We were delighted when we arrived at this park. The sites are paved and very large. The park has a nice picnic area, boat launch ramps, fishing piers, and playground. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. The park overlooks both a lake and a river. Beautiful setting, beautiful sunsets. Can't say enough about this park. 360-249-5117 for reservations. We didn't need them at this time of year. Stayed 2 nights
in November. Open March through November. Fronts Quigg Lake and Chehlis River. Popular for fishing. Designed to be accessible for disabled individuals to fish at both the lake and river and to get out into the wilderness in general. 1.7 mile asphalt and boardwalk trail around lake and park. Nice staff. Small trees now, but in time they'll provide more shade and privacy. We'll camp here again. We camped at Friends Landing in a Travel Trailer.
This park is fully handicapped accessible...All the sites and the trails are paved. It is located on the banks of the Chehalis River and there are even accessible fishing sites on the bank. It is operated by the local Trout Unlimited or something like that. It is only open from March 15 till Nov.15. BD41 We camped at Friends Landing in a Travel Trailer.Undo
