We have used this park for many years and it remains one of our favorites. So much depends on what your expectations are. This park is basic but the location is great!

We take advantage of the Methow River for tubing and relaxing...a short walk from any campsite. The owners are most personable people and great camp hosts. Cable TV...there is none. In fact there is no cable anywhere in the Methow Valley. This is a none issue with us.

A very serene and quiet park. We woke up to deer grazing in the park quite often. People also like to fish this river if that interests you.

We look forward to our next visit! We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The nearby town "Twisp" has a great market (Hank's). Fuel and groceries seem less expensive here than Winthrop with a much better selection. There is a nice Farmer's Market on Saturdays.

OK park just off of highway 20. Modified but adequate pull-throughs. Mostly back-in sites. Restrooms not so good. Wi-Fi slow but adequate for general use. Nice open areas which made the park feel like a park. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here five nights while exploring North Cascades Nat'l Park and Lake Chelan. Check in queue was ample and staff was friendly. Streets are paved. Sites are gravel, mostly flat and wide enough for slides and awnings. Lots of overhanging shade trees so you need to pick site carefully if you want to use satellite, and there is no cable. Grassy area on patio side. Utilities were fine. Wi-Fi was good when park empty but when it filled half way getting on became impossible. Most sites have nice view of Methow River, which is very impressive. Huge grassy field to play with pets and a second area with covered pavilion for BBQs. Restrooms were very dated, toilet stalls ridiculously small and cleaning schedule not sufficient. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park right on the Methow River. Lots of trees. We stayed in #42 so we could get out satellite. Beautiful sites which are gravel with grass in between each site. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. Very well maintained park. Lady in the office was very nice and escorted us to our site. Didn't use the facilities, but the brochure states the laundry is $2 to wash and $1.50 to dry (45 minutes). There is a $5 charge for early arrival. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. This was a very nice, simple place. Site was level and had enough room (35' Class A with tow). Check-in was simple and very pleasant. Lady welcomed us like long lost friends and escorted us to the site. We were just there one night, but would easily use it for a several day stay. Bathrooms were just OK, but usable. I think we were nearest the less desirable one, but it was OK. Pay hot shower, Ten cents per minute. Worked fine. I do recommend it pretty highly. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a fairly large park built along the Methow River, a very pretty spot. The park roads are gravel as are the sites. The sites are large with plenty of room for our 36’ RV. We stayed in a pull-through space. Not all sites would allow for satellite TV due to trees. Utilities were fine. Wi-Fi was very slow at times. The back-in sites which face the river don’t have that great of a view IMHO…. go with a pull-through site. The place is a bit run down, but OK given the location. There is plenty of room to walk around. We would stay here again if we were in the area. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Excellent, well-run site. We planned to stay only one day, ended up staying three days. All pitches well maintained and flat with good services. Lots of pull-through sites. Well stocked shop. Nice restrooms and showers (a bit old but clean and well maintained). Our pitch was riverside with fire pit and lovely views out over valley. Poor Wi-Fi - low signal and throughput. Twisp is about one click away, with historic Winthrop only a few miles up the road. Highly recommended - great site. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Extremely well cared for park. The owners are continually watering and cutting grass. Washrooms clean. Owners accommodating. Easy access for large units. Have booked to stay here again. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a lovely location and the park is well-maintained. Nothing fancy. It is difficult to get effusive about the park because I found the owners to be less than friendly or accommodating. They seem to be more focused on efficiency and work than customer relations. I asked to stay an extra night and even though the word "sorry" was used twice, there was no other offer except to say, "We'll have to move you." This may sound petty, but when I visit an establishment such as an RV park or a winery tasting room, I expect to be treated like my business is wanted and desired. The owners need to go outside and move hoses and run the tractor and hire someone with a smile to run the front desk. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. What a lovely spot! Gorgeous setting on a clear, riffling mountain river; wide, pretty sites with grass and trees. I deducted a point from a 10 because it was hard to level and the Wi-Fi was very spotty. Good antenna TV reception. If you want beauty, peace and quiet, and don't need fancy amenities you will love this place. I will return. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very clean & well maintained park. They water the grass so it was lush and green. The sites were roomy and long with the utilities in good condition and well located. Our site was level. The bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean with everything in good working order. Check in was fast and friendly and we were escorted to our site and were guided in. The Wi-Fi worked well, a little slow but better than most. Verizon had a good signal and we got a few channels of TV off our antenna. This park is located along a clear scenic mountain river that is a very pleasant place to relax and watch the water go by. They give a Good Sam discount if you are a member. We enjoyed and extended our stay here and would come back. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sewer system was plugged. When notified managers, they offered us to dump at their dump station. No offer for discount or refund! We had a messy hose to deal with because of it. Noticed on the receipt later, that we had been charged $2.00 for dump station before we even parked! Wonder if they knew the sewer didn't work, and didn't tell us. They acted surprised when we brought it to their attention the next day. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly staff and easily accessed sites, with guide, it was a good park for a night while passing through. Did not like the extra charge for dogs, as no extra services were provided and my dogs are better behaved than most kids. Nice open locale on a shallow river, it is miles from anywhere. Would stay there again. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were in the overflow campsites. Very nice grassy sites with water, sewer, electtic. The older sewer system in these sites would only allow for one rig to dump at a time. Just prior to our departure, three rigs traveling together all dumped at the same time and clogged the system. The owners had gotten right out and fixed the problem, so it was no problem for us to dump. I another reviewer say that there might be an ongoing problem, but it did not appear to still be a problem an hour after the other people left. The campground was clean and well maintained. There were two laundry rooms and a very nice clubhouse. We will be back, but we will make reservations in advance to be in one of their shady riverfront sites. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice Campground, services are good, sites are reasonably level, and long enough for most large RV's. Plenty of room between sites. Large open areas to walk dog. Verizon Air Card works well. When you're here go to Hanks Grocery and see the stuffed animals from Africa that the owner hunted. We would stay here again. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
