Our cable didn't work properly at our site # so we tried #36 , that was even worse quality of a connection, so we switched to #38 instead, bit better but not the quality I would expect from an RV park. The woman's washrooms by the laundry/ pool/hot tub area smelled of some unknown/stinky scent, the door to the outside would not close properly behind me ( no door knob / latch to catch it. ) They were painting the men's washrooms/showers so hubby couldn't use them. The clubhouse washrooms were better, at least they didn't smell and I could close the woman's door behind me. The indoor hot tub water temperature was tepid at best. I run a hotter bath water temp at home. Internet was actually quite fast and consistent. It's an OK place to stay for 1 night but certainly won't be returning for an extended visit. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Tight spaces next to interstate. Lots of full-time people. Lots of traffic noise. BUT very convenient to everything. People who worked there were friendly and helpful. Small indoor pool, good laundry facilities, very clean. The full-time residents were friendly and quiet. When we checked in they offered us earplugs. We didn't need them. Good place to get RV worked on. Two dealerships and RV service places next door. Variety of Wifi choices so you could usually find one that was decent. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy in and out. Paved interior roads of which some are wide and some are very narrow making big rig turning a challenge. Most sites are paved but the pull-thru ones are not. All sites are very close together. Utilities worked well. Wifi was very good, just have to re-enter the password every once in a while. Strong Verizon signal. There is a lot of highway noise. My only complaint is how tight the sites are and we had a leaky water spigot that create a bunch of mud. No problem at all with long-term residents. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here ten days, because of holiday other campgrounds were full. Sites are pretty crowded but at least it was a concrete pad and nice paved roads. A lot of full-timers living in park. For such a large campground the temporary sites are very few considering. We spoke with one guy who has lived there ten years, wow. Good water pressure and very nice laundry. Staff was friendly, easy checkin. Location nice for shopping and restaurants. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We stayed here only one night. We should have driven through to check it out before signing up for 3 nights but it seems nice upon first impressions. Staff helpful. However, they put us in the back with the people who live here and they are a very rough looking group. We decided to stay 1 night and eat the rest of the money we paid. Wouldn't feel comfortable leaving rig unattended. Would probably be OK in front of park, just not near the back. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

The sites are extremely uneven (we tried 2), and the freeway noise is horrendous and does not let up around the clock - you cannot hardly converse outside trailer. It was raining when we were here so the trailer stayed closed up or we would not have been able to sleep at all. KOAs are proving too pricey for what you get. Amazingly KOAs seem to be staffed by wonderful people - yet that does not change the shoddy tired outdated facilities being offered at most KOAs. We were card members for a year but have been unimpressed and unsatisfied with every KOA we have stayed at - this is the last one we will ever stay in. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an OK park for an overnight stay. Sites are clean and neatly laid out. There is a pleasant park for kids and a nice fenced-in area for dogs. There were many residents, but the park was nicely maintained. Pull-through sites were short for a 42-foot RV and tow car. We unhooked the car and were OK. We were led to the site. The one negative with this park is the road noise from I-182. Numerous stores and restaurants are one exit away. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Motorhome.

Amenities are strong point. Lots of long term tenants - too many. Kind of creeped us out. Lots of loud road noise because located adjacent to freeway. Was OK for a night if you know what to expect. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We have been very critical of KOA recently so it is refreshing to at last stay in one that is good value and gave good service. we were shown to our site there was trash collection from site they had a pool and fitness centre, cable and good wifi, and all for a reasonable price. It was easy on/off from the I-182 and there was some road noise but not that bad. Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. There seemed to be several long term sites but they were tidy, which is unusual. Tarmac roads, gravel sites with grass and picnic table at the side. We certainly recommend a stay here. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This park is a better KOA with all the amenities and four nice extras. It has a small indoor pool and a hot tub open year round, 24 hour fully equipped exercise room, and it has both a big dog and a separate small dog fenced play areas. The short term stay area was almost empty due it being fall season. We talked to a longer term resident who reported a monthly fee of $400. They seem to be strict about newer RVs and keeping the lots clean and uncluttered with longer term residents. Our lot was a nice wide, level, hard packed gravel with a grass area and picnic table. Staff were all friendly and extra helpful. It is close to an interstate, but we weren't bothered by noise. The internet works fine, a bit slow once you get in. But it was one of those flakey ones where you have to connect and then log in on a pop up browser window. It was inordinately difficult to connect our Macs. We kept getting connection errors and we had to be really persistent and try multiple times with several different repeaters before the window would finally appear. No connection worked the same way twice. They also force you to log in with your site number meaning they could potentially monitor on line usage and information by site. The internet is why I didn't give the place a 10/10. We would stay here again though. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

There may be 185 sites here but 90 percent of them are long term residents. We even saw school kids coming home from school, amazing. The overnight sites are poorly maintained concrete runners for the tires. They are extremely unlevel and cracked. We had to use a board on the driver's side to get level. The site was not long enough for us to stay hooked to our truck (37 foot fifth wheel). We were told we could park the truck on a gravel parking area next to our unit. When we put out our 3 slides we could not park our truck there or we couldn't open the doors to the vehicle because of the neighboring electric and water services. The interstate road noise is awful and can be heard even with our air conditioning on. We would not stay here again ever. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice KOA. Previous reviews described it well. But I must ditto the concern for the highway noise. We travel for 6 months every year and can not remember ever being unable to sleep due to highway noise. To this point, we will find another park when in this area again. A shame. This is a nice clean park with paved roads, cement curbs and a combination of concrete and gravel sites, all of which are nice and level. The lady who handled my check in was very pleasant. The gentleman who led me to my space really went the extra mile by guiding me into a rather tight spot and then he came back and very neatly pruned a tree so as to not to interfere with my slide. This was especially noteworthy given the fact that it was 99 degrees out at the time he did it. We were just passing through, but we would definitely stay here again. Based upon reviews that others have submitted, I almost passed on this park. I would have give this park a 10 except that they way I pulled onto the my space, my coach would not automatically level. Otherwise it was a nice experience. I will stay here again when in the area. We camped at Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA in a Motorhome.
