We had sunny dry weather when we stayed here, so it was a good experience. Since the sites are dirt, it could be muddy during the rainy season. We loved that it was small, private sites and very quiet. Probably the quietest place we have ever camped!! As mentioned before,Sites are in the woods with trees between them. The owner was very nice and responsive to our initial wifi issues. After that, wifi very good. Antennae tv very erratic; not very many channels. We enjoyed going down to ludlow falls from the trail attached to the campground. Toilets and showers were very clean, however rustic. 25 cents for 5 minutes of hot water. Very convenient to Port Townsend and Port Gamble. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is treed and reminds us of a state campground. The gentleman we talked to was very nice and the spot was well maintained. We would stay here again. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park may not be for everyone, but we really liked staying here. It is small and very quiet. Sites are in the woods with trees between them so it feels very private. We were in a very long pull-through with only 30 amp service, but there was no need for air conditioning, so we just had to pay attention to our power use. There are several interesting small towns to see around the area, and a nice little trail just off the park road. We would come here again. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Great pizza at Cucina Pizza near the park! Site 31 a bit uneven; couldn't get completely level side to side with Anderson levelers. #32 looked more level.

This was a great RV park until the managers turned daily operations over to their grown kids. Now it's getting run down. Too many long term rigs that aren't kept up. Sign posts are rotting and too many weeds from neglect. Too bad. It was once wonderful. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was our maiden voyage with our RV so we only stayed one night. It is a simple, clean small RV in the middle of simple, clean Port Ludlow. We had a pull through and although they are easy to navigate, they were not very wide. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice park. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The walk to the marina is about a mile. There are trails to get there and it is totally worth the walk. There is also a hike to the falls nearby but we did not do it. I heard it is a beautiful hike.

We read the reviews, but after calling and talking to the manager, we decided to go. They have 30 amp steady power, Good water pressure, and Threaded drain connections. No Cable, Free TV is available, some sites could get up to 10 channels, WIFI was really good compared to other parks we have stayed at, Good cell service. This park can fit most RVs, or motorhomes. Connections are all in one place, gravel pads are level, sites are wide enough for slides and awnings, we have 4 slides. The RVer's were quiet, park workers were friendly and helpful, place was kept up, and clean. There are a few long stays, the sites were clean. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The marina is a short walk, small store is close by, not too over priced, and if need anything Port Townsend is just 20 or 30 minutes.

This was a very woodsy, quiet, small park. I changed the "family friendly" to no just because of no "play" areas for kids. This all depends on your own family of course, ages of kids, etc. There is a trail to Ludlow Falls which was a wonderful walk through dense greenery. We stayed a week at about $18/night, much less than I was quoted.WiFi very good, didn't try TV reception. We saw No One on the trail, had the showers to ourselves mostly, and it was extremely quiet. And Dark, I might add....have flashlights handy! I missed having laundry but found one in nearby town so didn't matter much. We would definitely return. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very friendly staff provided local attractions and restaurants. Also provided a brochure of hiking trails. Spacious sites with lots of trees/shrubbery between sites. Nearby village has gas, market and eatery. Very quiet, peaceful setting. Interior roads may be tight for big rigs. Wi Fi worked well as did A T & T cellular. Don't travel with TV so don't know about channel availability. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Great RV park in a state park-like setting with very wooded sites with a picnic table and fire pit. Cell (Verizon) coverage was great. Wi-Fi worked very well, if your site is closer to the restrooms. I was able to get only one TV station (Fox TV) . Manager was very friendly unlike previous post. After talking to him, I learned that his wife was ill and the RV park is the wife's business as he works another job. Sites will fit any length but unsure of anything longer than a 32' to maneuver around the park, that is the reason I rated this a 9. I had to use a spotter to clear a few obstacles with my 32' trailer. Nice little village that is walking distance with a small grocery store and a pizza restaurant. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice park but there are good and bad points. Good: Full hook ups and all work well. Has good sized, private sites that are shady and separated by a lot of trees. Wi-Fi and Cell phone works good. Picnic table and fire ring at every site. Not so good: Dont know that I would say Big Rig "friendly". Yes big rigs can fit in here but caution needs to be taken because of low hanging branches, tree stumps, and very tight turns. Have a spotter for pulling in site and slide outs. Manager is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Get your reservation in writing by mail or email. We would NOT stay here again. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for a few months and the place is the BEST in the area. Feels like you're in a state park but is close to gas and convenience store as well as golf and fine dining. Large sites with lots of privacy. No TV not an issue for us so we gave it a 10. Would stay here again, for sure. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is totally in the trees, so it was difficult to find a site where our satellite would work. Most sites are shady most of the day. They have picnic tables and fire pits. It felt more like a state park then an RV park - that is a plus. There are considerable space between sites. The WiFi and phones worked very well. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a great RV park. Large sites, well wooded, fairly level, great manager, excellent water and sewer. The sites are so private that it feels as though you're alone in the woods. A deer visited out site this morning. Still, there is a mini-mart/video store a short walk away, fine dining within a short drive, and major shopping within 20 minutes drive. There are well-marked hiking trails all over the place. The only down side is no cable TV and satellite access is marginal, though the Wi-Fi is the fastest I've experienced in an RV park. Also very strong cell phone signal. If this park had CATV it would get the only "10" I've every given to a park. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a sweet little park with super friendly management. Nicely wooded sites with good separation and wide level pads. Big-rig friendly. No TV signal and no CATV so it's satellite or nothing and the nice woods make that a challenge. Wi-Fi is available, but we didn't use. Super quiet: has great trails all within easy walking distance. Mini-mart gas/video store and restaurant just a block or two away. Ask for directions to the Ajax Cafe and go experience a delightful meal in a funky old building where patrons are encouraged to wear one or more of thousands of hats on the walls of the restaurant. This park is in a planned waterfront residential community, but feels like a state park. This park would have rated a 10 if it had CATV. We'll stay here again for certain! We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
