Just spent 11 days at Camp Holiday. One of the finest campgrounds we have been to. Great owners. This is one of the nicest and neatest campgrounds we have been too. Kudos to the owners for their efforts in keeping this place up. Shower room was cleaner and nicer than some peoples homes. Loved all the bike trails in the area. We camped at Camp Holiday, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for a week. Our site was number 57. The site was right across from playground, and near laundry room. The site was level from side to side. I did not need to shim up the tires on one side, and was very easy to level front to back. Found this campground clean, mostly quiet and well managed. There are ALOT of seasonal, semi permanent campers there. There is a nice lake with a nice beach, and a primitive boat launch. There is a large trampoline that floats, a distance from the beach for kids. I liked this campground, wish I could have brought my boat too! We camped at Camp Holiday, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

There are a lot of beautiful lakes, great biking and kayaking. Not much for any type of city life. The nearest big city is Woodruff, and Minocqua. They have some shops to roam around in. There is a casino in Lac Du Flambeau. If you're into fishing, this place is it. This is the musky capital of the world, I guess.

This was one of the more expensive campgrounds that we have stayed at in the last 2 weeks and it is not worth it. The wifi was worthless as they told me after I had set up that the wifi was not good because they only have 3 mg and if someone with a smart phone is streaming anything, you are not going to get it even though they have 2 routers. As for the park, it is ok, a lot of seasonal mobile homes, very wooded but a little tight with our 40 ft plus towed car but is manageable. It is stuck into the woods and is about 5 miles off of a main road. I would not come back here unless they dropped the price down because it is too expensive for what you get this time of year or anytime actually. We camped at Camp Holiday, Inc. in a Motorhome.

First, the management...super! Husband and wife team, second generation owner/mgr's run it efficiently, in a professional, friendly, helpful manner providing a wealth of information.

The grounds are well maintained, sites large, level, clean and with full hook-ups. Sitting on lakefront property, this campground provides a great environment for family fun.

Absolutely loved this one. Stay here again? In a heartbeat!!! We camped at Camp Holiday, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Small store on site. Beer, ice, soda, firewood, etc. on Lake Rudolph. Boat, canoe, kayak rentals available. Bring your own hot-spot, for WI-FI. Not enough gig's to handle the size of park. Century Link is provider.

Campground is nice. The area we were in was quiet but the beach area by the lake was pretty crummy. The lake is very murky accept for the sand they laid in the beach area. Not a lot of activities for my 8 year daughter and the playground equipment is minimal. That said, the campground itself is nice and it would be a nice place for person enjoying a heavy wooded, quiet campground. We on the otherhand, look for very kid friendly places where she can swim. We camped at Camp Holiday, Inc. in a Tent Trailer.

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was very friendly and professional. Sites were level and descent size, water pressure and quality was good. Cable TV was a real plus for the kids. Beach was nice as was the water trampoline. Close to 4th festivities and a nice bike trail. We'll definitely look to Camp Holiday for our next Northwoods visit. Of all the pull through sites we could have been in, we were given one across from the maintenance building. Lots of activity and dust flying from mowers, etc. Other than that, we are enjoying it here. Host was gracious to allow us two extra days, even though it is Memorial Day weekend. The restrooms are extremely clean. The entry is new and impressive. One thing that makes it lose a little appeal is the high number of "permanent" RV's along with all the riff-raff that is allowed. It starts to look tacky. It was nice to have a little-used public road nearby to run the dog. We would return since the national forest campgrounds have minimal services. Our reason for being here was having friends nearby. We would come again. We camped at Camp Holiday, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.
