We pull a 43" fifth wheel with a big F350. This park is in a farming area. Entry into park is very easy. Staff are friendly and very nice. Lanes and sites are gravel surrounded by nice grass and large trees for shade. Most of the RVs are permanent or seasonal and very well kept. Residents are very friendly. Utilities work well. Cable TV is good and Satellite reception is good. Propane is available in park WiFi is good enough to check email. AT&T Cell service is good. Verizon Broadband is good. There is no Dog park, no Pool and no Play area for kids. No Bugs. Would love to return for a much longer stay. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Their credit card machine denied two of my cards. Had to use cash. My bank reported that their machined was in error. Never had any other problems heading south.
This park is mostly long termers so you need to reserve a space ahead of time. Great for an overnight stop, but you face Seattle traffic if heading South in the morning ie Mt. V to Renton 2hrs. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Small park with many seasonal and permanent residents but everything is kept very neat and tidy. Manager makes sure all rules are followed. Sites are close but okay. Easy for a big rig to get in and out. Conveniently located to Anacortes, Burlington, North Cascades National Park. No walking areas except the road around the park. Small fenced dog area. Wifi worked well. Cannot reserve a particular site and pull-thrus are not guaranteed, but we were lucky to get a very easy-to-access pull-thru. Would stay again. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is mostly seasonal, but well kept. We return time and again on shopping trips or when passing through. Available sites are few and gravel, but most all pull through and level. Away from the I5, but you should like trains. Other than that, quiet and friendly. A nice, secluded spot. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Motorhome.

Have a reservation as there are few transient sites. A bit tight access for the largest rigs, but OK if you are careful.

Stayed here last spring overnight northbound and again this fall southbound. A small park with lots of longer-stay RVs, so reservations are a must for the remaining spaces. Twisty-turny off I-5 through town and over the bridge. Great spot for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Good, secure WiFi. Some train noise may bother very light sleepers Pads were gravel and level. Services are at the back of the sites. Washrooms were small, but spotless. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here after arriving at Anacortes for one night. The park is close to the highway for easy on and off access. There are stores including the larger box stores close by. The manager met us as we pulled in and showed us to our spot. The park was sold out with a number of full timers/seasonal campers. The park is neat and the pull-in long enough to accommodate our rig and truck with ease. The pads are gravel and pretty level. WIFI is weak. We didn't use the washrooms or laundry. There are also large shade trees throughout the park. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice quite park. Water is good. 50 amp power was a little low. Grass between sites. Long pull thru for a long rig. Lots of cable channels on the tv. WIFI not good at all. Could use some leveling of the lots. Tables at the site. Seems like a lot of permanents living here so not many sites if your passing buy like me. Better call ahead. Would stay again. Nice park to stay if visiting the area. Reservations are almost a must, it seems its always full and we seen a lot of people were turned away. Level sites utilities were good but the Wi-Fi was very slow at the back of the park. Management was friendly and helpful. North Cascade NP near by. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Motorhome.

well maintained clean park with grass between pull through sites. Pull throughs are large and level gravel. friendly and helpful staff. They are very picky and rule conscious but that's probably a good thing. Will stay here again. we have a 40' motorhome and toad. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Be careful coming through Mount Vernon with a big rig. GPS will take you down 1st St. which is a tough turn at the end of a crowded main street. Take 3rd St and there is no problem.

Mount Vernon RV Park is an extremely well-kept park. The staff and other guests are very friendly. The sites are gravel (some also with grass) and the outer roads are asphalt. The laundry areas, restrooms, and showers are clean. They have a club room that has books and a puzzle that you can work on. This is a very pet friendly park. We have enjoyed this park so much that we extended our stay here. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is more like a trailer park, but it is clean and neat. Trees and grass between the level sites. Long enough for rig and toad. Wi-Fi worked great, didn't use the cable TV. Lots of permanent residents. Had a small dog area. The access streets are a little tight, but easy to find if you follow the directions. Would stay here again. Overall Rating:

This park is conveniently located about 1 hour north of Seattle. Very nice level, gravel sites with grassy areas and trees between spots. There are some long term campers here, but area is kept very tidy. Manager is very friendly and let my husband wash the RV, which after 3 months in Alaska and Canada it really needed. We camped here with our 38 foot RV and toad and the pull through site easily accommodated us w/o unhooking. Internet and cable TV was great. Two laundry areas, 1 open 24 hours a day with very reasonable prices to wash and dry. A great spot for weekend vacation, close to lots of stuff but off in a secluded area. We would stay here again if we ever came through here. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Motorhome.

I agree with the previous submitter that this is more like a trailer park, but it is clean and neat. Trees and grass between the level sites. Lots of permanent residents. Had a small dog area. The showers, one men's and one women's, were only available between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm which seems inadequate for this size park. We stayed about three weeks and found the managers to be friendly but very rule conscience. We camped at Mount Vernon RV Park in a Motorhome.
