No way is this a resort. It is a very nice RV park, but the only amenity it has is a river and big grass field. The sites are very nice and are gravel with grass between. Good WiFi and cell reception and not far from town. You could walk to visitor's center and some restaurants. Great place to stop after crossing the border. Most sites are back in, but they have some pull thrus, but you better reserve the ahead. Seemed to be the best place in town. Would stay here again. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.
I don't know if I'd call this Park a "Resort," but it is a nice, clean park. Level, gravel sites, with grass & trees. Sites 43 and 44 are long pull-throughs, with plenty of room for big rigs. Working WiFi, and a soccer field around the corner, which gave my dog a chance to run after many days on a leash. We would stay again. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for 2 nights and that was about right. The river out back is great and swimming or wading is do-able, at least in August. The campground is next to an industrial area that seemed to have been abandoned. Wi-Fi worked quite well. Roadways are clean and manicured, reminded me of an RV park in Palm Springs. Lots of ospreys, turkey vultures, and other birds. Scenery is nice. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Very smart RV Park just off the main street (though not particularly well signposted: we missed it first time). Welcoming lady and nice folks as neighbours. It's a clean site, very green, by a fast-flowing river. We'd come here again. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Good value for this beautiful park. Restrooms had large private showers; most sites were along the river; Good Wi-Fi; no cable TV but 2 local HD antenna channels. Very close to town and food store. Many park models here, but the traveling RV's were along the outer edge of the park along the river. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Although we did not have a prior reservation, the owners were very accommodating to our last-minute stay of only one night. The grounds are well-maintained and the park sets next to the Okanogan River close to downtown Oroville. This a quiet park and we chose a "premium site", which affords you a little extra grassy space. All of the sites are full hookup. We very much enjoyed the park and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in this part of Washington. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Nice clean near city center site, next to river, though it's next to an industrial estate. Site is part RV, part Residential (RVs and mobiles). Efficient owners and all services well organized. Showers & restrooms nearly new and clean & efficient. Good Laundry. Recommended for stopovers/2 day stays but not long term. We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Beautiful and clean park. Friendly people and staff. It was our first time here. We happened to visit on the weekend where the park managers had a free barbeque for the whole park. What a wonderful time we had visiting with all the other campers and the managers are so very nice. It was in walking distance of downtown and the restrooms and shower were constantly spotless. We will definitely be back, thank you We camped at Riveroaks RV Resort in a Motorhome.
