Big rig pull through sites are large, level, and get satellite reception. There is something for everyone here. Tucked into the forest private sites and wide open pull throughs. If you are looking for slick this isn't it. If you are looking for a fun friendly camp ground in the forest then this is it. Be sure to ask in the office for local maps and restaurant list! We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

We dry camped here for 3 nights. Very flat and convenient. The regular spots seem a little tight/short. We liked to peace and quite and space where we were. The roads are a little narrow. Great location close to Port Angeles and Qlympic National Park. Clean laundry room with HE washers. $2.50 per load each washer and dryer (so $5/load total). We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bella Rosa Coffee Shop has the best crepes and coffee and are very friendly (on Lincoln St in town Port Angeles). Hurricane Ridge in Olympic NP is easy to get to and hike. Cape Flattery is a do not miss if you are in the area, but a windy coastal drive--do not take your RV.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend, and the campground has full. We had a pull-through site which was long and level. Campground is built into the side of a hill, so pull-through sites are tiered. Hubby did need to take satellite dish off the roof and place it at the front of our campsite to get reception. Not sure if a tree was blocking signal or the rig next door which was taller (and also higher on the hill). WiFi worked well most of the time despite the park being at capacity. Friendly check-in service, and we were escorted to our site by the owner's (?) young son on his bicycle. He was very professional as he asked if the site met our satisfaction. Sites are gravel, hookups were convenient. Some roads are paved and others were gravel. There was some dust from cars driving through. Bathroom/shower house are either relatively new or recently remodeled--very nice. Showers are coin op--$1 for 6 minutes. The clubhouse had a full kitchen including sink, refrigerator, and electric stove for use. Convenient location to US 101 and WA 112. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for two weeks as this park is the best that we could find among all of the parks out here. The sites are gravel and the one we were on was narrow and just long enough for our 5th wheel. There was lots of dust from the gravel driveways and roads. On the plus side, you're very close to the Olympic National Park and we spent most of our time in the park. Both Verizon and AT&T work well here. Overall it was clean and the laundry facilities were nice. The owners are really nice folks as well. I would stay here again. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground has the nicest owners of any campground we have ever been to. They are the most helpful and accommodating people and we really enjoyed our stay. We prefer sites with trees and privacy. At first we were in a full hookup pull-through with neighbors, but they let us move to a larger, private tent site with trees. The tent site had water and electric and they have a pump out service so we were happier in that site. We travel fulltime and it can be hard to get caught up on mail and deliveries on the road; I was very thankful that they allowed me to have packages delivered there. It can also be hard to find places to get my hair done on the road. I went to Envy Hair Techniques in Port Angeles where they did a fantastic job on my hair. This RV park is a perfect location for visiting the area. We visited Olympic National Park and took the ferry to Victoria, BC. Olympic is huge so it's a bit of a drive to some of the sections but close to Hurricane Ridge. There is so much to do in this section of WA that we didn't get to do everything we wanted to so we hope to come back again someday. Verizon and AT&T both worked well there. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We were skeptical of having enough room for our long 5th wheel, but the big-rig pull-throughs were level and plenty long/wide. Some of the other sites weren't quite so big. There is very nice landscaping with lawn & ponds. They even had a small vegetable garden across from the office that they let you pick from (the tomatoes and squash were excellent). We had good reception with our Dish satellite. Their wifi never let us connect, but our Verizon Mifi worked fine. It's a nice quiet place that's very convenient to Port Angeles and Cape Flattery. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We were only able to get in because we called just after they got a cancellation. The site was not very level and very narrow, basically all gravel with just a small area at the back with some sparse grass, and it was just long enough for my 36' MH + toad. Other sites had a lot more grass and space. I hate not having grass as we travel with 3 golden retrievers. Water pressure was good, and the hookups in general were in good condition. Wifi was stable (when using an external antenna/booster with my laptop) and the speed was decent but not spectacular. The staff was very friendly, and they provided a good park map and LOTS of info on area things to see. The park grounds were well maintained, lots of flower gardens, and interesting wood carvings throughout. Roads were dirt, just wide enough, and with some sharp turns. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

Thanks for your review. We will look at the leveling of that site. The official width of that site 68x21 and the inner roads are paved. We have trees separating that site on one side, partial trees on the other side, and putting more in on the other side as we go. We appreciate your stay.

