A very nice quiet park. Highly recommend for staying in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet! The let us wash our rig while we were there and that was very nice. Will definitely come back again! I did not try the WiFi, as my Verizon MiFi had great speeds while here. I was also able to get a great satellite signal. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for an overnight in a 39'coach with toad. Very close to I-94/90 with easy access but no road noise. Very friendly owners who were easy to get along with even though we arrived about 9PM. They directed us straight to the site and just told us to come to the office in the morning and pay. Our site was fairly level and a tree blocked our satellite. However, lots of channels on TV. Some sites were less level. Decent spacing, but not great. Full hookups and the water tasted fine. Good ATT and Verizon reception. This location advertises as an adult park, with no amenities for the kids. Kids are expected to be kept on a tight leash and they would just as soon campers with kids look to the Yogi Bear type parks which are in abundance in the area. Works for me! Adult does not mean get crazy wild and drunk. Very well maintained. I watched the owner mow the same area 3 times, and it didn't need mowing to begin with. We will definitely visit again and would gladly utilize this for either a base for local exploration or as an overnight. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This campground is for 'older kids' they say. Our site was long and mostly level, the campground is neat and clean. However I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated regarding our satellite.

Site number 16 is not good for satellite, there were plenty of empty sites around us but they argued with us about moving. However later, a longer RV without satellite was parked in a perfect spot that they wouldn't give to us. Their explanation was that they were full. It wasn't like I was an extra customer that they had to find room for. I was already here. All they had to do was move us and it would've been the same amount of coaches!!! Won't be back! We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 3 years ago and thought this was a decent, but boring park for a good price. Other area parks are still charging high summer rates until after Labor Day. We had a level, gravel, FHU, pull-through in the inner circle that was satellite friendly. The 802.11 network was OK and we had no trouble e-mailing or browsing. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are no recreational facilities here and that is why it appeals to the oldies. We are over 145 between us and find this a bit too quiet. The laundry and bathroom facilities are clean and the staff was friendly. I saw no sign of any recycling. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

.This is a very nice RV park, well laid out, with a good laundry facility, basic but clean bathrooms, and good sized pull-through sites. Our understanding was that it originated in the '70s, and I think most of the infrastructure is original, as we had a weak 50 amp breaker on our first site that failed twice. But the owners allowed us to move to another site, and we spent a pleasant week with no more issues. But even with a serviceable electric connection, the grid struggles to keep up with the demands of a lot of big rigs simultaneously, so we were asked to run our water heater and fridge on LP, and to only use one AC. (We have been asked the same thing at other parks in the past, and understand the reasoning, so we didn't mind.) The water pressure and quality were quite good though, and the sewer connection was convenient and worked well.
So notwithstanding the electrical challenges, we found our stay here quite pleasant and would stay here again. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a Walmart and several other stores and restaurants right across the road from the campground. There's also a nice outlet mall in town. If you're looking for an enjoyable, non-chain restaurant meal, we highly recommend Donnie's in nearby Reedsburg. They have an excellent salad bar that is included with all their entrees, and a fish fry with all you can eat Cod or Halibut on Fridays.

Convenient to I 90/94, but located far enough away that there is minimal traffic noise. Campground is geared to adults. Camped in a 35 foot 5th wheel on pull through site 26, which is level, gravel, with a large grass plot and some shade. On a slight incline so picnic table was not level. Room for truck. All sites are full hook up. Roads are gravel/dirt and created dust when vehicles traveled by sites. Adequate over the air TV. WiFi but was very limited during three-week stay. Bath and laundry houses are very clean. No pool. Nice exchange library. Staff is helpful about local places of interest, services, and directions. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park for the older crowd. It is peaceful & quiet. It is close to the Dells attractions & restaurants. It is across the road from the Walmart. Satellite is accessible from some sites with no problem, other sites require some maneuvering & then there are sites where you can't pick it up at all. We have stayed in all three types. The park was very crowded this year with lots of Rally's (before & after the FMCA show in Madison). Some of the sites aren't very level, they could use some work. The laundry was a delight; very clean & reasonably priced. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We enjoyed our stay here . Quiet, adult park. Large, grassy, level site. Escorted to site which is always helpful. Fire rings and picnic tables. Approximately 2 miles from the craziness of The Dells. Not really a kid friendly park. Mostly adults and it's nice and quiet. Plenty of room between adjacent sites. Our wifi worked well for the most part. We would choose this park again. This is a very nice, quiet park. It is close to the Wisconsin Dells. Their location is about a 1/2 mile off I-94 but it is surrounded by trees and road noise was minimal. The park is very well maintained. There are lots of trees. The park is set up in circles, so there seems to be plenty of space even though the sites are fairly close together. There is huge areas for walking your dogs. Great park. It is mostly older adults, although I have seen a few children. They advertise "for the older kid". There are lots of people who must call this home for the summer, but all sites are very well maintained and clean. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice campground. We stay here whenever we go to Wisconsin Dells. The only problems are that we could not get on the Wi-Fi and there is no TV, however, they advertise they are for the "adult kids" which is not a bad thing. The people are very friendly and I would love to see more people use the campground. I recommend this for value, friendliness of staff, and a less hectic (quieter) environment than staying in the heart of the Dells. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Quiet park without all the amenities that we don't use, ie pool. Nicer folks and a nice campground for an overnight or to visit the WI Dells. I really liked our stay here. Now, having said that, this campground is not for everyone. It has no pool (which we don't use), no activities for kids (we are empty nesters), the owner can be a bit abrasive and, in general, there isn't anything to do at the campground except enjoy the quiet. The owners make no bones about not wanting children in the campground. It is tailored to childless and/or retired campers who value quiet, cleanliness and nice surroundings. If you want "action" or commotion it is just a few miles up the road at the Dells. One trip through the park there made us realize what a fortuitous campground choice we made while visiting the area. My advice; don't camp here if you have children with you but if you don't, you will really like this place. I wish we could have stayed longer. We found things to do within a 50 mile radius that kept us busy and glad we decided to see what this area of the country was like. As for the Dells itself, well, it is a kids paradise and big time tourist trap. We experienced it just once, briefly, during our 5 day stay. Lots to do and see in and around the Dells without riding a go cart, traveling down a water slide or being hawked by a T-shirt salesperson. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The Dells with all its stuff for kids. Baraboo for concerts in the park and small town flavor. Our day trip to Madison was wonderful-----you really need to visit the capital and take the free tour. It was most impressive.
