Friendly staff... goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Beautiful, well maintained park. Super easy to navigate with a large rig. Lots of space between the sites. I got in after hours and found my information clipped to the board. One of the staff suddenly shows up in the golf cart and offers to lead me to my spot. Staff member helped get me aligned with my utilities. First shot into the site, and it was completely aligned and totally level. This is just one example of staff going above and beyond expectations.
The sites are long. I have a 36 foot fifth-wheel, and I could park my crew cab long bed pickup both in front or behind the trailer and still had room. And, my site was not an exception to the rule. I did select a deluxe, pull-through, paved site. But, in observation, the other sites were equally as big. Utilities are top notch. 50 Amp and 30 Amp available; water pressure is 80 PSI (so staff warns you to use your water pressure regulator). Sewer elbow screwed in place without need of rocks to hold the thing in.
The onsite store has lots of good stuff. We found unique, hand made, items in there which make great gifts. Also, plenty of RV supplies. The pool looked inviting. The dogs ran unleashed inside fenced dog park areas (2 exist).
The park is a bit outside the main "city" areas. But, not overly far to run into town. The mall is about a 10 minute drive. Lots of restaurants within the same drive time.
If I'm back in the Tri Cities area, I will definitely select this park again. - Zeltar
The rate is for a Deluxe (middle grade) lot at monthly rate including electricity. This is a newer park (a year and a half old) that is wonderful. The spaces are either paved (supreme) or gravel. 30-40 feet wide with grass in between. 70-100 feet long. Very 'big-rig friendly'. Wide paved roads, great staff. Owner-operated park (RVers themselves) with paid staff and Work Campers helping. Large 'event' room with big screen TV and free pool table, pool and hot tub with handicapped lifts. The best restrooms you will find. Each a seperate room. Good laundry, kids playroom, exercise room, two fenced dog runs (grass) plus a huge area that, if you are careful and your dog's well trained, you can get away with letting them 'off leash', basketball, tennis, pickle ball, Frisbee golf, plus additional activities like free Bingo with prizes, pizza nights, free outdoor movies, pancake breakfasts. Some freeway noise and the trains do come by at night and honk their horns. Doesn't bother me, though. Rated 10/10*/10 by Good Sam. We will be back. - Kalama Traveler
There is not one thing negative about this park! It is less than 2 yrs old and they know what RV'ers want and need! Spacious sites, lush grass ( yes grass has to be sprinkled to be lush) great wifi, fenced doggie park, great little store. Drive up propane. Discount for nearby Golf Course. Looking Forward to visiting again and staying longer. 2 day's of PA. - CookieRV
For one thing, we pulled into this "campground" and could not find any signs pointing to the office. We stopped and asked a guy and he said "Oh, it's up there but it's closed. The manager is in space 99." So we stopped there and got a site. She told us to park and that she would collect the money in the morning. I was appalled at the conditions at site 43. There was trash ALL over. Empty candy wrappers and soda bottles. The dumpster was across from us. There was dog poop everywhere! In our site and there were 3 large piles right in front of the women's bathrooms. Speaking of the bathrooms, they were disgusting. I was so longing for a shower and we didn't want to hook up sewer and water since we were leaving early in he morning. Needless to say, I did not take one. The cable is scrambled and they did give us a box, but it did not work. The rest of the trailers in the park seemed to be full time and the were old and run down and trashy. I would never stay here again and I would suggest no one stay here! - Coastalgma
We stayed here one night and were glad to get away. When entering there were no signs of where office was at so we just kept driving till we found it. I asked for a pull-thru so I wouldn't have to unhook but the site was much too small so I had to go back and ask permission to use a vacant longer site. But I had a terrible time maneuvering, some very tight turns and once I got into a spot and had to back truck and trailer out (not fun). Entire park is in poor condition with mostly resident (long term) people. Entire park very dirty. WiFi was OK but could not get any signal at all on two different cable connections, finally had to use antenna and got several English-speaking channels. Avoid staying here if possible, there are several nicer parks nearby. I would not stay here again. - rdkeith
This is a nice park with paved roads and nice level sites. All hook ups work well. It is convenient on and off the freeway. Not much to do in the surrounding area. A plus is the fact that it is next door to a large RV dealer so if you need any parts, supplies, or repairs, you don't have to go very far. - Mike 9843
