I have camped in this park many times since 1984. This is my first time in about 10 years as our travels have taken us in other directions. my 40' Beaver motor home fit just fine in the pull through space I was assigned, with room for my toad. It would have been a little tight for a 45', but there was also a couple 45 footers parked in my row. we found the restrooms and lounges to be in excellent condition, and were cleaned daily. The laundry has 6 washers and dryers, was very clean, and had the least expensive rate we have found being on the road these last 3 months. We even had a peekaboo view of the lake, filtered by buildings, trees, park models and a few other rvs. (things you expect to find in an rv park) Some noise from I-90 when sitting outside, but inside with windows closed and 2 ACs running it was not noticeable. I read the prior reviews, so I only reserved one night, after spending the night on a nice paved site with plenty of green grass and a like new picnic table, full hookup with strong 50 amp power, sewer, and water, I went to the office and extended my stay. I have a meter in my MOHO that warns me about low voltage, and polarity. They cost about $50.00 and Camping World, but I would not run without it. I have used on 3 different rigs over the last 20+ years, and they have saved me many times on "low voltage" parks. Pier Four is on my come back list. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

This is the one and only time we will ever stay here. Sites are so small you're packed in like sardines. Management doesn't know how to fit your size coach into the space allowed. It appears there is favortism for the better spots. After the holiday no one has went around to pick up trash left behind. We have talked to quite a few members and non members who are very unhappy about how this park is managed. They water twice a week and warn you to put everything up that you don't want wet. Your stuff still gets wet on top of the picnic table. They won't adjust the sprinkler heads properly. You must dry off your coach to avoid water spots because it's lake water. I could go on and on... my experience here was a very unpleasant one to say the least. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

Stayed at Sunrise Pier 4 in a 45' motor home. Sites are very close together, pull thrus are short in length causing campers to park vehicles in lanes fronting campers. Easy access off I-90, which also means you'll hear the road traffic. Many campers living in park full time, busy on the weekend since campground is directly on Moses Lake. Bath house showers have mold, laundry adequate. Pool small for size of park. The park overall is run down and needs attention; many electrical problems, sprinklers leaking, asphalt buckling, etc. Our original site assigned did not reveal adequate 50 amp service. Informed office, they sent over park electrician with a different amp meter, he checked amperage and stated "you should be OK". Did not offer to relocate us; ended up losing two a/c units and hot water due to low amperage. Informed office staff of situation, no resolution, we had to request a different site. (Management did not address electrical issue on problem site, and placed a large 5th wheel on it immediately after we left.) Ended up having to extend stay awaiting motor home repair; luckily we only lost a transfer switch which burnt out due to low amperage based on our mechanic. Prior to departing noticed we were overbilled on credit card by park staff. Again, no resolution, called us ''rude" when it was clearly their mistake. Only after contacting Sunrise RV Parks corporate offices was the situation resolved and credit card overcharging refunded. As a full time RV'er, have camped all over the country; this was by far the worst campground we have ever stayed at and will not return. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Moses Lake is a quaint, friendly town with a nice sized lake surrounding it. Good restaurants/choices, a few microbreweries, and shopping (Walmart, Home Depot etc.)

Packed too close in small sites. Our nice view of the lake is blocked by a 30 ft. 5th wheel that barely fits between the trees. We can't extend our awning and he can't pull out until after we do. Poor planning by office staff assigning sites. HAD plans to stay here again next month but I think we'll try the place across the highway instead. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Travel Trailer.

Very small sites, closely side by side, because the shortness of the sides many cars are parking in the driveway and make it difficult to back in to your side.

They have a new dog run but they watering the place 2 times a week for two hours between 5 and 7 pm (the time when people arrives and the dogs have to make there business and like to play).

The showers and restrooms where dirty and over the time.

The top of the sewer pipe (with the thread) was missing, so you can't drain your tanks without flooding the side.

I wouldn't recommend this "campground" to a friend. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

The hosts are wonderful, unfortunately, the sites are very small. For some reason, they feel the need to water the lawn by your site on Tuesday morning. This of course put water spots all over my RV, so beware. The 50 amp power was good with proper voltage, water pressure was adequate and sewer on each site. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.

We stayed here twice this summer. The place is very clean and well-cared for. I've never seen a laundry facility so clean. Wash loads are $1.50 for regular or $1.75 for extended wash. Dryers are $.75 for 45 minutes.

There is an adult rec room attached to the laundry w/ a TV, some games and a jigsaw puzzle.

Not noted on signage and their park map, is a fenced pet area behind the pool. This is a great addition to the property. The old area has become a parking lot.