Nice RV Park with a great location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The roads and sites are gravel with many having enough slope to warrant blocks to level. They offer nice bathrooms with showers, laundry facilities and easy access to two of the entrances to the national park. We plan to stay here again. Pretty campground 6 miles from Port Angeles. At check in, we were told no streaming or downloading off the Internet. No need. The Internet is so poor, we could barely get on. As travelers, it's seriously important to be able to connect to the Internet to book other sites and remain in contact with family. Laundry is expensive at $2.50 a wash and $2.50 a dry. We have been traveling across the US for 3 months, this is pricey compared to the other 39 sites we have stayed at to date. They charge to shower at $1 for 6 minutes. We get you are on a well, but really? Everything here is about $$$$$ The kitchen in the laundry room is dirty. The fridge, microwave and sink were vile, covered in greasy fingerprints. The windows are dirty. The floor is covered in food crumbs. The grounds are lovely but starting to look neglected due to lack of weeding, but the excuse will no doubt be it's natural or organic and a no drama zone. It's great to be a hippy, but keep the place nice. Very expensive for what you get. Stayed in far superior places for $10 less a night in our travels. Definitely will not be back. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

Excuses are not our way, it actually horrifies us to hear of your bad experience because the characterization doesn't sound like us at all. Our highest goal is to give value. We clearly express this both in writing and verbally, especially if we are made aware. Our policy is if your experience does not have the value you desired, we would not even take any money for your stay. We are sorry we didn't get the opportunity to make it right Our club house and landscaping usually gets high remarks, so if our maintenance lapsed during your stay we missed it and will keep a closer eye. Internet can fluctuate, it depends on total usage at key times as well as your location. Our base prices range for full hook ups 41.85-44.10 + tax. Feel free to call us to remedy, and we wish you the best going forward and that your travels are safe and rewarding.

We spent two weeks here in spot 51 one of the upper pull-throughs. Overall this is possibly the best RV park in the area, and location is excellent for Port Angeles and the Olympic National Park. The interior roads are narrow and require caution. The laundry was excellent. We had outstanding T-Mobile service so we didn't need the park Wi-Fi. Satellite worked great. Park bathrooms were good and clean but could use an update to modern toilets. Not a fan of the old little round seats. My biggest complaint about this park and what keeps me from giving the highest rating is that our site was not level side to side and once we had the unit level our step was 15 inches off the ground so that required a step before the first step. We noticed some sites were more level. Yes, they are on well water but it worked good except for one small period when it was out altogether. This park has such high demand that every single foot of space is used including dry camping by folks showing up without a reservation. Lots of Class A rigs on our row telling us this is probably best park in the area. Which I could give 5 stars but that site needs to be leveled. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Loved Hurricane Ridge, Ediz Hook, Dungeness Spit, Hurricane Hill, Klahhane Ridge hike. Enjoy Sol Duc Falls but skip the Hot Springs. Crowded and dirty water. Loved Costco in Sequim. Had to use the walk-in clinic in Port Angeles and it was excellent. Just opened Jan 2017 and next to very nice hospital. Thought the 2 hour drive out to Cape Flattery was not worth it.

Family run, friendly & professional. Easy hookup to All utilities & they worked as expected. Stayed in an upper level, pull through site. These sites are terraced with a small, 18" high, retaining wall on the driver's side. Pads are gravel, level & long enough for 40' & toad. Picnic table & fire ring at each site. Wifi worked great. ATT cell service was good. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice RV park located very close to the Hurricane Ridge entrance to Olympic National Park. The park has a very eclectic layout with something for every type of traveler. We stayed in a long pull through with our rig that accommodated the 40' RV and our auto. Utilities are well laid out and worked without issue. The wi-fi was a bit hit or miss depending on the number of others accessing it. Owner's are super helpful and a wealth of information about the area. Great access to everything that is Olympic National Park and the Elwha River area. Port Angeles is just a few miles away and has excellent restaurants and shops if you want a diversion. This is a wonderful RV park. Apparently, the new owners took it over a year or two ago. It is clear they have done much to improve every aspect of the facility. We arrived just after 8pm... one of the owners came running out as we drove up and guided us right into our space. When we made our reservation, we had mentioned that we were only staying one night, arriving late, and leaving early... so we were hoping to get a space that didn't require leveling. The space they gave us was absolutely dead on level side to side and front to back... we didn't even have to unhitch the car. My wife asked if they sold firewood... A few minutes later the owner delivered fire wood and started the fire for us. The owners are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met. The bathrooms were amazing... spacious and spotlessly clean... they looked new. There are a big variety of spaces in this park... pull through, back-in, places for big rigs, shaded, wide open. We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
