The rate is for a Deluxe (middle grade) lot at monthly rate including electricity. This is a newer park (a year and a half old) that is wonderful. The spaces are either paved (supreme) or gravel. 30-40 feet wide with grass in between. 70-100 feet long. Very 'big-rig friendly'. Wide paved roads, great staff. Owner-operated park (RVers themselves) with paid staff and Work Campers helping. Large 'event' room with big screen TV and free pool table, pool and hot tub with handicapped lifts. The best restrooms you will find. Each a seperate room. Good laundry, kids playroom, exercise room, two fenced dog runs (grass) plus a huge area that, if you are careful and your dog's well trained, you can get away with letting them 'off leash', basketball, tennis, pickle ball, Frisbee golf, plus additional activities like free Bingo with prizes, pizza nights, free outdoor movies, pancake breakfasts. Some freeway noise and the trains do come by at night and honk their horns. Doesn't bother me, though. Rated 10/10*/10 by Good Sam. We will be back. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Out 'in the country', but only 5 miles to Walmart, Costco, Winco. Good restraunts and wineries (if you are interested) fairly close by. Good walking/hiking trails in the area.

This is our second stay at this park. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The restrooms and showers were spotless. The exercise room has about 6 different machines and provided me with a suitable workout. We had a Deluxe pull-through site that had a gravel base. It was level and wide. All the sites are very wide and you do not infringe on your neighbors at all. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
If you like wineries, this is the place.
Date of Stay: February, 2015 - $15.00
This is a newer resort. Everything is near new and so very clean. The staff there are the nicest people you will ever run into at any park. Great place for a stopover or longer visit. If you are into wine tasting, this is a perfect spot to stay as there are wineries everywhere. Very few attractions locally for visitors, but it is a quiet place. You must have a newer RV, I believe 2000 or newer. I would have given this place a ten, but the WiFi is great most of the time, but they seem to have something in place where you are constantly knocked off or it slows to a crawl. They also block some sites such as wimp.com that plays funny videos, no idea why, but I do not care for somebody limiting Internet access. Very spacious sites, Gravel and Asphalt sites available, great dog walk area, you have room to throw Frisbee as hard as you want and not reach the other side! We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $45.00
This is a new park, well designed and laid out. Lots of easy roads, no tight corners, and no trees. Long paved pull through sites. Super fast WiFi. Large store and common facilities. Did not use the pool/spa, but they looked great. No road noise that we noticed. Only point of is that all sites are sloped, but they have leveled the middle part so for most people it is OK. More of an issue if you have a big rig. We certainly will stay here the next time we are in this area. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a very nice new park. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I drove my trailer to the park by myself and they helped me back into the site. The sites are large and the utilities are well placed. Each site has a picnic table and a parking place for your truck. The view of the local area is very nice. This park cost a few dollars more than some but, it is well worth it when you consider all the amenities that are included in the price. My wife and I plan to stay here again. Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $23.00
This is a very beautiful, we'll maintained park. The staff and facilities were top notch. Since it is a fairly new park, the trees are still growing get and thus, provide little shade. This will I prove as they mature. Rate reflects a Passport America discount. One of the better parks around. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $47.00
Beautiful park with very friendly staff that escort you to your site. Large grass area between each site. Site was very level. They have planted shade trees and in a few years they will offer nice shade. Well stocked store and gift shop. Some highway noise but not bad at all. Would stay here again. Group rate for a week. Beautiful RV resort, ideal for group gatherings. Some sites are paved, some are gravel, but all roads are paved. The pool is equipped with handicap assist lifts, the restrooms and showers are spotless, the grounds are deep, lush grass. Picnic tables and benches in all sites, excellent playground area for kids. Facilities and Event Room can accommodate a large group. We had over 80 folks and there was plenty of room for many more. Utilities and hook-ups are conveniently located at each site and there is plenty of room for tow vehicle or toad in each site, as well. Laundry facility is sparkling and reasonable with 4 sets of machines. Owners and staff are fantastic, have a long range plan AND have shade trees (100+) ordered to be arriving soon. Even at standard rates this is a must stop. Our group has laid out reservations for each year, 10 years out, and we definitely will be coming back here. Very helpful and responsive phone reservation. Website great! Very informative about stores and such close by with mileage. Big grassy sites with crushed rock for the units. Perfect set up. New and clean. Great heated pool. Fantastic personnel...very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful events room with pool table. Level sites. Individual shower toilet bath houses. They should replace shower mechanism. No temp control and it's one of those push things that shut off every 60 seconds. Very annoying! Also they don't allow ROTTWEILLERS but I'm still going to give them a 10. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $47.00
This has to be the nicest park we have been in yet. The roads are paved, wide, with wide turns. Our site was gravel with a concrete pad and picnic table. It was wide enough to accommodate our 4 slides and long rig and truck. The bath house was spotless. There is a gym, game room, pool and spa, each maintained superbly. All services were easy to access and worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $50.00
This is a new and well planned campground. Sites are level, most face north, and very well kept. Nice dog yard. Spacious grassy between sites. Near vineyards and shopping. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $50.00
$50 and worth every penny. We're in a super site, all paved, 90' long, 40+wide, high end patio furniture, good exercise room/equipment, wide pave roads. Even the sprinkler system is designed to keep the water on the lawn and not the site/coach/toad. Probably the best designed CG we've ever stayed at. Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $42.00
This park is definitely a 10! Sites are 100' long and very wide, with lots of grass and a concrete pad with new picnic table. Level, good 50 amps, very friendly personnel. Everything is very clean and well kept. Quiet and good location. I did not use any of their facilities. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $55.00
This is a great park. The hookups are centrally located. The water pressure is a little high so I would recommend a pressure regulator. It is an easy on/off I-82. The sites are level. The owners live on site and are very attentive to their customer needs. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $47.00
New, green, gigantic sites, super wide, in a rural setting. The friendliest managers we have met in a long while. Great gifts and supplies in the store, propane on site. Fast internet, we extended our stay twice, it was so lovely. A real resort destination. Highly recommended. For overnight era, great pull thoughts, just off of interstate 82. This resort has everything. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
