Nice, quite park along the river. Site 45 had no neighbors on one side so wide open views. Huge dog run and lots of friendly people. Adjacent to the highway was initial concern but extremely quiet at night. Will definitely stay again. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very friendly staff, well kept park, large fenced yard for dogs, right on the river and quiet! Lots of trees for shade but still got satellite plus plenty of space between rigs. Sites are long and pretty level, definitely big rig friendly! Some pull through. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Twisp is just a mile or so away and has gas, groceries, saloon, and restaurants. Winthrop is 8 miles north with the same stuff. Great golfing at the Bear Creek golf course!!

Nice park for a night or two. Basic full hookup. No cable, no pool or hot tub. Park is well maintained. Large fenced off-leash dog run. Quiet even though it is near the highway. Verizon signal good. Some older permanent Mobil homes in one part of the park. Nice river views from most all sites. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. There are long, level, gravel sites along the river (motohomes pull in forward for view out the front), and pull-throughs behind them off the river. Lots of trees give the sense of being in the forest. Each site has a fire pit. Twisp and Winthrop are small towns, but have everything you'd need. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

The sites are gravel and dirt. Easy in and out, but the sites were extremely close together. The location is good it's a good jumping off spot to drive through the North Cascades. Lots of trees and shade. It was fine for an overnight, but we felt a bit pricey for what you got. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground hosts are very nice people who do what they can to accommodate. Good space between sites, grounds kept up. We stayed here in July 2015 in a Class A for about 10 days. Town of Twisp is also a fun place to visit the local pub. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Beautiful area just east of Cascades. Unfortunately other areas nearby were experiencing forest fires. Really good meat market on out skirts of town so stock up. Restaurant on the hill top not so impressive to us. Town of Winthrop also close by and surely worth a look see. Great little restaurant there across from hotel called Arrowleaf Bistro. also brewery and bakery.

We have used this park for many years and it remains one of our favorites. So much depends on what your expectations are. This park is basic but the location is great!

We take advantage of the Methow River for tubing and relaxing...a short walk from any campsite. The owners are most personable people and great camp hosts. Cable TV...there is none. In fact there is no cable anywhere in the Methow Valley. This is a none issue with us.

A very serene and quiet park. We woke up to deer grazing in the park quite often. People also like to fish this river if that interests you.

We look forward to our next visit! We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The nearby town "Twisp" has a great market (Hank's). Fuel and groceries seem less expensive here than Winthrop with a much better selection. There is a nice Farmer's Market on Saturdays.

OK park just off of highway 20. Modified but adequate pull-throughs. Mostly back-in sites. Restrooms not so good. Wi-Fi slow but adequate for general use. Nice open areas which made the park feel like a park. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here five nights while exploring North Cascades Nat'l Park and Lake Chelan. Check in queue was ample and staff was friendly. Streets are paved. Sites are gravel, mostly flat and wide enough for slides and awnings. Lots of overhanging shade trees so you need to pick site carefully if you want to use satellite, and there is no cable. Grassy area on patio side. Utilities were fine. Wi-Fi was good when park empty but when it filled half way getting on became impossible. Most sites have nice view of Methow River, which is very impressive. Huge grassy field to play with pets and a second area with covered pavilion for BBQs. Restrooms were very dated, toilet stalls ridiculously small and cleaning schedule not sufficient. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park right on the Methow River. Lots of trees. We stayed in #42 so we could get out satellite. Beautiful sites which are gravel with grass in between each site. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. Very well maintained park. Lady in the office was very nice and escorted us to our site. Didn't use the facilities, but the brochure states the laundry is $2 to wash and $1.50 to dry (45 minutes). There is a $5 charge for early arrival. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a fairly large park built along the Methow River, a very pretty spot. The park roads are gravel as are the sites. The sites are large with plenty of room for our 36’ RV. We stayed in a pull-through space. Not all sites would allow for satellite TV due to trees. Utilities were fine. Wi-Fi was very slow at times. The back-in sites which face the river don’t have that great of a view IMHO…. go with a pull-through site. The place is a bit run down, but OK given the location. There is plenty of room to walk around. We would stay here again if we were in the area. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a very nice, simple place. Site was level and had enough room (35' Class A with tow). Check-in was simple and very pleasant. Lady welcomed us like long lost friends and escorted us to the site. We were just there one night, but would easily use it for a several day stay. Bathrooms were just OK, but usable. I think we were nearest the less desirable one, but it was OK. Pay hot shower, Ten cents per minute. Worked fine. I do recommend it pretty highly. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Excellent, well-run site. We planned to stay only one day, ended up staying three days. All pitches well maintained and flat with good services. Lots of pull-through sites. Well stocked shop. Nice restrooms and showers (a bit old but clean and well maintained). Our pitch was riverside with fire pit and lovely views out over valley. Poor Wi-Fi - low signal and throughput. Twisp is about one click away, with historic Winthrop only a few miles up the road. Highly recommended - great site. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a very clean & well maintained park. They water the grass so it was lush and green. The sites were roomy and long with the utilities in good condition and well located. Our site was level. The bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean with everything in good working order. Check in was fast and friendly and we were escorted to our site and were guided in. The Wi-Fi worked well, a little slow but better than most. Verizon had a good signal and we got a few channels of TV off our antenna. This park is located along a clear scenic mountain river that is a very pleasant place to relax and watch the water go by. They give a Good Sam discount if you are a member. We enjoyed and extended our stay here and would come back. We camped at Riverbend RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