They were very good to tell us about the regular watering schedule. The sprinklers are a deluge and will soak anything left out.

People park on the interior roads of the RV park, which can create an issue. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

Camped here for an extended weekend. Rode our Harley, golfed, dinner in town. Lots to do around Moses Lake especially if you have a boat. The pool wasn't the biggest but cooling. Adult hours are like no other we've experienced. Not sure why two hours at dinner time for adults only, and then the pool closed early due to malfunctioning lights. Should be pool hours for adults one hour in the morning and one hour before close. 10am is way too late to open the pool. No problems with power. Required to keep the sewer hose off the ground. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park, plenty of sites with paved roads and cement sites plus grass area between camp sites. Sites are not quite spacious but still enough room for slides and awnings without being on your neighbor's site. Very nice laundry and cafe on sight. Approximately three miles to Lowe's, gas stations and restaurants. An additional $2.00 nightly for cable tv plus $3.00 for 50 amp but well worth it because of the summer heat. Very nice Sunrise Resort. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

Price is the Sunrise membership price, but we had to pay an additional $3.00 for cable. WIFI is through tengonet at about $2.00 a day. It worked but not a great signal. Staff was friendly. Spot was level . Only one shower and two toilets in restrooms. Door to ladies rest room didn't fit and was hard to open and didn't shut all the way. Restrooms could use lots of updating but were clean. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access. Though it's right next to the interstate, the noise didn't bother when the air conditioners were running.

On a Friday night, they were very helpful in getting us a pull-through 50 amp spot even though we didn't have a reservation.

The site was adequately wide and long (we have a 40' 5th wheel w/ 4 slides.)

They have WiFi but I could never get connected.

The dog "walk" area is across the street, unlit, and no grass. I actually didn't feel safe taking the dogs out after dark - mostly because of my unfamiliarity w/ the area and the lack of lighting. Much of the park is off limits to dogs so I really don't know anything about the lake front area.

Big plus...there is a bridge over the interstate to a really nice park that was mostly unused in the early morning. We could take our dogs over there and let them run a bit. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

Large park with paved roads and concrete sites. Large grass areas between each site with table. No trees at sites. Close to freeway and can hear traffic noise. Next to and direct access to Lake Moses for fishing and boating. Wide big rig pull thrus and back in sites with FHU, 30 and 50 amp and cable TV. Wi Fi thru outside service $ day. Heated outdoor pool. Kids play area and game room. Good Verizon cell and 4G signal and satellite signal. Breakfasts and ice cream socials on weekends. Staff great. We would definitely stay there again. Private membership park, Sunrise Resorts. Cost listed is for Sunrise member but also accept RPI, C 2 C, AOR and ROD. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

After arriving and going to site, found that 30 amp was no good so we used an adapter and plugged into 50 amp, which was fine. Cable connection was "toast". I added new connector but still didn't work. Sites were pretty close but not a problem as we had good neighbors. They have a watering schedule and tell you about it; the only problem being that there is too much water and we had to wade through it for about an hour until it drained. This place FILLS UP on weekends with tents but, happily, everyone behaved. Good satellite access. Good AT&T. Might camp here again. Rate reflects Coast-to-Coast membership. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Travel Trailer.

The nice points have been covered by past posters, Cons are overnighters are offered sites near freeway with noise. I was able to get a site away from freeway by asking. The power drops substantially when A/C is used. However, it was hot and everyone had A/C on. Sites are very close. If I were to come again, I would check power at site before setting up. Rate reflects Coast-to-Coast resort fee. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Fifth Wheel.

High price for what you get. We were given the "premium deluxe pull -through" which was simply a pull-through. Site was narrow, utilities were located at the rear of the site, so we had to disconnect anyway, park the coach towards the rear and park the toad in the front. The park has a lot of rules but they are not enforced. Vehicles are parked everywhere in the access roads in front of their vehicles. Some had as many as 3 vehicles parked in front of their RV. Others used unused sites for their vehicles parking. Most resorts water their grass during the night so it doesn't inconvenience their guests. This place "manually" turns on the sprinklers at various times during the day. Our site was watered between 8:00-8:30 AM. When we stepped out of the RV in the morning, we couldn't help but get wet.....we were wet, coach was wet, car was wet. The dog walk is ridiculous. One small patch close to the office or a ditch by the interstate. Like a lot of parks, there were several long-term residents, but most were neat. Cable was OK; cell reception was OK. This place was OK for an overnight stay, but there were too many issues for the money. We would not stay here again. We camped at Sunrise Resorts-Pier Four in a Motorhome.
