent camping friend on a busy NW Washington Fair weekend in August 2016. The manager was very helpful, friendly and kind for allowing my tent camper friend to share my site at a Very steeep discount :) The park was quite busy with summer vacation and Fair folks but it maintained a very respectable mostly quiet, enjoyable atmosphere. There was some highway noise but not disturbing. The pool and poolside were large enough to accommodate and it was clean and refreshing. I'll return. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Friendly greeting and very helpful quickly filling our propane tank. Sites are very wide and separated by eight foot trees on each side. Close to level. You pay extra for cable and wi-fi which is surprising considering the nightly cost. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hello RD YACHT,

Thank you for staying with us. I am glad to hear you found our resort staff to be friendly and helpful. We do offer a free WiFi hotspot at the resort as well as our premium WiFi service throughout the resort. We feel that offering our guests the choice of purchasing services they will use rather than building the cost of internet and Cable into our nightly fees is typically appreciated by our guests as many RVers have their own satellite TV and cellular internet options. Hope this explanation is helpful.

Just crossed the border from Canada where we had a fantastic time. It is Thursday so based upon reviews we picked this park. I will give it a high rating on its laundry facilities! However, I do not know who wrote the part about nice trees between campsites and the size of them. I am in a pull thru spot which will make it easier to get out as fast as I can in the morning. It is a Thursday night so I used my Passport rate, but wanted to stay two nights. Rules are that only one discount is allowed per visit. I was willing to pay for Friday night if I got my Good Sam, AAA, retired military, any discount, so I said I will stay just one night! As it turned out I am glad I am staying one night. Two nights in this tiny spot would be terrible. I would NOT stay here again!!! We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This would be a great place for families with children. We did have a very spacious site but our door faced the other campers sitting under their awning and they could see into our living room if we left the front door open. Great site if you were camping with others though! Luckily we had great camping neighbors. Having your own fire pit was certainly a bonus. WiFi needs to be used outside of office, but has good connection in library as well. My only negative comment would be that the bathrooms might need to be cleaned twice per day instead of the once per day late morning. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Hello Ninio3,

Thank you for staying with us and for your reveiw. I wanted to clarify that we do have a free WiFi hotspot at the office area as you stated but do offer WiFi throughout the park. In addition our washroom is closed for a deep cleaning once a day but is maintain through the day as required. We've stayed at this park several times and like it quite a bit. Parking area is all gravel but the sites are wide, long, and are lined by hedges on each side making it quite private. Interior roads are asphalt and easy to navigate. Didn't use their WiFi or cable so can't comment. Good park and we'll stay again when in the area. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed for a week and liked it a lot. We stayed in a very spacious 50-amp site, wide enough for two side-by-side RVs with slides. All the sites are isolated from each other by hedges - ours was six feet high, but some of the older and more narrow sites have eight feet high hedges. Some distant train noise, but otherwise very quiet. Good laundry. WiFi was okay, and we had good Verizon data coverage. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We used Cedars RV Park as our final stop before crossing the border into British Columbia. The young lady who checked us in provided helpful local information and in arranging for us to get our propane tanks filled. Seemingly, the price to stay is a bit spendy when you add in a fee for wi-fi and cable television, neither of which we needed to use.

The actual RV sites are spacious whether in a pull-thru or back-in and are well separated by well kept foliage. Spaciousness is usually a great quality, but in our case we had reverse course a few feet when it came to leave since our sewer hose was not long enough to reach sewer connection...certainly not a big deal. Highway noise was minimal from Interstate 5. In addition, Cedars RV has a beautiful pool and exceptionally clean laundry facility.

We found Cedars so convenient to the highway that we will stay here again on our trip back from Canada. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Holiday Trails RV Resorts, manager at Cedars RV Park responded to this review

Hello Professor Ken,

Thank you for your glowing review of The Cedars. I am always glad to hear a staff member recognized by a guest for their efforts. Be assured I will make sure Sarah sees your positive comments.

I am glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the sites as well as our pool and laundry facilities. I know this response is delayed but if you find yourself RVing in Canada you should consider visiting our 5 resorts in BC and Alberta.

Your comment regarding Wi-Fi and cable not being required by yourself is the exact reason we don't build it into the cost of camping. We only want our guests paying for those services if the utilize them. Should you stay with us again you may want to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi hot spot located at the clubhouse if you require internet access.

Thanks again for your comments and we hope to see you again soon.

Agree with other reviews about the price. $50 per night regular rate, plus $3 for cable, plus more $$ for wifi, Plus $8 or $6 of reservation to be next to I-5 HWY (you can hear the traffic). If not for Passport America we would not stay at what would be close to $70 per night for a park in...really not a special place.

The park itself is large, with grass for kids to play, pool, and a dog run. Our site was wide. It was gravel and fairly level. The park is not in a central location or close to the ocean. We camped at Cedars RV Park in a Motorhome.
